Elmar (5/5): nur wegen der Lage gerade noch passabel - nur die zentrale Lage und die Größe der Zimmer ..... Die Fußböden im Bereich zum Parkplatz und in unserer Etage sahen bei Abreise genauso dreckig aus, wie bei der Anreise. Die Zimmertür hat geklemmt und Housekeeping war nicht bereit kurz zu helfen. Tür im Bad war ebenfalls nicht in Ordnung. Das Hotel hat bei uns insgesamt den Eindruck hinterlassen, dass hier mal eine Renovierung fällig werden dürfte. Auch waren die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Vor allem Trittgeräusche aus der Etage darüber.

David (4/5): A hard pass next time. - Our rooms for the most part were clean. Of all the hotels I’ve stayed at with breakfast, this was the dirtiest which was caused by lazy customers and lazy employees who never cleaned a single service area or table. I keep wondering whether I should complain to the city health department. There was only one employee who showed a smile and provided help outside of the housekeeping staff. Because this hotel decided to forego carpeting, the sounds from adjoining rooms especially from the room above us were extremely noticeable. The hotel charges for parking in a city that has more empty and abandoned properties then occupied.

Rosen (3/5): Unterirdisch - Die Lage ist gut. Unser Zimmer war dreckig. Wir haben das unten an der Rezeption angemerkt. Die Dame dort war total unfreundlich und kam mit aufs Zimmer. Dort hat sie Fotos gemacht und auf die Frage, ob es denn sauber gemacht wird kam nur patzig: „Ich muss denen unten erstmal die Bilder zeigen und dann wird das entschieden“. Dann kam eine andere Dame und hat widerwillig und ganz grob durchgekehrt. Sie sagt: „Das ist kein Staub und über das eine Haar im Bad sollen wir uns nicht beschweren (es waren mehrere Haare verteilt durch das ganze Zimmer !!)“. Als wir anmerkten, dass es aber nicht sauber ist hat sie patzig gesagt, wir können auch gehen und daraufhin ist sie gegangen. Das Personal dort ist unterirdisch !! Nachts ist es super laut. Um 1:30 Uhr kam eine Gruppe von Indern über den Flur und haben in einer Lautstärke geredet, dass man es bis nach Kanada hätte hören können. Die Ausstattung ist absolut nicht, wie sie auf den Bildern ist. Total zerkratzt, verdreckt und kaputt. Ich würde das Hotel auf gar keinen Fall empfehlen. In der Umgebung gibt es genug andere Hotels.

We will definitely stay there again. There was a error the first night. I got charged from my card. But it was fixed quickly. And the manager was very helpful with it.

Elizabeth (3/5): Affordable and close to Niagara Falls park but lots of areas for improvement - It was close to everything They charge for parking which was not disclosed until we got there any they said it was cash only. We didn’t have cash so they were able to charge a card. The door to the room did not work well taking 5-6 tries to get it open every time even after having the batteries replaced. The common areas were very dirty, everywhere. There was no hair dryer but the bracket was hanging on the wall, the shampoo and conditioner holders were broken and the TV didn’t work for the first day we were there. They were able to repair the TV for the 2nd day. The tub did not plug so we could not take a bath and the toilet screamed after flushing it. The food for breakfast was ok but they shut it down early the first day we were there so we couldn’t make toast. Overall I knew what we were getting as we were looking for the most affordable options. I’m not huge on hotel rooms as I like to explore most of the day but my guest was a little more vocal about all the issues. It was close to everything which was a plus. I’m not sure I would stay there again though

Bathroom was dirty upon arrival hair in door and in front of toilet. Couldn’t figure out what remote to use there was multiple when I did figure it out I had to push hard for the button to work. Sounded like a heard of elephants above us when going to sleep and waking up. Charged for parking when it doesn’t specially tell you that on the website. Breakfast was AWFUL could get better at 7/11. Please go some were else!! It’s not worth it!

Before I got there I wasn't advised that I'd have to pay for parking . The pool was dirty and nasty . The bed was so uncomfortable. It was very loud most of the night . Breakfast was very nasty and coffee and gross very unsatisfied considering what I paid for two nights to be honest I will not be staying again .

I loved that the floor has no carpeting, which makes it cleaner for those with allergies and respiratory conditions. You can hear noise from the neighboring rooms and the hallway, but it depends a lot on the guests; overall, everything was fine.

Receptionist were on their cell phone when you came in feet up on the desk. One person got off their cell phone to help us. The other one stayed on their cell phone with her feet on the desk.

Las paredes son de papel: escuchas lo que pasa en las habitaciones de al lado y la del piso de arriba. El desayuno no tiene casi nada y el café es agua marrón. La ducha tenía una presión distinta dependiendo del día y, al estar la barra de la cortina torcida, esta se caía todo el rato y ponías el baño perdido.

Raquel (9/5): Ubicación perfecta, habitación amplia - La ubicación era perfecta, en una calle muy tranquila, pero a 10 minutos a pie de las cataratas del Niágara. Tenía desayuno incluído en el precio y piscina climatizada. Había varias máquinas de vending con agua, refrescos, hielo... La habitación y el baño eran grandísimos, estaba limpio y la cama muy cómoda. Totalmente recomendable No hacen la limpieza de la habitación diariamente, aunque dejan suficientes toallas y artículos de aseo para varios días. En el desayuno se utilizan cubiertos de plástico y platos y vasos de cartón. No es un inconveniente, pero no creo que esté al nivel de un hotel 3*

Las paredes son de papel, se oye todo de las habitaciones de al lado, hasta los ronquidos. Incluso las pisadas de la habitación de arriba. El desayuno muy pobre y las instalaciones necesitan una renovación.

I could hear the people upstairs when they were walking. What seems like stomping? I’m sure it wasn’t intentional but it seems like poor installation possibly?

Thomas (8/5): - Très bien placé, à proximité du parc des chutes du Niagara. Les chambres sont grandes et propres. Un petit déjeuner classique de base est servi, pratique pour démarrer la journée. La douche un peu vétuste et le manque d'insonorisation entre les chambres.
Mikhail (9/5): Хорошее место расположение. Приветливый персонал - Расположение хорошее, рядом кафе ,магазины, казино. 7/11 пешком 10 минут. До Ниагарского водопада 10-15 минут. Завтрак обычный, но приемлемый. Бассейн с подогревом и панорамными окнами можно поплавать и расслабиться.
