Guest Reviews
- Lucinda (10/5): - It was wonderful clean quiet and minute from everything the room was comfortable No dislikes

- David (10/5): It was amazing - The office was helpful pools was great rooms was clean and they gave plenty of towels felt safe normally I do not sleep good first night in a motel but this one I was comfortable The office was a little far so would drive car but not bad
- Melissa (6/5): - Bed was comfortable, staff was great. Too far to walk to strip and there are a few things in the rooms that need to be upgraded. Overall it was a good stay.

- Mr. Awianida (5/5): Great location for a short getaway! - The convenience of the location is great, you can walk to the strip in Gatlinburg, and if you need a evening drink, the stations down the road have beer options as well as non-alcoholic drinks as well. Walking to the strip or the parking decks will be about a 10-15 minute walk and will provide the ease of having to pay for parking at the strip. The price is pretty affordable for a last second getaway, we stayed in a king room with a Jacuzzi tub which was also very clean but did have a small leak so our water didnt stay up while we were soaking. There is a also a decent sized shower/tub combination in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, I believe it was a memory foam mattress or topper, though I suggest bringing your own pillows. You may exchange a good affordable price for some noisy neighbors as the walls in this place are a bit thin and you can hear the faintest of conversations next door. A few other issues include the traffic, with the walls being thinner, traffic and other day to day operations are not muffled and life starts early around Gatlinburg. Our room was fairly clean with the faintest odor of an older place and previous occupants possibly smoking Cannabis related products in it or just outside and the smell lurking its way into the room.
- Justin (7/5): - Overall everything was above average

- Roland (1/5): You get what you pay for in this case wouldn’t recommend - It was pretty close to the main strip in Gatlinburg The initial room we was given had very visible stains on the bedding and was provided another room which appeared good until upon further inspection which the wall unit ac had visible Black Mold and the ironing board was covered in stains , the bathroom shower head was nasty I had to clean it before I showered and the bathroom door had mildew all over it.

- Elizabeth (6/5): - The location was easy to get into and out of The room did not look as advertised. Had to use a passcode to unlock the room the door was not secure had gaps . The sink was about 3ft from the floor. For the price I expected a lot better room

- Medina (10/5): -
- Rae (7/5): We had a nice, warm, and restful stay giving us momentum and energy for our second day and evening i - We ate breakfast at a Gatlinburg restaurant and planned our day. Loudness and lights could have been quieter /more remote and fewer blinking/LED lights throughout night to early morning.
Nice and accomadable staff, easy check in and warming greeting!
Nice, new bathroom and shower amenities and accommodations.
Nice to have smoking access on table outside room
Nice hideaway
- Jordan (8/5): It wasnt a bad place to stay.. even though we was looming for a spa area - I didnt see any place that served breakfast I was looking for a hotel with a hot tub or spa area
- leah (7/5): -
- Christina (10/5): -
- David (9/5): Cheap and fun - Location and price and the bed was big. I'm not going to complain for 70 a night 😁
- Carley (1/5): - Nothing I booked this hotel 20 mins from arriving. When I arrived to the hotel to check in there was someone outside cussing at my family. The person looked and acted to be on illegal substances. When I asked for a refund they did not give me the whole amount back even though we did not check in because we did not feel safe there.

- Stewart (9/5): - I liked the close proximity to downtown. along with the fact that there's a Trolly stop right up the street.😁
- manohar (7/5): Good Experience = - Location is big plus for the stay. One of the towels was dirty, and the queen bed made a creaking noise whenever we moved during the night. Additionally, the staff did not come to change the sheets or check in with us about it.

- Siddens (8/5): Worth the price, would stay again. Bed Decent, walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg - Initially I had an issue with my room, but the lady moved me to another room and it was fine. The location is within 12 minute walk to Gatlinburg. Had restaurants nearby too. Overall good and I would stay there again. First room had a smokey smell too it, almost gave me a headache, so I switched rooms. The office is little confusing to get to, but luckily, another guest said drive down there.

- nikkie (2/5): Room 126 review - Location. Keypad entry. Very spacious. Toilets stopped up on the first day. Had to have maintenance, come to unstop it. After maintenance came and returned back to the room. Big brown stains in the sink that was not there. When we checked in. From that point on, when you turn the vent fan on in the bathroom, it reaked of cigarette smell. And these are supposed to be none smoking rooms. Shower curtain would not stay closed, no matter what you did.And water would go everywhere.
Outside of property needs updating because pictures does not match. What you see in person.

- Kaitlin (10/5): -
- Lucian (4/5): Staying One time will be enough for us. - The hotel is still close enough to walk downtown. It’s.6 miles to the strip. It was hard to find the office. The room floor had been water damaged and was popping up. The tub would not drain.
- Gwynn (7/5): Great place to stay close to the shops - Very convenient Noisy neighbors
- Linda (10/5): - We liked all of it. It was perfect for our group of 6, 5 adults 1 Child.
- Meadows (8/5): -
- Hawksley (9/5): Pleasant and enjoyable. - Good location and price. Steep access ramp during freezing conditions increased risk of slipping and falling.
- Jessica (1/5): - Roach crawled across my arm in bed

- Alexandria (7/5): Gatlinburg fall break - We had some transportation issues getting here, but the property was extremely understanding and kept my reservation until we were able to make it. We booked last minutes so I expected the properties to be a little basic, but it definitely could have had a little more TLC to the cleanliness. Also on the TV in one room there were only a few channels and the rest were p*** channels. Our kids made us aware of that
- Amanda (10/5): The best place for families! - The suite we stayed in was amazing! We took our grandson with us and he was so happy he didn't want to leave! (Neither did we!). We would highly recommend this place to any and everyone! It is a little walk from the main strip up a hill, but it was oh so worth it! We also got to see a bear up close multiple times at our room also! Everything was perfect!
- Destiny (5/5): - The location was nice and close to downtown The fridge sucked and the mattress cover was filthy
- Jared (8/5): -
- Paula Ashcraft (10/5): -
- Davis (8/5): Smoking allowed within two feet of the room. - Cost for location. If it was anymore, I would have refused it. Registering! Had found the rooms but the registration office is a challenge finding.
- Jessica (9/5): - Really quiet. Good area Fridge didn’t work. Only the freezer did.
- Stephen (5/5): I wasn’t much for a short stay and good price. I was just expecting some dog the basics. Working heater and no bugs. - Staff was friendly . Heater didn’t work, bugs in the room, pool and hot tub wasn’t available
- Cristian (10/5): -
- Freddie (8/5): -
