Guest Reviews
- cherrylynn (6/5): Good - It was clean. The wall are too thin. The guest in the room next to me, wake me up at 4:00 am, she was yelling. No tea in the room, only coffee. Roon was small.
- Russell (4/5): - Sheets had obvious stains on them room could be kept better to feel more new
- Elizabeth (9/5): -
- Sandy (10/5): - Real comfortable beds!! Give them 10+! Can't think of anything!
- Kersten (6/5): -
- Jannette (1/5): - Nothing Everything

- Constance (8/5): It was in a perfect location for what we needed . Comfortable and clean - It was very clean , quiet and comfortable .
Plus very close to hospital, where we had to be next day .
- Lorna (7/5): -
- Melanie (10/5): -
- I Mont (4/5): We had average expectations that were not met. - I liked the location.
The ventilation / cooling system performed well.
The refrigerator and microwave were functional. The coffee maker didn't work.
The room was cramped. There was not enough space to place belongings, so some of them ended up on the floor.
The mattress was too soft for my liking.
- Maureen (2/5): Would not recommend. - Was not told there was a breakfast.
Beds good. The balcony was filthy. Butt can with sand for butts. The balcony needed big repairs.Trashy or what. Should be no smoking. Windows in hall, filthy with a dead plant.
- Annette (6/5): - No breakfast, rooms need updating for the price. Breakfast should be included. Only two sugars and two creamers for two people
- Robert (9/5): - The location is right downtown Lindsay, close to the shops, Saturday morning Farmer’s Market, restaurants and a beautiful park.
- Ray (7/5): - location and the staff dated, very noisy
- Paul (7/5): -
- Filipe (7/5): -
- Declan (6/5): Location was exellent. - Didnt have breakfast Room was cool. Had to leave heater on all night.
- Cathy (7/5): Location is excellent and staff was kind. - Conveniently located to centre. Drafty… see daylight under door, floors cold. Mold in windows. Fridge freezer needed defrosting. Bathroom sink drained poorly.
- Alar (9/5): - Location
- Dave (10/5): - That it really close to everything There's not anything to dislike
- Nancy (8/5): - When I booked I thought this was an Inn not a motel with a very basic room.
- Jessica (7/5): Quiet, clean, you get what you pay for - - Close to "downtown", walkable location. Very quiet stay. Seemed to be clean, appreciated the laminate flooring/ lack of carpet. Bathroom needs to be updated. Grout around sinks and tub was degraded, shower curtain was dirty, door was poorly hung - very hard to fully close door/sticks in frame.
- William (10/5): - Convenient easy parking
- Carol (4/5): - The reception was fine. The motel room was recently painted and the flooring had been replaced. But both chairs had huge stains on them so there was nowhere to sit. There was no plug for the tub. The towels were clean but well used. Was very disappointed as there were so many stellar reviews.
- Annabelle (10/5): - there is decent parking, rooms are clean, AC works, owners are great to deal with,
We booked for 4 people but we had to ask for extra towels.
will be bacck.
- Stan (8/5): -
- Dominique (8/5): - Was ok
Not expensive
Well located
- Melissa (4/5): - Had a hard time checking in and nosey hall
- Ruth (10/5): - I highly recommend Kent Inn!
- Joe (8/5): -
- Debra (8/5): - The room was clean, check in was a breeze! The beds were comfortable. I would have preferred a room on the top floor they are a little roomier and the ceiling is higher. Next time I will request one on upper floor.
- Melanie Lynn (10/5): - Lovely little country motel. Super cute
- Barry (8/5): -
- Jean (8/5): - Conveniently located 😊
- Connie (8/5): - Nice motel room, bathroom was a bit snug but clean, beds were comfortable
Host was friendly
- Donald (8/5): -
- Jean-Francois (9/5): -
- Kelley (7/5): -
- Jeffrey (10/5): - The hotel room appeared recently renovated and the property was small and quiet. It was walkable to the downtown of Lindsay. It was great for a short stay in the area.
