Dionepita (7/5): - Lack of facilities , toilet have standing water in the floor. Restaurant very poor option for food. Cleaners always leave everything wet when they wash the toilet. The mirror you cant even see your face never clean at all.

Steven (1/5): Not value for money. Poor & Dated - Bed was comfortable.. Pool side Bar was never open & pool is in the shade pretty much all day. Coffee cups but no kettle, had to ask for the shower to be enabled to be hot. Balcony without table & seats. Air con poor. Wi Fi barely worked. Did ask to leave but clearly that's why rooms need pre paying as no one was happy. Really feel a part refund nessasary. Breakfast was very poor & at the front is a stinking butchers.

Irwin (2/5): Unpleasant stay. - Breakfast is OK, food has little egg, few slices of hotdog and a rice. Soup is served. It was not shown in the picture that there are several steps /stairs to go to the assigned rooms, it is very, very inconvenient to go up and down those several steps. There is no phone in the room so you cannot communicate to the desk if you need a towel, blanket which are not provided. We have to ask to Mirell who by the way is very helpful, and excellent with customers. We ended up transferring to another hotel the very next day because of the inconvenience and discomfort in climbing up and down the stairs. Toilet and rooms looks very old and not updated.

The facilities were fabulous. There is a great pool. Free breakfast and free shuttle to the beach. Housekeeping staffs are amazing and provided excellent service. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.. I would definitely recommend this lovely hotel.

They have free shuttle to beach dmall around 10 minutes. Nice staff and always greet us. We are so happy and very satisfied. Recommended this place. We will back soon.

They will treat you like a family. It is a boutique hotel with romantic ambiance. Good breakfast and it's free. Nice clean swimming pool, Good place to chill out at the roofdeck lounge. Bed is large, like a 5 star rating beds. Clean rooms with all the amenities and good wifi. It's a gem in Boracay. They have free shuttle to the beach as well. We stayed here for 6 days 5 nights.

We got a value for our 7 night price Front Entry (Road) to the Hotel ist Not so inviting. Furniture ist a Bit old but Not damaged.

The place is not even a hostel ,it’s a scam and the personnel there they do not cooperate at all, they even laugh at you when you show them the pictures they provide at the sites that you can reserve this place.It smell very bad and it is extremely dirty!The photos are fake 100%!!!There is mold all over the walls so imagine the smell.It is very small and the toilet is liking to the floor like the shower…Stay away!

The dining table was outside. The room was on a hill that was not safe very slippery. For the price the rooms were horrible.

Food are also deliciuos. All staff are approachable and give all our request fast.100% recommended to all travelers.

The inclusions written on my booking confirmation were incomplete. There were no toiletries, no telephone, no socket near the bed and no carbon monoxide detector. The room safety deposit box was loose and almost fell off. The room aircon was not cooling good. I requested the hotel staff to transfer us to a room with a good air conditioning unit. Unfortunately, there was no more available room and they just provide us with an electric fan. They gave us two mobile numbers of their front office which we could call (if we need anything) using my mobile phone but my calls were never answered.:-(

justl911 (10/5): Relaxing Hotel - We have a great stay at orient beach hotel. Room is clean and well maintained. Pool is clean, breakfast is delicious. Staff are so kind and approachable. Situated in quite place and perfect for relaxation like us. I will definitely to come back and recommend to all my friends.

427michellam (10/5): Lovely stay at the orient beach boracay - We stayed here 4 nights with my family and booked deluxe and executive rooms. This is my 3rd time in boracay and this is the most efficient hotel we have stayed within it's category. The good: Clean rooms, high quality beds and sheets, free coffee, water. Decent size room, TV with international channels, safe, electric kettle, free wifi, everything you need. Staffs are polite and very respectful. Breakfast is good and delicious foods by the pool side. Evening time you can spend at the roof deck lounge- free. Free shuttle to the beach. The Bad: After 2 am no staff at the front desk. Wifi wasn't high speed. After 9PM no free shuttle, so if you come after 9pm you need to get a trike, cost P25 per person. or P150 for entire trike. During our arrival we requested early check in but room wasnt available until 1PM. So we had to wait in their restaurant. Overall all good and we will surely stay here again and it's worth staying here and everything convenient, staffs are helpful.
Anonymous (6/5): It was ok. - Free breakfast because we dont need to go out in the morning. The kids enjoyed the pool. They have a very friendly staffs. The food they offer are delicious. We were there during a heavy rain, the water leaks from the ceilings (2 out of 3 rooms). The lock on one of the bathroom door is broken.

Randy (5/5): It was fairly good - When the food was hot it was very good. The portions of the food were good size mainly. We liked the pool. The staff were friendly. The food was usually cold. The room service food was always late. The shower was little more than a trickle. They neglected to tell us when the kicken was closed early.

