• Александра Довлатова (8/5): A great value for money: friendly staff, all the amenities, clean, and in a great location. - Great value for money. Great location, close to all the sights, metro and tonnel station, yet on a quiet street. Lots of local cafes and shops nearby. Very good mattresses, blankets, and pillows. The room has a kettle, refrigerator, shower gel and shampoo, and slippers. The rooms are cozy and clean. Breakfast is modest but more than adequate. Hot water doesn't flow well to the top floor, but that's hardly the hotel's fault. You have to turn on the shower and wait 3-5 minutes for hot water to appear. In one room, the shower head didn't work properly, and the toilet/sink was low to the floor. For us, this wasn't a big deal for the price, but taller people should keep this in mind. The elevator is small, so it's best to ride alone at a time, otherwise you might get stuck if you're tall or overweight.

They speak English very well. The breakfast buffet was excellent for this hotel. The room was ok. The air conditioner should be better. The only problem was the cleaning; they could work on that a little (like grooming ...).

Furniture is bit old and worn out. Bedsheets and towels were clean but the floor was not vacumed as saw few female hairs and there was one ear cotton swab found on the parquet. Wash basin is tiny and the water closet in general was narrow. Breakfast is basic more or less continental but not bad.

The location is good and the local street is fabulous. Everyone in the neighborhood made us feel welcome. Also, an excellent Turkish breakfast. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living room in which there are two separate beds, as well as a table at which you can eat a small meal, a basic kitchenette with a gas stove, as well as a bathroom with a shower. In short, if you are looking for accommodation at a reasonable price, this is definitely recommended as it is very good value for money. The charming hotel owner is present almost 24/7 and always willing to help you with any questions. Finally, don't forget the breakfast which is always tiptop. From the appartment, you should not expect stunning views.

The rooms are huge to compare with other hotels of the same price range. And what is very important if you travel not in summer - the rooms are well heated. The hotel management is very helpful and friendly. I saw the comments about the towels but I didn't see any problems, ours' were totally fine. Internet was working good as well Could be some variety for the breakfast within the same cost of products.

Within an hour of sleeping we felt bed bud bites everywhere. We could see them crawling everywhere mattress, walls and floor. Had to check out asap and move to different place. Now have to sanitise all our luggages.

Size and light of the room. It is better to fold the towels in the plastic cover. Buffet breakfast is better than serving cheese, butter, honey, sausages, french fries and egg to everyone. Improvement of the quality of the slipers and toilet papers is recommended.

Impolit chef in kitchen who is very crazy shouting on people always prepare the tastless food that you can take only one plate. They don't have open buffet.The receptionist is impolite. The local is horrible you feel that you are with criminal people and very dangerous not safe. I advise you not visit this place

The staff are rude and not friendly at all. The breakfast is limited to a plate with no variety and the lady chef is impolite. As for the room it's good for little kids! It's small and the bathroom is so damn tiny. To avoid at all cost!!!
• ergi2022 (10/5): Amazing Place! - This is the best hotel. The service was amazing and MR. Hasan was very friendly and helped me a lot. The location was vey good (5 min from center by walking). The room was very clean and had enough space which is very rare in Istanbul. I had to change 2 hotels in 1 week because the rooms were to small. This was perfect. The last day i made the check out early because of the flight. I missed the flight and had to get back for another day and it was very nice by Mr. Hasan to let me stay for free (since the room was empty) even though i made the check out. 10/10.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Problems, unlawful procedures on reception desk - They took our id’s and took photocopy even it is not legal due to turkish law on the protection of personal data. As we did not feel comfortable, we left the hotel and they did not refund the money yet. I am trying to access to hotels.com stuff even they are not helpful. I paid for the nights that i did not stay. I totally do not recommend. Staff in the reception desk is also get mad when we asked why he is taking photocopy of our id’s. Totally disgrace.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Not as expected - The room was very narrow and not well organized, the staff refused a request for early check in despite there was an available room in the ground floor, breakfast was very poor with selected item previously prepared and placed in the kitchen (not an open buffet), Wifi was slow.
• Sherzad (10/5): I recommend this hotel - The location was excellent, the shuttle bus which cost only 3.25$ will take you from the airport to a 5 minute walk distance from the hotel and vice versa, then you can walk from the hotel to the famous Taksim square in 5 minutes as well, and you can walk on the Istiklal cd. which is the main attracted street in Istanbul and from the end of istiklal cd you can reach Eminonu by walking just15 minutes. The manager was very helpful, I took by his advice for two tours and didn't regret, the last tour in the last day was the best in our trip which he advised me to do, of course you will find some Shortfalls, but still I will recommend this hotel.

