Guest Reviews
- Tom (2/5): - The motel is a dump, find something else.
- C James (8/5): - Clean room
- Mandar (10/5): - Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom
- Kristin (6/5): Good price - Some effort had been made to update things, but the decor was dated and the carpet look old. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean.
- Rochelle (4/5): - Old building, not much options around town, water leaking through back wall from snow?! Mold around wet floors
- Gregory (6/5): - The property is dated...but clean and safe...reasonably priced...overall...good
- Pam (10/5): - Pleasant staff
- Levi (6/5): - Bed was very comfy, room was good. But the bathroom stank, didn’t smell clean, like a damp moldy smell
- Darlene (8/5): - The toom was very clean and the beds were comfortable.
- Patrick (4/5): - Room was in poor condition.
- Timipre (8/5): - It served my basic needs.
- Donna (8/5): - Comfortable but slightly musty smell on entering. AC unit quite old but operational. Friendly staff and handy to parking and restaurant.
- Jacob (2/5): - Bathroom smelled and beds were poor
- Alan (8/5): - The gentleman who signed us was super. My only comment was that there was a large spider web on top of the door on the left side. My husband got rid of it as I am terrified of spiders. There were no spiders just the web
- Jim (8/5): - This was a on place.
- silvia (4/5): - My wife booked it as we usually stay somewhere else. The carpet is terrible and the top bedding got spray not washed. Really needs renovations as it is as expensive as the nicely renovated property not far from there. Very friendly Asian gentlemen at check in
- Margret E. (10/5): - Quilt on bed very heavy.
- Jamie (10/5): - Clean friendly and better than the westway inn motel
- Daniel (8/5): - Check in was easy, Room was decently spacious and clean. Decor was a little dated but beds were comfortable. Got a good nights sleep and that is what we paid for.
- Toni (10/5): - It worked for our needs. Cost efficient . Took some advice with friendliness and kindness. Wonderful hosts ...
- Richard (10/5): - Perfect
- Wing Sze (10/5): - It was a nice motel, clean and nice staff, convenient location, we like it.
- Pam (8/5): - Very basic motel, quick easy check in. clean, and comfortable beds
- Veerpal (10/5): - Overall nice place to stay. Not very updated but its good
- Christine (8/5): - The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating as I arrived late .
The room was clean to glance at .
But closer looks found previous guests McDonald's garbage . Cobwebs and spiders .
- John (2/5): - After 12 hours of travelling, we arrived to see a bunch of people dancing outside their motel room with the door open, music blasting. Didn’t have good feelings about the place right away. When we went to check in we found out they had gave our room to someone else and the motel was full. As frustrating as it was after a long drive we were relieved it happened otherwise we would have been up all night guarding our vehicles.
- lois (8/5): - rooms clean... beds very comfortable... price excellent for a good sleep
- Ali (10/5): - Good clean peaceful motel close to all amnesties.
- Julie (8/5): Great overnight stop-over accommodation - This is a great stop-over motel to stay at. It is older but the room was clean, very comfortable beds. The continental breakfast had a good variety of food and beverages as well.
- Gordon (8/5): Very Satisfied - Friendly staff, quick check-in, good location close to all amenities. Everything I needed and it all worked fine, & Neepawa is a lovely town!
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The bed sheets smelled. It felt unclean and unhygienic because of that.
- Penny (8/5): Great stay great value - The owners of this motel are so nice and so helpful. The property is old and a bit beat up, but the bed was super comfortable, the shower was great. The continental breakfast was lovely. Would stay here again
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Mr Danny was a great guy. Made our stay like our home. Thank you
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It was a great stay and close to everything in the center. MR Danny is very good and helpfull , very nice as well...i felt home when i stayed in his motel. Thanks
- Cherrie (8/5): Value for money - Friendly owner
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The rooms were clean and the mattresses on the beds were amazing! The best part of the motel was the friendly staff who were so accommodating!
- Jill (6/5): - We liked the separate entrances but didn’t like the mold in the bathroom and pee stains around the toilet and mud on the floor from someone else
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The motel is older but clean and the owners work very hard to try and meet your needs.
- Darrel (10/5): Old but good - Older motel, but the new management is working hard to remodel. Very pleasant stay.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It is nice when one can park the vehicle close to ones room.
The noise traveled rather easily from room to room.so we knew we needed to keep our tone down.
- Roxanne (8/5): - good for the price
- Verified traveler (6/5): Okay. - The motel is a typical small town motel. It is okay. Stayed in worse. Stayed in better. It was clean. Nobody remembered to open up for breakfast. When they did it was very basic.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - over all the room was clean, they need to update the vent covers, they are old and rusty makes the room look bad
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Danny was nice...but unfortunately but when observing the room next to us it appeared it might be possible to rent rooms by the hour (well less than that) so wasn't impressed with that. It was enough for me to say wouldn't stay again.
- Betty (4/5): Good location but very dirty - It was in a good location close to shopping and restaurants. It was not clean. It is old and out of date
- j (2/5): Terrible hotel - Room had no heat for two days -15 rooms un finished and out dated owners are extremely rude
- Rocco (10/5): Great little motel - It is everything as you would expect for a small town motel on the main highway in the middle of Manitoba.
The hotel itself is old and you can visibly see the wear and tear.
However, the staff were alert and super friendly and the building and room were extremely clean.
The beds were comfortable, the sheets were nice/clean and the pillows also comfortable.
The room had all the amenities listed, including TV, fridge, coffee, etc.
- Carole (4/5): Over Booked - I had booked this place early and received confirmation of the booking. Three days before stay I was contacted by phone by owner that they had over booked. Made arrangements for us to stay in a B&B. There was another couple there that had been over booked as well
- GLJ (8/5): - Basic accommodation and breakfast but it was everything we needed. Hot shower and a very comfortable and restful sleep on a snowy night. Our host was very gracious - would definitely stay again!
- anna (4/5): Freezing - We stayed here during recent trip to Canada and the room would not warm up. Then during our stay we had a family emergency arise and needed to check out to return the U.S. I went to the front desk to inform them of the situation. I walked in BEFORE 11am, which is the check out time. The front desk person was assisting another person and then took a phone call right after. By time he was finished assisting others it was after 11am and he refused to work with expedia in giving me a refund and would not allow me to check out. After both the expedia tech and myself tried reasoning with him he would not allow us to stay there any longer and still charged me a full night stay for the room. So unprofessional I will not stay there again and makes me cautious of using expedia any further since they were of no help
- Darrel (8/5): Cute character - Nice and clean, that's all that matters on the road. Good bed, good wifi, friendly hosts, we will return for sure
- Lorrie (8/5): Small non-chain place - I liked that there was a couch in the room between the beds. Small business operation which we were happy to support but some things missing: no coffee at breakfast, old microwave in room. Needs updating in bathroom. Large room, good wifi. Good bed, say no more.
- Ethan (8/5): Friendly staff - The host(s) are great and very friendly. The room was clean and the included facilities were enough.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Friendly, helpful management. Well-equipped room. Neepawa is a nice place to stop over for the night.