Myralou (1/5): CRAP - Nothing about the property. It’s unsafe and very poorly maintained. Only the driver, is worth 1 star. Everything- My mum and I got electrocuted, Management didn’t even ask if we were okay. Bathroom- hot water is non existent on first night, we got it fixed and they left it on super hot and it’s unbeatable to use. Bedrooms- ceiling was leaking, our beds were wet, they changed the bedsheets but realized the whole mattress was soaking wet, we ended up sleeping on the floor the 2nd night. Doors- automatically locked- you need to ask reception everytime you want to get in the main bedroom Breakfast- GOODLUCK with that.. we got served set menu of Rice/ scrambled eggs and sausages. every single day. It’s ridiculous. Airconditioning- it’s spitting cold water. This place shouldn’t be advertised in here. It should be fix before they can have people here. This place is a joke for the price. Please stay away.

Riz (6/5): if your looking for a family room, it is ok, but not safe for kids and not senior friendly. too far from the beach. ther - customer service is ok. the food is delicious. however breakfast has limited option. swimming pool is a bit warm. no mirror in each room. a bit old. the cr is not that clean. there are lots of cats!!! 😣 the accommodation needs renovation.

Marc (4/5): Disapointing stay at this hotel. - The staff of the hotel was very friendly and did everything to feel you comfortable. Daily cleaning of the room is possible however you have to ask. Free shuttle to D-mall is also well organised. We booked an executive room but I haven't seen much "executive" in this room. I am a ceo of a company and this is not executive. The sink was very small and the fossette was loose. The aircon is still the old and noisy type and internet connection was rather poor. The road works made everything even more disapointing as dust was gathering everywhere around the pool area and on the seats what made them not useful. The breakfast was also rather poor.

Patricia (10/5): One of the Best Accommodations - The staff and trainees were amazing! They treat everyone as VIP's. The place itself was exceptional. Very clean and cozy. The room and bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast and food from the menu was delicious. They do have a free shuttle scheduled going to D*Mall and they would still accommodate you even if you'd ride it alone. Lastly, the tour guide, Kuya Fritz, was the best! He'd make sure you'd enjoy your money's worth. Everyone and everything truly exceeded our expectations. Truly recommendable ❤️ It's not that we didn't like it, but we would like to suggest giving your chefs a standard recipe for your menu. I mean they cook great! But just to have that taste consistency on every dish. Especially the first time/day we ordered Seafood/Shrimp Alio Olio, the taste was truly superb and unforgettable! How I wish they could've cooked it the same on our last night there. 🥺🥹

roselynk850 (2/5): Avoid at all costs - avoid staying here at all costs unless you want a headache. booked 3 rooms here for my team who performed at a wedding in Shangri-la as well as my senior citizen parents. we specifically requested for twin bed rooms but we were given double beds. take note we booked almost a year in advance but I was never informed na Hindi na pala available ung rooms na may twin beds! sa picture lang din maganda ung facilities Ng hotel, in person sadly they are not well-maintained and there was even a foul smell emanating from the meatshop beside the hotel. Ang pangit din Ng road papunta Dito and Ang pangit Lalo Ng entrance halos natatakpan na ung sign ng hotel, mabato at maputik, sobra nakakaturnoff. the free breakfast was average, tinipid Ang serving at di ka makakapili ng gusto mo. the rooms themselves were okay pero di talaga senior friendly ung hotel Kasi andaming stairs paakyat kahit ground floor may stairs parin 😂 tatanggapin ko na sanang malayo ito sa white beach dahil may free shuttle Naman, pero all the inconveniences we experienced just stressed us out even more. the only good thing about this hotel was Kuya Laurence the shuttle driver who was very friendly and accommodating. sad to say first time pa Naman Ng team ko and my parents to visit Boracay and they honestly deserved better. this on the other hand is my 3rd time visiting and this is by far the WORST hotel I have stayed in here. yes, it is a budget hotel and there is a saying we get what we pay for, but even other budget hotels we've stayed in before were way better than this. booking here made me regret my decision and made me think I should have just booked another place near white beach and just rent an etrike going to shang for the wedding. as of this moment, my parents and I transferred to a different hotel in Station 2 for almost the same price point and we were given BETTER treatment pagpasok palang namin. Buti nalang it was my client who paid for our rooms pero kung Ako nagbayad nito baka humingi pako Ng refund. I will NEVER stay here again.
672catec (2/5): LOST BOOKING issue - I'm not recommending this hotel for poorly communicating with our advance booking made last December 2022. We have booked for a total of 18 pax and yet we were left to resolve their LOST BOOKING issue ALONE. WE ARE NOT GOING TO RECOMMEND YOUR SERVICE TO ANY OF MY CLIENTS. YOU CAUSED US LOSING A LOT BECAUSE OF YOUR NEGLIGENCE.

cienm2023 (10/5): Worth it to go back! - It was nice. Definitely better than our previous hotels. Their amenities are also top of the line. My family enjoyed everything even though we are of different ages. That only shows that this actually helped as relax.

Olivier (5/5): Disappoiting stay - The free shuttle and the flexibility of the staff The room equipment is very very old. Air con is noisy and inefficient. Hot water was missing at the start. Wifi was not available in one of our room. The sink did not let water go away. Water pressure was very weak jn one of our room. The location is very much out of the center and the road is in complete reconstruction.

The experience with the facilities are very bad, the entire stay was a nightmare their facilities are too bad, broken locks, floors not clean, lightings are even bad we dont even know where the socket for the heater, toiletries were not provided, we have paid 12k plus for the venue and its not even worth it.
