В описании указана бесплатная общественная парковка, но возможности припарковаться нет абсолютно, тесные Стамбульские улочки рядом, абсолютно заставленные. К счастью, недалеко от отеля, не доезжая его метров 200 , справа от дороги по ходу движения есть парковка, если повезет с местами, можно встать за 550 лир в сутки. Само здание, Где расположены апартаменты, старое, все требует ремонта.

- Anna (5/5): Не рекомендую, больше не остановлюсь - Расположение довольно удобное. До Истикляль 5-7 минут, до площади Таксим — 15 минут. В апартаментах две комнаты, это плюс, можно было поработать или посидеть, не мешая тому. кто спит. Также имеется минимальный набор посуды, стиралка и посудомоечная машина (но к ней не было капсул, поэтому приходилось мыть все равно руками). Есть маленькая плита на 2 конфорки. Вайфая не было от слова совсем. Персонал каждый день обещал починить, мы даже самостоятельно провели диагностику, выдали список рекомендаций, нам обещали каждый день, что все будет, но так ничего и не пытались починить. За кроватью были окурки! Это прям совсем жесть... Хотя остальная квартира +- нормально убрана. В апреле было довольно прохладно и влажно, отапливались старым кондицинером, который очень громко гудел. В следующий раз не выберу это место и другим не рекомендую. Особенно, если вам критично наличие сети. Уборки за 6 дней ни разу не сделали, чайник отсутствовал, пришлось просить, чтобы принесли. Завтрак не стоит своих денег, очень скудный (яйцо, пологурца, полпомидора, немного оливок, ложка меда, долька апельсина, чай/кофе, хлеб) лучше за эту же сумму прогуляться на минуту дальше до небольшой закусочной с готовыми блюдами на углу.

If you have a car there is an autopark around the corner from it if you're facing the hotel take that street to the left if it's not blocked and then go turn left and it's about maybe 75 yd down the street.
- Stephen (5/5): Basic apartment accomodation central to Taksim district - Good location in what felt like a grittier area a 5 minute walk downhill from the heart of taksim. Kind staff who were helpful. Apartment had a laundry machine that worked and the bathroom was very clean. Not sure how they measured, but it seemed.smaller than advertised There were a lot of ants in the unit. Small ones,.but we did end up with some stowaways in our luggage. While some aspects of the unit were very clean, it's clear it rarely gets a deep clean. Good to note that the property has no elevator and units with a balcony will have a hike up the stairs (64 steps).

El apartamento horrible,había una ventana rota,encontramos un rollo de papel higiénico dentro de la cama,los baños super pequeños ,el agua de la ducha salía por todos los lados. El desayuno fatal y el comedor era penoso. De hecho teníamos cuatro noches y nos marchamos al segundo día volviendo a alquilar otro apartamento.

- Wanda (4/5): Disappointed for the price paid. Some of the issue could have been it was a holiday weekend. - The location was good. It certainly didn’t ruin the trip, but it should be mentioned that the Internet was terrible, the apartment was on the fourth floor with no elevator, it was very tiny, and it had described that there was a TV and sofa bed however, the TV seemed to only work if there was a DVD in it, and there was no sofa bed, just a chair that maybe did pull out to be a bed. The apartment itself was difficult to navigate around if there was any amount of luggage and the kitchen was very difficult to work in, and very dimly lit. The toilet wouldn’t flush several times and once there was no hot water, even though none had been used.

- Polina (9/5): На 100% рекомендую отель для проживания. Здесь вас точно не обманут. - Очень хороший, уютный отель с прекрасным, отзывчивым персоналом. До улицы Истикляль 5 минут пешком. Останавливались в двухкомнатном номере. Есть все для проживания (если чего-то не хватает, достаточно попросить на ресепшене). В номере есть даже утюг и гладильная доска. Близость к дороге, но шум не особо напрягает, можно закрыть окна.

