- Louis (7/5): Good motel. - A modest 2-star motel A bit dated but clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Refrigerator with freezer compartment, fairly large model. The motel is in a very quiet area. Breakfast wasn't available, and I was the only guest. It would have been too late for me at 7:30 a.m., A perfectly decent place to stay for one night to visit the horse-drawn carriage museum—a must-see.

Alot of stuff on desk could have been put on a shelf above fridge and TV could be hung on wall so you could use the desk. Another chair in empty corner would be nice.

- Christine (9/5): Clean comfortable room in Cardston - Comfortable room rhat is well laid out close to Waterton Park and the Montana border. The owners are very kind and welcoming, and you can tell they are working hard to improve the property. Beds are a bit firm, but that is a personal preference.. I would really love to have a small table between the two beds. Chairs don't work great as a nightstand.

- Crystal (1/5): Pay $150 for bed bugs and grossness. - The front desk lady is nice. The room was outdated. Carpet disgusting. Grease buildup on counters. An inch of dust everywhere spilled juice or bodily fluids on the walls by the heads. BED BUG TRAPS UNDER THE BEDS. Old metal bed frames that looked like they’d seen Hell, and the beds felt like sleeping on concrete.

- Teresa (4/5): - Location. The boiler was broken but was not fixed as it was a weekend. A portable heater was in the room. The bed was a hard foam-type mattress and was uncomfirtable to sleep on. The bed frame was not stable and couldn't sit on the end of the bed without it tipping. Spilled sone water on the floor and wiped it up the cloth was black. Didn't appear the floors had been washed in awhile.

- Christine (8/5): Great roadside motel in Cardston - It's a great motel close to Waterton and the US Border. The rooms are well appointed and a good size, and the continental breakfast is fantastic! Management is kind and welcoming, they have worked hard at improving the motel, and honestly have done a wonderful job. Overall a great stay! They really need to put a nightstand or small table between the beds. That would be incredibly helpful and make it just about perfect. The beds and pillows are a bit firm for our liking, but that is a personal preference, and not much of an issue.

- Maialen (9/5): Very nice stay with good breakfast and gluten free options! - The place was similar to a motel, simple room but spacious, clean and with eveything you need to spend the night. The beds were very comfortable and they changed all the towels each day. It was close to the road, the place is located in the main street, but there was no noise during the night, you could sleep very well without being disturbed. The breakfast was the best! There was a little bit of everything: fruit, cereals, bread, a lot of pastries (cut in halves so could have a little of everything without eating too much), yougurts, juices, milk and coffee. They also had gluten free options (cereals, breads and muffins) and being celiac, is somthing that I really appreciated it, because I could have a proper breakfast like the rest! The owners were really nice, they treated us very well and the made us feel welcome. We chatted both days, they helped us and gave us some advice regarding the weather and our plans. You can check in until 10 pm, but because of our late flight, we arrived at midnight. They made it very easy for us to get the room even if it was past the time they are open. They undestood our situation and were very helpful. The place is very close to the border and just 35 minutes away from the east entrance of Glacier National Park, which gives access to St. Mary Visitor Center. I absolutely recommed to stay here if you are planning to visit the park and you are looking for a good price. There is nothing bad to say about the place or the owners, just good things!
- James (8/5): Cardston Inn was clean, comfortable, affordable. We enjoyed wonderful scenery on the way to Waterton - The location was perfect -- close to Waterton but not as expensive. Our hostess gave a couple recommendations for restaurants and we loved our choice -- the nearby Cobblestone Manor had good food in a beautiful and unique setting. Our room was small but very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfast was continental -- with fresh fruit, a variety of pastries, some cereal options, some gluten free options, peanut butter as the primary protein option, I think. Guest laundry was available in a separate building. This is an old fashioned motel with office, laundry and ice in one building and guest rooms and breakfast room in a separate building across the parking lot -- all with separate outside entrances. The property was navigable for my husband with a cane and perfect for our needs but might be difficult for people with mobility issues.

Suggest a towel bar or hook next to the shower would be a nice touch rather than just the rack on the other side of the bathroom. Also needs a drain plug for the sink, almost lost something down the drain, watch your rings!

The staff was very friendly. the breakfast was good. The motel is very old, with old outdated furniture. Bathroom didn't have a hair dryer. The breakfast room is too small to fit everyone.

We were arriving later than expected so they left a text message saying they’d leaveour room key inside the room so go in and lock the door on arrival! Not good considering the neighborhood surrounding the hotel had drug users all around. We decided to forgo staying on the property and found another nearby motel that was clean and attended. We couldn’t get our money back though! Don’t stay at the Cardston Inn, they were very unhelpful!!!!

The space was clean and the breakfast was fairly good for a continental breakfast with fruit, pastries, cereal, yogurt and juice. The bed was okay, the room was small with no other place to sit than a few hard chairs next to a small table. A comfortable chair in the room would help a lot. The walls were thin. We could hear a fussy child late into the evening.
