- Dan (9/5): Excellent base for your stay in El Hierro - Great location, close to shops, easy access to most points of interest. Great views from pretty much every window. Good kitchen, fully equipped. Washing machine on site (communal). Clean, bright, spacious, comfortable apartment - excellent base. The sofa/bed in the living room not very comfortable. Need to ensure that Wifi password listed in the information manual are up to date and correct.

- Juan Domingo (7/5): Una isla sorprendente - La amabilidad del personal, las camas son cómodas y tienen el menaje necesario en la cocina Son varios edificios y se escucha todo el ruido de los vecinos desde tempranas horas de la madrugada, impidiendonos descansar. A pesar de que se trata de un espacio sin humo, nos tocó un partamento que olia mucho a tabaco. Gracias al esfuerzo del personal que cambió las cortinas.

- Martin (9/5): Großzügige Wohnung mit tollen Terrassen und sehr gutem Schlafkomfort. - Die großzügige Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern und die fantastischen Terrassen (privat am Wohnzimmer sowie die gemeinschaftliche Dachterrasse mit Grillmöglichkeit). Sehr bequeme Betten und freundliches Personal. In einem Bad funktionierte die Belüftung nicht. Die Waschprogramme der Waschmaschine dauerten sehr lange und die Bedienung war anfangs etwas unklar.

- Robert (9/5): - Star gazing on top of the building. Well located for our daily trips in the surrounding area. There was constant water dripping from the boiler ending up in a little flooding of the bathroom overnight.
- Susan (9/5): - Everything was spotless and the apartment rooms were big. The roof terrace had been beautifully furnished and decorated in readiness for better weather. Any practical problems were resolved straight away by the housekeeper. We did not know the winter microclimate in Frontera would discourage outdoor activities. Locally there are limited things to do in the wet so we hired a car and drove over the mountain every day to get to the sunny side. The person in the next apartment brought their dog and sound does travel on hard surfaces.

Apartmentgröße entspannend. Betten bequem. Küche gut ausgestattet. Alles sehr gemütlich. Waschmaschine auf der oberen Terrasse eine große Hilfe. War immer frei. In 10 Tagen wurde das Apartment dreimal grundgereinigt. Das war super angenehm, hatten wir nicht erwartet und so bisher noch nie erlebt. Herzlichen Dank für diesen Service. Bekamen viele Infos zur Insel. Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit. 100% Empfehlung!

- Anabel (9/5): Estancia adecuada y que recomendamos - Las instalaciones cumplían con el objetivo planteado. Son cómodas y recomendamos que visiten la terraza. Inconvenientes que tuvimos fue el ruido de los huéspedes de la misma planta. El termo goteaba y era algo molesto... y recomendamos mosquiteras en las ventanas de las habitaciones para poder dejar las ventanas abiertas durante la noche.

- Maria JOSE (6/5): - El apartamento es amplio, con habitaciones amplias y 2 baños. Estaba limpio. Los armarios de la cocina olían bastante a humedad, sobretodo el de bajo del fregadero. Si se enchufaban varios electrodomésticos al mismo tiempo saltaban los plomos. Tuvimos un problema porque no dejaron toallas suficientes (éramos 6 personas y dejaron para 4) y a pesar de que dicen que la atención telefónica es de 24 horas, ni contestaron al teléfono ni siquiera a los WhatsApp hasta la mañana siguiente.

- Jonathan (10/5): Buena elección para Frontera - Lo mejor del alojamiento es su ubicación. Está a 5 minutos andando de Tigaday, centro neurálgico de Frontera. Además, dato a tener en cuenta es que hay bastante parking, cosa que se agradece. El alojamiento destaca por su limpieza y por el buen estado del mismo. No hay nada negativo a destacar.

Tienes facilidad para aparcar allí mismo en el complejo y sino, fuera en la misma calle, no hay ningún problema. Hemos estado muy cómodos y tranquilos El baño de vez en cuando olía un poco a sumidero

- Jennifer (9/5): - La limpieza y el silencio por las noches El sofá es pequeño para 4 personas. Estabamos todo el dia fuera y al llegar al apartamento nos apetecia cenae y ver la tv un ratito en familia. No podiamos sentarnos todos en el sofá

Están pendientes de los detalles como toallas de color para el cabello , toalla para limpiar calzado,limpios en la cocina Me hubiera gustado un ventilador de techo en la habitación en lugar de uno de piso

- Cristina (10/5): Espectacular - Tenía de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, no he eche en falta nada!! Por poner una pega, el ruido de las otra habitaciones se escucha como si estuviese en la misma vivienda. Pero los días que estuvimos, más o menos se respetaron las horas de descanso.

- Patricia (10/5): - La ubicación en la Frontera ideal para recorrer la isla. Apartamentos muy limpios, camas muy cómodas y con todo tipo de detalles para tener una perfecta estancia! Aparcamientos dentro de las instalaciones. Todo muy bien, y no hay nada negativo que decir. solo indicar que no hay ascensor para quien lo pueda necesitar. (Nosotros estabamos en la segunda planta que es la más alta por lo que genial )
- viera (7/5): - Todo Que me cobraran 30€ por la mascota, me parece exagerado,por otras experiencias que he tenido , cobrar eso,da igual los dias que te quedes.....la mascota no usa la ducha ,ni la cama etc., eso fue lo único que no me gustó.

- Antonio (9/5): NOS VEMOS EN LA PRÓXIMA 😉 - El apartamento está muy bien equipado, grande y limpio y la ubicación es buena, aparte de disponer de parking . Totalmente recomendable a futuros huéspedes Crítica constructiva a nuestro entender .... El apartamento donde nos alojamos nosotros era para seis, como es nuestro caso.. No puede haber un calentador eléctrico de 30 litros para todo el apartamento, no puede ser que unos nos bañemos con agua caliente 🙂 y otros con agua fría 🫣