The apartment was very good, had kitchen what was very important to me, because I have two kids, picky eaters. The rooms were clean, and our experience is very good. The guy that welcomed us, unfortunately I didn't asked his name, was very kind, and he even took our suitcase till the 3rd floor. Is rare to be welcomed like that. So thanks to him again. He showed us everything and everytime we needed something, they were there for us. The reception was 24/7 online, so for families visiting Istanbul, I can warmly recommend this hotel. 😊

Τα παιδιά στη ρεσεψιόν ( από Ισπανία)αλλά και το αφεντικό πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικοί. Περίμενα κάτι λίγο καλύτερο για τα λεφτά του... Το πρωινό είναι ή καφές ή τσάι και ένα πιάτο με λίγα αγγουράκια ,ντοματινια, βούτυρο,τυρί,πιπεριά, μαρμελάδα και ψωμί. Δεν είναι σαν την Ελλάδα μπουφές και διαλέγεις ότι θέλεις.
- DIMITRIOS (9/5): Easy going convenient place to stay - Warm helpful welcome by persons working on a 24 hour reception. Difficult car parking place. Appartments on floor 1-4 with no elevator. Big clean rooms . Clean Kitchen and clean bathroom with all the necessary accessories. Nice convenient neighborhood with many markets and restaurants and close 200 meters bus stop. Wish to come again with this right price. Nothing to mention. Parking difficulty as whole of central city.

Можливо, треба було це проговорити та залишити чайові. Номер 8 виходить на дуже шумну вулицю. Номер 11 виходить у двір, тому там тихо. Я зробила висновок, що парні номери виходять на шумну сторону, а непарні у двір на спокійну. Кондиціонер в 8 номері дуже шумний, але працює.

- Daniloca (8/5): Very good - the position is very central, just few minutes from the main square taksim and the guy we did the check in with is amazing. He helped us with carrying the luggage and the kids and helped us getting a nice warm dinner. thanks again! do not expect a 5 stars hotel. the flat need a lot of renewal, especially the bathroom. many things were broken. The flat is also too small/narrow for a family of 4. The parking space is on the street and our car was damaged. Not a good place to leave the car and with the market your car can stuck there

Lots of little things spoilt the stay. Each one not significant, but overall, a challenge. The key to apartment is bulky & heavy, the door to balcony wouldn’t slide without much effort (they said it would scheduled to be repaired!), shower door tough to slide, freezer needs defrosting, Wi-Fi kept cutting out.

- Ema (7/5): Good - The staff was super friendly and always available, the apartment was spacious and looks like the pictures. I appreciated the early check-in and the hospitality. We didn't have to wake up early to have breakfast and that was a plus + the food was good. Easy to find grocery stores The bed was not comfortable at all, my back was hurting during my whole stay. There was no blankets so I asked for one and they gave us one thin old blanket for 2 people, I had to ask for another one because we were freezing. Unfortunately I struggled every morning to eat my breakfast without a cat eating from my plate and I complained multiple times. The waiter was super kind, nice and polite, she was kindly trying to take the cat out but she wasn't washing her hands before touching the food again. The rest was good, nothing to complain about.

Cleaning was spotless. The little terrace is very nice ! Friendly and helpful staff. AC very noisy so you can't turn it on during the night. Curtains don't make the room completely black. Bad smell coming from the water pipes.

- Adrian (7/5): Functional, comfortable apartment in reasonable location - 24 hour reception with helpful friendly staff, spacious apartments with the necessary facilities including kitchen. Good location for Taksim square airport bus and metro. Short walk to tourist areas with cafes, pubs, shops. Good security. Can get to major sights on one tram although consider using the funicular to get up the hill on return in hot weather. Just be aware that you get what you pay for, there is some road noise, apartments are functional and comfortable.

The area itself is a bit trafficky, the road in front of the house is non-stop busy. I've seen a lot of poverty and dirt in the inner streets, it's better to avoid those.

- Petri (7/5): Great location and nice and helpful staff - The staff was helpful and nice. WIFI and AC worked well and the AC was reasonably quiet too allowing for a good nights sleeps. The extra cardio each day for going up and down 4 flights of stairs was probably good for me too (there is no elevator so just be aware of that). The location is also really great and near a lot of decently priced but nice local restaurants, street vendors and public transport. The shower water pressure for was not great and there was no holder for the shower head. Nothing too bad but considering the price the room was a bit more dilapidated than one would expect but I guess someone might just say that it's a more authentic Turkish experience.

