• Ludwig (8/5): - Wir kamen nach 24 Uhr an, vollkommen unmöglich das Hotel zu finden, kein Hinweis am ersten Parkplatz und mehrere Schranken die in alle Richtungen gingen und geschlossen waren. Diese wurden immer nur nach wiederholten läuten geöffnet, wobei das Personal keinen Hinweis gab wo sich das Hotel befindet.

• Kris (8/5): - Nice location right on the Marina. Hotel was modern and clean. Seemed like we were the only ones there, so no “ambiance” in the hotel itself, but it is a short walk to the beach and where all the restaurants are. A bit complicated getting in to the Marina, going thru 3 barriers !

• Diego (4/5): - La struttura di proprietà del Gruppo Unipol si vanta di vendere questo hotel per un 4 stelle….però per quanto riguarda i servizi offerti inclusi (colazione penosa e servizio piscina/solarium abbastanza degradante) nonostante le varie rimostranze al personale non vale più di 2 stelle….l’unico punto favorevole è la sua posizione sia per le camere lato montagna e sia lato mare. Per quanto riguarda tutto il resto va assolutamente rivisto a partire dalla manutenzione delle camere ( aria condizionata,cassaforte,impianto doccia che perde acqua ed alquanto fastidioso durante la notte,lampade varie bruciate). Essendo da anni operatore nel settore turistico valuterò a fronte di un vostro riscontro se consigliare il vostro hotel. • Rita (8/5): Komfortabler Aufenthalt - Die Anfahrt zum Hotel vom Einfahrtskreisel ist völlig ungenügend. Das Hotel ist nirgendwo angeschrieben, nur die Marina ist erwähnt. Das Hotel ist auf den ersten Blick hervorragend. Dann fallen einige Mängel auf. Die Wartung der Anlage müsste optimiert werden. Sauberket: Bettwäsche und Handtücher alles gut, Badezimmer war nicht sauber. Frühstück absolut minimalistisch, weniger geht nicht. Schade, das passt überhaupt nicht zu solch einem Hotel.

• nathalie (8/5): Très beau, trop coincé - Cet hôtel est fantastique et très insolite. Tout est beau, la petite piscine jacuzzi permet même de nager. Mais l'ambiance générale est froide, le personnel prend un air pincé déplacé. Le petit déjeuner est plein de gras, de sucre et de gâteaux multicolores. Du bon pain avec un bon jus de fruits ? Connaît pas. C'est vraiment beau mais ça ne suffit pas.

• Paul (10/5): - Lokatie is uniek. Midden in de haven van Loano. Met uitzicht op mooie boten. Je moet er van houden. Gratis, eigen, parkeerplaats. Je moet wel 10min lopen naar het centrum waar volop restaurants en winkels zijn. Op de lokatie zelf is er helaas vanaf 1900u pas gelegenheid om te eten en drinken. Een drankje doen was, een aantal jaren geleden, in de middag, nog wel aanwezig. Een aanrader is het Braziliaanse restaurant boven met een groot buiten dek. Het eten en buiten zitten is echt een beleving! Onze airco in de kamer maakte een hels geluid. Er was, in het weekend!, niemand aanwezig om dit te fixen. Ter compensatie mochten we gratis van de minibar gebruik maken.

• Thomas (8/5): 2 days trip to Loano in March - Hotel was perfect except breakfast which was included in the rate. We got a voucher for breakfast (coffee+croissant) in a tobacco shop 500 m far from the hotel with tables 1 m close to the road. Not really on the level of the hotel.
• Patrick (4/5): Déçus par le service petit déjeuner - Bon accueil de la réception qui nous a proposé une place plus large pour notre voiture les places standards étant étroites. Chambre confortable, pas de possibilité de préparer un café ou un thé, pas de douchette manuelle dans la douche. Nous avons été prévenus la veille de notre arrivée que le service du petit déjeuner ne serait pas assuré par l'hôtel mais par un bar tabac situé à 700 mètres. Le breakfast du 4 étoiles a été remplacé par un petit déjeuner croissant café.Ce service n'a pas été à la hauteur de nos espérances et n'est pas en accord avec le niveau de l'hôtel.
• Anne Sophie (8/5): Bon hôtel - Très bon hôtel et la literie est vraiment confortable. Le personnel est accueillant et les lieux sont épurés et très design. Par contre attention: en dehors des saisons estivales le restaurant et le bar de l'hôtel sont fermés. Cela sous entend que le petit déjeuner ne peut être fait et pris à l'hôtel. Ils nous ont donné un voucher pour aller dans un bar un peu plus loin .
• Verified traveler (8/5): Toujours très bien mais... - Pour moi, le confort est essentiel et de ce point de vue, la qualité de la literie est excellente. Concernant la propreté, c'était très bien aussi. Seul bémol mais c'était annoncé au moment de la réservation, le restaurant était fermé. En revanche, ce qui n'était pas précisé, c'est que même le bar était fermé et que de ce fait, il était nécessaire d'aller prendre le petit déjeuner dans un café situé à l'extérieur de l'hôtel mais dans la marina. Petit problème, ledit café ouvre qu'à 09h.00, ce qui de mon point de vue est trop tardif, 08h.00 devrait être le minimum.