- Veronica (10/5): - Okay
- Arthur G. (10/5): - No complaints. Would stay there again.
- Kimberlie (8/5): - Clean, comfortable quaint room. Perfect basic room.
- Jason (10/5): - Staff at check in was amazing. Friendly, welcoming, helpful and prompt. Room was clean and comfortable. Simple and no frills but good value for money for a nights stay.
- Ian (8/5): - The motel was adequate. On the plus side, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was more or less modern (no issues there). Staff were friendly. On the minus side, the walls were thin enough to hear your neighbours. The "table" was probably about a foot in diameter (pretty much useless), and the two chairs in the room were so worn that when you sit in them, you sink in the middle. If you're looking just for a place to sleep for the night, it's fine, but don't expect a luxury suite by any means.
- Linda (8/5): - Nice room, lovely motel vibe.
- Jamie (8/5): - Friendly people and clean room
- Paul (8/5): - The facility was relatively recently renovated. The staff was attentive and efficient. Very close proximity and very good restaurants and pubs.
- Elouise (8/5): -
- Raymond (10/5): - Friendly people. Nice and clean room. Will do again soon.
- Mooradian (7/5): Convenient, quiet and restful - The quiet Nothing
- Deborah (8/5): -
- miriam (4/5): - The carpeted
the rooms smelled. The bathroom was
- Shirley (8/5): - Good beds and pillows.
Quiet area.
Clean
- Brent (8/5): - The location had a nice parking lot tucked back off the road, with lots of space. Several food options within walking distance.
Bed was quite comfortable, and the pillows were excellent!
There isn't a lot of bathroom counter space, so we had to use the window sill, but that was certainly not something to stop us from recommending the location to others.
- Sayeed (8/5): - Walking distance from the downtown, restaurants and Tims
- Alannah (6/5): Pleasant -
- Andrew (9/5): Superb -
- 24bikin (10/5): Perfect! - Just wonderful! Felt like home away from home after 1 month on the road. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. The beds and pillows were perfect (and we’ve slept on lots of them in this past month!) We decided to stay another night because it was just what we needed.🇨🇦
- Calin (10/5): - Overall good.
- Barbara (6/5): This little facility is located between the downtown and the outskirts malls. It is clean and comfortable - Centrally located with a unique layout If stairs are a problem, request a room on the grounds floor
- Joy (7/5): Good for what we needed it for - no frills but clean l - Room was clean and roomy. Microwave and coffee was good.. Bathroom door was really noisy opening/closing.
Door to the hallway was not sealed (light came in all the way around the door). Outside door the rear building should have been locked after a certain time
- Lisa (4/5): I wouldn’t stay at this location again - Close to downtown and restaurants The room was very musty smelling, they had tape holding the vent in the bathroom and the vent was just hanging from the ceiling. The bathroom was not fresh, had a very distinct odour. Tape on the floor, tape on picture frames.
- Harman (8/5): Very good -
- Wendo (10/5): I will book again - Clean and very comfortable bed. Nothing
- Anya (8/5): - Great value - room was comfortable, a/c worked well, coffee machine and fridge worked well.
- Barbara (10/5): - Very quiet and clean. The beds were very comfortable. On check in Priti was very pleasant and helpful. She recommended a few restaurants for dinner. A short walk to the Flato Academy. I will be coming back.
- Amanda (8/5): - Clean quiet and affordable
- Janice (8/5): - My go-to place when I need to overnight in the Lindsay area. The rooms are spacious, fresh and clean, the beds are comfortable, and the lighting good. Service is available but unobtrusive which I appreciate.
- Adam (10/5): - Nice room, quiet, short walk to quaint downtown. Good value.
- Danny (10/5): - The room was lovely. The bed was very comfortable. It is off a main road so it is noisy but the inn itself is very clean. The staff were very pleasant
- Albert (8/5): - good place
- Lionel (4/5): - Room was small and very stuffy. Staff was not present. No posted policy on room cleaning (there is none). Sad little motel.