The apartment is clean, equipped with everything you need, balcony and close to markets! The staff is always on the move, ready to satisfy our every wish! The location is a bit dubious, because you have to go somewhere else to get the key! They say it's open 24/7 at the reception, but when I got there, there was no one there and I stayed in the middle of the night and waited a long time! The room was not what was in the booking.com description, they gave us a small room with a small bed! A small update: After they saw my message about the camera, they messaged me privately, saying that I am a racist and that "Karma" will take care of me! I didn't add this, because I wasn't necessarily interested, as I felt good anyway, but if they brought it up, I specified this to the person at check-in, and it was pretended that he didn't know English, and the invoice, I haven't received it even now!

Pros: 1) Main touristic street is in 5 minutes by foot. 2) Total cleanness, clean bed sheets, comfy bed. 3) A lot of furniture, kitchenware, big dryer for washed clothes. 4) Good shower with stable water, unclogged water drain. 5) Quiet air-conditioner without bad smell. Cons: 1) Narrow and noisy street during the day. A lot of beggars nearby. "everywhere but near our hotel, in our area, i havent seen any beggar during my entire life:)" Then go 50m left up to the bridge at evening and say hello to beggar madam and her children. But if you mean "near" = at your door, then you're right. 2) No elevator. Though staff helped to lift luggage. "Our building is only stairs as mentioned in oir booking page, maybe you missed." Being mentioned doesn't become plus. 3) Poor room and bathroom lights. 4) Really small bathroom sink with a shelf above. You can't properly wash your face. 5) Poor WiFi internet connection (0-1MB/s), not enough for watching videos. Router stalls constantly - need to reboot. "I belive the answer is “no”". Should I post here screenshot of your whatsapp comment about "rebooting router"? I did it almost each hour during stay. Having "2x100mbps" lines doesn't help if you use the most cheapest routers. Also, these routers are outside of rooms, which affects on speed too. 6) Noisy fridge. "Every fridge has a small noise in all our houses." I had to turn it off because I couldn't close bedroom (due to absense of aircon here). 7) Staff don't communicate in Russian, despite specifying it in the services. "Aziz speaks Russian." Maybe, but my first whatsapp message in Russian was ignored as non-existing. So I used English to communicate with you.

- Anna (10/5): I loved it all! I'll recommend my friends to stay here for sure! - Very good location. Everything is within walking distance, the main tourist street of Istanbul is 5 minutes away! Stores are 20 meters away, on Sundays there is a market with fresh fruits and vegetables and much more! The staff is super nice and helpful and willing to help you with any questions! They answer quickly, I was very pleased with their attitude to customers! Thank you very much! Everything is fine, but the hotel is on a slope. Sometimes it can be noisy because of the large number of cars going up the hill.

We stayed on the top floor, there was no fences on the side of the corridor. You can easily fall down from the top of the stairs. So scary. I don’t recommend to a family with children:(.

Apartments are very clean and cosy. Service was very good. Guner is the best host ever. He is very helpful and kind. Location is very central. It’s close to Taksim square and Istiklal street. Don’t hesitate! Stay in Istanberry. You won’t regret it.