• Markus (10/5): Super Hotel an bester Lage mit tollem Service! - Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel, würde ich jederzeit wieder hinreisen. äußerst ruhige Lage, da das Hotel mitten im Jachthafen liegt. Sehr große Zimmer mit Balkon und jeglichem Komfort. Hervorragendes Frühstück trotz Corona, sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service. Fahrräder können ausgeliehen werden, um damit an den Strand oder in die Stadt zu fahren. Auch das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen, interessante regionale Speisen, Seafood und eine tolle Weinauswahl. nicht ganz korrekt ist die Angabe, dass das Hotel über einen privatstrand verfügt Punkt es gibt zwar den Marina Beach, dort kriegt man mit der Hotelkarte 15 % Rabatt. Er ist aber zu Fuß relativ weit entfernt, da man um den kompletten Hafen gehen muss, ca. 15 Minuten. Das Restaurant an diesem Strand ist übrigens auch sehr zu empfehlen.

Un accueil hyper chaleureux , une propreté irréprochable et que dire de l'accueil que nous avons eu à l'espace détente jacuzzi nous avons passé 2 journée fantastique grace a un homme d'une gentillesse peu commune !!!! Merci encore , nous reviendrons en septembre. 😉😉♥️♥️ Seul petit bémol : nous avons dîner au restaurant qui est indépendant de l'hôtel en précisant que c'était pour l'anniversaire de notre fille et nous attendons toujours la bougie sur le dessert..... Dommage !!!

Local restaurants nearby but not all open on Sunday or out of season. Good secure parking. Quiet location. Beautiful room and hotel. Buffet breakfast good but no hot food offered. Bar and restaurant closed on the Saturday because of a wedding reception. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Fabulous storage and comfortable bed.
• Pascale (10/5): Top hôtel sur l’eau à Loano - Si un ami qui nous avait recommandé cette hôtel, et nous avons profité d’une offre exceptionnelle sur Hotels.com (environ 86 € la nuit petit déjeuner inclus ainsi que le parking est la mise à disposition de vélo). À ce prix là nous avions une chambre donnant côté montagne, confortable, spacieuse et avec un balcon donnant sur la marina et la montagne en effet. Le seul bémol a été la forte odeur émanant de la salle de bain entre parenthèses sans doute problème de remontée d’égoûts que nous avons signalé à la réception).De plus nous avons pu bénéficier d’un check out tardif (13 h) et nous avons pu garder les vélos bien au-delà. Contrairement aux avis lus notamment sur trip, Nous avons trouvé le petit déjeuner plus que correct (excellent cappuccino,délicieux croissants au chocolat, etc.), Un petit déjeuner qui se prenait sur le pont de ce qui semblait être un bateau de croisière. Nous avons pris ce petit déjeuner assez tôt, vers 8h20, et nous ne pouvons juger de ce qu’il aurait été si nous l’avions pris vers 9h30 (réassort ?). En somme, nous ne pouvons que recommander cette hôtel surtout à un tel tarif. Ajoutons que nous avons eu la chance d’avoir un temps splendide et que grâce au vélo, nous avons pu faire de belles balades le long du lungomare de Loano et au-delà.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Mitten im Hafen gelegen, ein wirklich spezieller und wundervoller Ort für eine Übernachtung. Zimmer sehr sauber, sehr ruhig, sehr gross, 10 Minuten Spaziergang bis zum Dorfzentrum mit vielen Restaurants. Uns hat der Aufenthalt ausgesprochen gut gefallen.

Clean room, the place in good condition, friendly staff were on the plus side. Very unpersonal building, sterile surroundings far from restaurants, bars and cafés and a weird chemical smell in the room on the minus side.

• Arne (10/5): Rolig og behagelig sted med utmerket service. - Fltt hotell på marinaen i Loano. Få gjesterom noe som gjør at det er tolog og godt om plassen til en god frokost eller nyte det flotte bassengområdet på "taket". Også fin beliggenhet til å ta en rusletur inn til byen eller en strandtur. Området i marinaen bære nok litt preg av at det er lite folk som legger igjen penger i området. de går heller inn til byen.

Der künstliche Zitrus-Duftzerstäuber war unaushaltbar, wurde jedoch auf Anfrage sofort entfernt. Das Frühstück war ok, jedoch nicht abwechslungsreich und enthielt hauptsächlich gezuckerte Produkte.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Fantastic hotel, brilliant location with no need for a car - although having a car enabled us to visit beautiful nearby towns. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Room large large with walk-in wardrobe, safe and seating area inside and out. So clean every day and wonderful aroma in the rooms and corridors. Plentiful choice at breakfast, with changing varieties of meats, cheeses and baked goods. The views are stunning. The solarium is spectacular with 9 or 10 different jacuzzi options.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Disappointed despite great accomodations - Beautiful hotel/guest accommodations in the middle of the wonderful marina of Loana. Access was pretty cumbersome because the detailed directions the hotel sent me beforehand, ended up in my spam box. Very helpful staff though. Room was beautiful and fully equipped. Great terrace and views. Unfortunately maintenance in mainly the bathroom, was under par for such luxurious accommodations. Unrepaired damages, stained carpets and above all a strand of (pubic?) hair from a previous guest floating in the bathtub once it filled up, made my stay much less comfortable than expected and memorable for the wrong reasons. Stayed there out-of-season so lots of peace and quiet but unfortunately no access to the roof and the seasonal, unheated pool. Breakfast was a little disappointing with nothing warm to eat on the buffet. Very nice accommodations in a pretty unique spot but some unfortunate details made my stay less memorable than expected.

Die Zimmer sind neu und modern mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze sind direkt am Hotel. Der Zustand der Sonnenterasse und des Pools war jedoch dem übrigen Hotel keineswegs angemessen und keine Augenweide. Auch wenn wir früh in der Saison dort übernachtet haben, sollte man auch dort auf ein gepflegtes Äußeres achten.