- Katherine (6/5): - Not sure where this motel won any award. Unless its in the main house? This was a motel and thats it nothing boutique about it just simple plain rooms.
- Tim (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kenneth (8/5): For a one night comfortable bed stay - There was no breakfast but the room was clean barebones but all we needed for price and room fantastic All was ok no complaints
Clean..neat..economical great for 1 night stay
- Laura (10/5): - Had a fantastic overnight impromptu stay! Large, clean room. Comfortable bed and everything we needed for the evening. Walked into town for a walk along the river and had dinner.
- TONY (10/5): Great affordable place in Lindsay - We stay here often because of its proximity to amenities and it's affordable.
The rooms are basic but are what we need.
- Dales (9/5): We are very pleased - The greeter was very kind. When she found that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary(63rd) she compd us an upgrade. Our over all experience was wonderful. We will and have recommended Kent Inn to friends Nothing
- Nancy (10/5): - Very comfortable and clean. Good check in and check out times.
- Catherine (7/5): A well priced, well located option for anyone wanted to be near the hospital. - The location around the block from the hospital worked very well for me. Thecroom was not large but it was clean and had everything I needed
- Krystenashley (10/5): Immaculate, comfortable and affordable - Just checked in for my third visit to the Kent Inn. This place is spotless! Easy check in and a charming family business in Lindsay. Loads of pillows, comfortable rooms and beds, and very well kept. Good location on Kent and close to parks, restaurants and shops. My preferred accommodation when staying in Lindsay.
- Mark (10/5): Well located ! - Well-kept Motel for the Working Man !
- Fougere (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chantal (8/5): - Nice staff and room.
- James (10/5): - Bathroom is nice, comfortable beds, good sized, fridge, microwave all that you need.
- Roy (8/5): Good value because of location and cleanliness. - Good location; friendly staff and room was maintained well.
- Catherine (8/5): Very good -
- Jeff (10/5): - Nice little Inn near town. Everything was great,
- Christine (4/5): Old and Dirty - The room was just old and grungy. It was freezing cold and even after running the heater for several hours, it still didn’t warm up. There were stains on the lamp shades, and a big stain on the side table. The picture frames on the wall were cracked. The door to the room was hard to lock from the outside (loose handle). It was okay for a cheap motel, but I wouldn’t stay there again.
- Lori (6/5): - This was fine for a one night stay. Very basic room but clean and bed was comfortable. A few updates like new flooring but still an older style motel with few amenities.
- Maria (7/5): Beds were great , bathroom fine - Good location , close to downtown A little cleaner , crumbs on the chairs
- Steven (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and reasonable priced.
- Edward (8/5): Very good -
- Steven (8/5): Good location close to everything. - Reasonably priced and clean and comfortable. Room to room noise was high. Our next door Neighbor was using f bombs more then regular words, was extremely load and unfortunately late at night, now this is not the fault of the owner as much of the inconsiderate renter. This is our second stay here and last time was quite, as the old saying goes cant pick your Neighbors. Out of the 3nights we stayed Fri and Sunday we slept great.
- Bill (6/5): - The room was very cold, but the noisy heater, running all night, eventually warmed up the room. An extra blanket or two would have been good. The bed was comfortable.
- Devonté (4/5): Not super great, okay for a cheap night - Looked pretty cool Bed was super uncomfortable, locks were very difficult to use, there was really bad water damage on our ceiling and some gross brown water was dripping from the fan onto the toilet, water pressure wasn’t great and the doors were very loud when opened, we were woken up earlier than we would’ve liked simply because the people beside us were leaving.
- Robert (6/5): - Bedding was stained, property was renovated by dated and simple.
- Robert (7/5): Good -
- Sherry (10/5): Would stay again - We have stayed at the Kent Inn before when we were in Lindsay. Rooms are spacious, clean. We like the little sitting area, spacious fridge and the fact that there is no carpet in our rooms, all hardwood.