Not just a room, better to say an apartment ! - Frankly the first time i saw this hotel I thought to myself I could have done a better job in finding a nice hotel, but once I got into the room, it actually surprised me... nice bedroom, clean washroom and a kitchen ! It makes you feel you are staying in an apartment not a hotel room. Receptionists were there 24/7 and were friendly and helpful. There's a berry cafe just near the hotel where is so cozy. If I have to tell just one problem with this hotel is that there is no elevator, so if you can't just climb the stairs you better manage to settle in rooms in 1st or 2nd floor, if you are looking for alittle bit of exercise top floors are nice :) I really enjoyed my stay and hope u do too.. If you have VAC appointment it is just a 5 minute walk to get there and also the accessibility to İstiklal street is great...maybe 10 minute walk to reach there. Hope my review would be helpful
- sophiekarsli93 (8/5): Cosy 1 bed apartment - My partner and I stayed here for a week in their 1 bed studio apartment, a great location, very central and easy to find. The room was cosy and clean. The staff were very helpful and let us extend our checkout time so that it worked well with when we had to leave. Would stay again.
- Saqib (6/5): Good for families - This apartment has all the things one needs for a long stay but no satisfied. They need to change their bed sheets, pillow covers, duvet covers that are very old & are worn out. Kitchen is good with all its utensils & utilities. Istaklal street 8-10 minutes walk while Taksin Square at a distance of 20 - 25 minutes walk. Helpful & cooperative front desk staff.

Çalışanlar sıcak, güleryüz ve ilgili. Koca bir teşekkürü hakediyorlar. I'like to thank to Berry Life for their hospitality and warmness. Clean and comfortable room with 24 hour running water was more than enough. I could easily reach the city center, especially Galatasaray and Asmalımescit in 5 mnts by walking.

- dimityrgp (10/5): You can leave your luggage there - If you have to carry a luggage this place offers a storage room where you can leave your stuff just only for 20 lira per day . We had a few free hours in Istanbul and we left our suitcases there . The location is very good , its close to Taksim Square and Bosfor River . The guy whos working there is very friendly and always will help you , he ordered a taxi for us .
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Also erstmal muss ich sagen sind die Arbeiter sehr sehr nett, die kommen sehr entgegen wenn man irgendwelche Probleme hat. Aber das man zwei junge Frauen im Erdgeschoss, wo man keinen Empfang hat, einquartiert finde ich gar nicht gut, da wir auch sehr Angst hatten wegen der Umgebung wo sich das Hotel befand. Das Zimmer hat auch sehr gestunken wir haben uns ein paar mal beschwert da wurde nur ein Geruchsspray gemacht mehr nicht. Im Zimmer befanden sich rote Käfer haben uns da auch beschwert, die meinten es wird mit Insekten Spray gesprüht aber paar Tage später gabs die immer noch. Was ich auch blöd fand und sowas geht gar nicht, das ist Datenschutz, hat mir einer aus dem Apartment (der auch einquartiert war) in Facebook geschrieben.

Having said that, the room is very clean and has all the basic ameneties that you need. The staff is very helpful with questions and the food at the berry cafe is very reasonable and at a good price. Location is 10 minute walk to the centre which is convenient

- 648aimeef (8/5): lovely stay - We were supposed to only be in Istanbul for a weekend but ended up extending our stay. Previoulsy staying at the Hilton in Kadikoy we decided to look elsewhere. Taksim area was reccomended but pricey. So looking into Beyoglu and what a lovely surprise we had. A little smaller than expected but was enough for us girls. Super clean, reasonably priced and wonderful staff who help you with everything

The owner/host is so far the most understdnding, friendly warm and sincere one I have ever met even I have travelled more than 20 countrie. I had the experience that he values values and pepple more than income and profits. His staff hold the same high standard too. The apartment is very clean and well equppied. We loved the location because we stay among the real Istanbul people, who owns a fruit shop, who starts the bakery early in the day and who greeted us spontaneously. I want to give a big thumb up to the team and to Güner especially.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Wrong side of Beyoğlu - I would not recommend it as it is located at the wrong side of Beyoğlu. Garbage everywhere, crumbling buildings, stray dogs and negative energy. Istanbul is a beautiful city and there are plenty clean nice hotels for every budget in a clean area with a positive energy you just have to look for it. I stayed in Besiktas and Fatih and it was perfect. If you want to stay at Beyoğlu look at the trams side/where the trams is, this area are clean, has positive energy and close to everything. When I stayed at Berry Life there was one 12 hrs electricity cut and one water cut for 30 hrs, which is highly inconvenient. The room was smelly even after I bought air freshener, air conditioning only has one temperature, twice when I woke up in the morning the bathroom floor was filled with water don’t know where the water came from. I think hotels.com has to check physically which hotel and rooms are acceptable not just relying on photos only.

