• Wendy (4/5): Disappointing, despite the price. I thought Travelodges were a better option. - Room was clean and quiet. Fix the holes in the wall and repaint! Also, I left something in the room but noone answers the phone, and I cannot email. Very poor customer service.

Nous avons fait une réservation au Travelodge de Grand Sault au Nouveau-Brunswick. Nous sommes très décus. Dans la chambre, une seule petite lumière très pâle au mur et une lumière aussi très pâle dans la salle de bain.Aucun endroit pour accrocher nos vêtements . Nous avons demandé une lampe qui est venue sans abat-jour. Aucun service en français.Le petit déjeuner était aussi très médiocre avec très peu de choix à comparer à d'autres endroits de la même catégorie. Nous rayons de notre liste les Travelodge pour l'avenir.

• Baker (8/5): Quick, clean and comfortable for the night we needed on the road! - It was on the way, easy to get to and easy to communicate with en route! Only real issue we had was a leak in the shower which I let them know about.

I phoned the number that was posted and was told the key card was on the door lock inside the screen door. When i left in the morning the office was open but there was no one around. I left the key card on the counter as was posted!

• Wendy (2/5): We would not recommend a stay at this Travelodge. - The property was quite run down. Had not had any updates done for years. The rooms were clean but older bedding and pillows. The air-conditioner was old and in bad shape. The breakfast was bare minimum and not appealing.

We were given used card holders instead of new ones. It didn’t seem sanitary. The dining room was freezing cold. We were not able to get a written copy of our bill. We were told that it was not possible because we had booked with Booking.com However, we used Booking . Com a few weeks ago and were given such a copy when we requested it. I gather that if we book through you, no offer of compensation for the inconvenience is possible.
