Comfortable bed. I would definitely stay again. You are getting high quality for that price level. Not having a mirror in the bathroom is weird (so you have to use the one inside the room) but that is a minor nuissance.

Z5198GHsandrab (10/5): Good bang for your buck! - Hot water and good water pressure? YES! This hotel is spotless too and although you’re close to town, it is a quiet building. The only downfall is the free WiFi is only in the lobby and breakfast eating area. The staff is absolutely outstanding and Grace, the lobby desk attendant, can help you with just about everything…laundry, arranging airport transfer, sightseeing advice! The breakfast was simple but delicious!

evpj2023 (8/5): Memorable Coron Tour - Good location (Center of Coron town) , the place is so accessible to restaurant, bars, coffee shop, souvenir shops, atm, port and overlooking at Coron bay. Very accommodating staff. helpful and approachable Ms. Grace Divina. The room is clean, tidy and spacious, WI-FI only worked at the lobby, but not an issue for us. They also serve very good breakfast. We’re very happy and satisfied on our 3 nights and 4 days stay at One Averee Hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would come back. The hotel employees lingering in the lobby playing annoying loud music or internet tik-tok etc, de lobby should be for the comfort of the guest’s as this is the only place where there is internet available in the hotel

WiFi service is weak especially at night but I hear it is that way throughout town! Nothing fancy but clean- I was in middle room with no view - but also quiet! Couple of channels in English on TV! Has good air conditioning and showers with relatively hot water!
fmanheck (4/5): Ants on my toothbrush / bogus rules - OK no way to candy coat this. I did NOT like this place. 1. Room we received was not the room we saw online in photo. "No other rooms available" was the only answer. Coron was pretty well booked being Chinese New Year. We had limited options so we elected to stay. Had to pay in full in advance. 2. BS Rule #1 - no food or drink allowed in your room......later found out it was because of the ants. Tiny ones come in mass from the drains. They would cover any food and my pretty well rinsed toothbrush. Hence the rule. No Food or Drink in the room. 3. BS Rule #2 Noone except the authorized guests were allowed into the rooms. You were supposed to meet in the "restaurant" which was always closed except for breakfast. 4. After ants we asked for a different room. None available. I did ask why they did not treat for the ants. The desk clerk did not know what I was talking about. Asked for refund. Was refused. We left. working with my credit card company. Closing thoughts The rooms were actually nice. Clean except the ants. Large. Bed was decent. Location was very good. Coron is gorgeous. No mini fridge. no wifi (was supposed to be) Worst part was the desk clerk. Totally uninterested and apathetic in doing anything to help us in anyway. I was polite the entire time. Nothing mattered after being paid in advance.

Verified traveler (8/5): - Hotel is close to shore where they launch the boats to other island. It’s almost in the middle of the town. The elevator was broken all five days I was there. The food was great for the price of the hotel. Staff was so helpful and friendly. They helped me with bookings on local tours and trips. Highly recommend this hotel besides broken elevator and high stairs.
thecullenabellon (10/5): A memorable experience - I stayed at the One Averee way back 2016 when i first arrived in town for more than a month. Good ventilation, clean rooms, very accommodating staff and a safe place to stay in. I was just starting in this town when I realized just today, that this hotel is going to be my forever friend, now that I reside in town. Staff recognizes me up to this day and to tell you they have never changed. I recommend this hotel for people who are in a budget bud has standards in hotels. Your requests are being handled properly and that is what travelers look for. I still walk by the hotel and would probably spread the word about this hotel's back office good service. Nice!
jeanettem07 (10/5): Comfortable stay in Coron - When we were stuck in Coron due to a typhoon, we decided to book this place. The place is so accessible to everywhere and it's perfect for me. It's just a bit pricey compared to other hotels in town but it's still worth it.

Randy (8/5): - This hotel has one major advantage to others and is their location in the center of the town proper. Nice view of the bay and of the town center fountain which they start up in the evenings. Nothing spectacular about the rooms which are basic. It does have hot water for the shower, but not the sink. No fridge for cold drinks or place to put snacks to keep the ants away. The rooms, even on the 3rd & the floor has ants and they like to bite. Wi fi is very slow, so slow that you cannot use it to check in for air flights.
Peter (2/5): Giving 2 stars would be generous - If disco music at 7am till 7pm is your thing ..??..then this is the place for you .. 80db of noise from the adjacent markets is the norm ..!!
CHI YUNG (8/5): Fair - Located in the centre of Coron Town. No elevator, no slippers, no blanket and no hair dryer in room unless you ask for. Breakfast is fair and you might not have time to enjoy a great breakfast because every tours are start in early morning.
Dee (6/5): - Nice and clean hotel in Coron Town near all the restaurants and shops. Good breakfast served every morning from 6.30 to 9am. No elevator, and it’s a 4 floors hotel. No elevators in this island. Which didn’t bother us, but some pleople might find it inconvenient. They do laundry also at the hotel which was a big plus. They have airport shuttle service. Nice helpful staff. Only thing that was inconvenient for us was that we needed to be present while they cleaned our room? And also water drainage wasn’t the best in the shower. Overall a nice clean hotel, close to everything.