В комнате у нас было очень чисто, мебель в хорошем состоянии, кровать отличная, ванная комната тоже была в свежем виде. Также нас порадовали вкусные завтраки «шведский стол». Хозяины очень гостеприимные , обслуживание 👍. Единственный небольшой минус- холодильник очень плохо работает, не холодный.

• alinasmits (10/5): good hotel and breakfast - We just stayed in this lovely hotel 5 days and liked locations taxim galata sultanahmet etc sure hotel self perfect clean room delicous breakfast and hasan thank so much for your hospitality we are already planing to come back for summer holiday
• Verified traveler (8/5): - The hotel is very close to Taksim square and Istiklal street (5 to 8 min walk). The staff is very welcoming, friendly and most important the staff is very helpful.
• touilm2019 (10/5): hotel review - we enjoyed our trip. the hotel's staff was so friendly and helpful. mr mohamed gave us instructions to use Istanbul metro. the hotel place is 2 min from taksim saqure and just in front of the hotel there's a market opened 24h in which we found every thing we need. the room was good and the cleaning was everyday. we didnt found a breakfast on the tunisian style but it was a nice opportunity to discover turkish breakfast. very big thanks to mr hasan and again to mr mohamed for their efforts

• Hhashemiolia (2/5): Not Good. - The manner of reception was so bad. The way of room was so dark without any lamp! And the room was so small. Just the location is good and near to İstiklal street and taksim sq. I prefer to reserve faros hotel taksim. (Near of this hotel). Totally faros hotel taksim was better.
• saeidehtopgirl61 (4/5): The pictures doesn't shows real room, I never recommend it !! - It is an INN not a hotel !! The very humid rooms and dirty bed, very dirty quilts without cover. There were lots of smudge of blood, coffee and lipstick on quilts and pillows. It was very noisy inside and outside the INN. Some people was laughing loudly in the corridors, some was shouting in the lobby at 2 or 3 a.m. The freezer was very dirty and full of Ice. we turned it off and let the ices melt, then washed inside it by ourselves because no one paid attention to our claims. we also washed the floor ourselves !! The breakfast was very basic with unfavorable old dishes !! I never recommend it to anyone. please delete fake pictures from your website, people will decide by what they see. The only positive point was the place which was near to Taksim sq. and easy public transportation.

• tamaraisso (2/5): This place is fake - I had the worst experience in this place. I got there with a family of 7 people including 2 kids at 5 am. They did not have even one room ready for us although we put a note that we were gonna check in early and we had already paid in full for two rooms for 16 nights (1400$). I had to find another place at 5am and when we came back to get the rooms at the regular check in time, we were shocked. The rooms were nothing like the pictures published in many websites. I asked the owner for a refund since his place was fake and we had already stayed in another place but he refused and was very rude. He even said that he does not care about the review I would put. During the two hours negotiating with him and when we were waiting at 5 am we saw many girls going in and out of the place with men almost drunk. The rooms we were supposed to get are on the roof, very dirty, and different from the pictures. The place is not appropriate for family or respectful people to stay at.

It's conveniently located near the taksim square and is a five minute walk to the point hotel from where the airport shuttles start . Very good wifi , clean rooms and bathroom .They serve simple breakfast but the street can be noisy at night.