- souzanasadollahi (8/5): Feeling homey - Actually, this is my second time that I stayed in Berry's apartment. Very clean, neat, equipped. the location is also great ( 10 min walk to Taksim). All I can say is that it is much more worth than you pay for.

- Gorrepati (2/5): - Hi I am from India and I went to hotel before day of my booking to see the room comfort and other things. My first impression was bad relating to the locality, because the road is very steap and near by there is nothing available and it's one way also if I am right. Next, when I saw the room in underground two floors below with out windows. I immediately came out and asked the guy in reception to provide me another room for which I will pay the difference. He said very politely, if possible tomorrow when you come to check in we will provide you another room. The next day me and my friend went to the hotel at about 1.30 pm and met another guy in reception and the owner and family is also there. The guy said that there is a note of my request about room and the owner says something in Turkish language to receptionist. This guy says to me that there is Government rule says not to give room for one day to the guests. It should be at least Two or three days it seams. I never come across this kind of rule any where. Then I decided to walk out and took luggage and went to Istiklal street in searching of another hotel. My complaint about the hotel is , even though my booking of hotel is my mistake,they gave me wrong rule of Government and denied accommodation even after I was ready to pay the difference amount. The hotel is not as it is shown it site. Thank you.
- Dimitri (10/5): a clean flat in a quiet street, - We had a good time in this flat. It comes equipped with everything you need (washing machine for clothes especially!) Everything in the flat was very clean and nearly new. Just the bathroom has some traces of use (tiny bit of mold) but great condition otherwise. The location is ideal, close from taksim square and in a walkable distance from the blue mosque (1h). I would recommend!
- Junpei (10/5): My home in Istanbul - Everyone there was so nice, friendly and helpful! I was traveling alone, but they made me feel like I wasn’t by talking like friends we just met. And they were genuinely curious who I am, it wasn’t like they were asking because that’s what they have to do as their job. The room was clean, comfortable and well furnitured. They recommended me a restaurant only local goes to, which was great! Muhammed was happy to help me even thought I arrived really late at night. The location was really good, walking distance to some of the main spots like Taksim square and Grata Tower(from here the old town that has so many things to see is just about 15 min), It’s about 20 min walk but you will definitely enjoy the shops and beautiful streets there. I will definitely come back for sure! Thank you very much, again!

Fully Recommended? Highly!! (Without any exaggeration) Detailed review: The very first thing that grabbed my attention in Mr. Guner's listing is the beautiful way he described his property and the creative way he rendered his rules to the readers, as well as the detailed photos attached to the listing. You can see exactly where you will stay, and the photos reflect the exact reality. We checked in a bit late (around 11 pm) and Mr. Guner was waiting for us in the office (which is located just next to the main entrance of the building). He warmly welcomed us and took us to our apartment and did not leave us until he made sure that everything is fine and that we don't need anything. The apartment was very clean (they pay so much attention to cleanliness) and fully equipped. The location is great. All means of public transportation are easily accessible. The neighborhood is very calm and friendly. We felt safe and secure even though we used to get back "home" 3-4 in the morning everyday. Mr. Guner and the staff were genuinely kind and always willing to help. Being genuinely kind and being kind because you are obliged by the manager to be kind really makes a difference. The apartments and the whole business are managed in a very professional way. You receive exactly what you have been promised to receive, no silly excuses at all. As for the cost, the apartment gives the best value for money. The price is very reasonable and acceptable for the services provided. Honestly, I did not find any downside in this apartment and my stay was more than great. Berry Life Apartments will definitely be my first option whenever I visit this amazing city :)

- 225siavasha (10/5): Strongly recommend it - I spent almost 2 month there, First, staff were very nice and helpful, the host "Guner" and his team were one of the most professional host i've ever seen. Rooms were super clean, also all the facilities worked perfectly for me. The property was located in one of the best part of Istanbul, really convenient to go around or shop. I will go back there for sure.
