- Natalia (5/5): - Месторасположение отличное, рядом кафе и набережная. Просторный номер Грязные полы и окна, темно в номере т.к 1 этаж, есть шум с улицы и самое не удобное это матрас и подушки. Матрас старый с пружинами, который проваливается, подушки твердые и плоские, после них болела шея. Назойливое общение в вотцап от администрации, необходимо идти 5 мин до другого отеля,что оплатить проживание.

Объективно здесь отличное отношение цена- качество и комфортные номера со всем необходимым. И очень любезные сотрудники, готовые помочь по всем вопросам. Чек Ин по коду это тоже удобно. Номера не первой свежести, это просто для информации. У меня вопросов нет. К чему есть вопросы - это уборка. Объективно она заключается только в том чтобы выбросить мусор и поменять полотенца. Постель никто не менял за неделю. Один раз номер просто забыли убрать. Это апартаменты, и для информации- посуду горничные не моют. Впрочем по ощущениям - полы тоже (

Det manglet propp i oppvaskkummen. Fryseren må avrimes. Dette er bare småtteri og fort gjort å fikse. Jeg hadde det helt supert. Ingen ting egentlig. Litt hard seng til mitt behov, men folk er ulike.

- Olga (5/5): - Расположение хорошее, много кафе рядом, набережная рядом. Белье в апартаментах чистое, в целом достаточно чисто. Оказывается, у арендодателя два здания, и наши апартаменты были во втором, такси уже отпустили, поэтому с чемоданами шли пешком, хоть и не очень далеко. В апартаментах нет кухонного стола и стульев, есть только на террасе, но там по утрам было очень холодно. Поэтому, если собираетесь завтракать/обедать/ужинать в своем номере, то это крайне не удобно в марте. Сами апартаменты неожиданно маленькие по площади, вдвоем тесно. Указанная площадь включает большую террасу, но в марте она бесполезна. Утюга в апартаментах нет, и во втором здании вообще нет, чтобы погладить нужно идти в основное здание со всем бельем. Ужасные подушки.
- Анастасия (10/5): Классный апарт отель за свою стоимость - Много где бывала и могу сказать, что отель очень хороший Современный, чистый номер с приятным запахом, хорошее хлопковое постельное белье, новые белые полотенца, большая терраса В кухонной зоне есть все, что нужно, чтобы приготовить еду, вайфай работал без перебоев Расположение номеров отличное (всего 4 на этаже и по 2 номера в каждой стороны), соседей не слышно совсем и в целом гости в отеле приличные Удачная локация, в 5 минутах набережная, остановка автобусов и минимаркеты, улица тихая без баров Заселение и выселение прошло бесконтактно и без лишних проволочек, спасибо за это администратору Мурату Тем, кто зовет отдыхать спокойно и с комфортом однозначно рекомендую данный отель 💫 В моей брони был указан вид на горы, но вид из номера был на соседние дома не смотря на 3 последний этаж Для меня это не было проблемой, но если вам важно - учитывайте этот момент

Mi mas sincera enorabuena a los chicos que gestionan el hotel. Y a las chicas de limpieza. Son super atentos y serviciales. La casa esta super bien ubicada y tiene unas vistas espectaculares. Расположение просто лучшее: Море и пляж находятся в шаговой доступности. Рядом — красивейшие парки, идеальные для прогулок. Абсолютно вся инфраструктура находится в пешей доступности: магазины, кафе и рестораны. Исключительный комфорт и чистота: Просторные, всегда чистые и очень уютные апартаменты создают идеальную атмосферу для отдыха и длительного проживания. Здесь действительно продумано все для жизни. - Julia (7/5): - В целом все хорошо) Но полы настолько грязные, что думаю, пройдя по улице босиком, ноги были бы в таком же состоянии или лучше) также мне непонятно почему нас заселили в заранее неполноценный номер - жалюзи на работаем, и это было небезопасно, так как первый этаж. В спальне же они были наоборот закрыты наглухо и мы спали без воздуха. Утром в 10:00 написали с ресепшен, удобно ли нам, чтобы сейчас пришел мастер по жалюзи…. Я соответственно задала вопрос почему они намеренно поселили нас в сломанный номер , так как мы не жаловались на жалюзи и получается они знали уже об этом. Но ответа не последовало. Неприятно.

The location is excellent — very close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, all within walking distance. The management team, especially Murat, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. - Rosanna (8/5): - Хорошая квартира рядом с пляжем. Уборка через день, полотенце меняли каждый день. Есть всё что надо. Персонал на ресепшене очень помог когда я приехала не в тот отель. Отвечают быстро на все вопросы. Рядом с домом есть кнопка вызвать такси. Напротив небольшая турецкая столовая рассчитанная не на туристов, а на своих. Еда божественна. Кондиционеры в каждой комнате Мне было шумно, но я из деревни и к городу не привычна. Всю ночь гоняют мотоциклы, а закрыть окно очень душно. В спальне ночью шум какой-то машины с подвала. Но беруши в общем лишили проблему.

- Feyzullah (8/5): - Wir hatten ein kleines Apartment ca.45 m2 groß. Waren mit diesem zufrieden, Einrichtung und Aufteilung in Ordnung. Sauberkeit soweit in Ordnung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurant in der Nähe alles zu Fuß erreichbar.

- Nikolina (4/5): - Die Dusche, man hat die Perfekte Temperatur nicht einstellen können. Entweder war es zu heiß oder viel zu kalt. Es wurde zwar jeden tag „geputzt“ Aber man hat weder die Tische abgewischt, noch wurde es gründlich geputzt. Der Mist wurde auch oft übersehen. Der Fernseher funktionierte nur auf Türkisch. (Türkische Sender) die Fernbedienung funktionierte aber bereits nach dem ersten Tag nicht mehr. Der Föhn, ging nach dem ersten mal auch nicht mehr. Viel zu laut, mitten in der Nacht wird ein und ausgegangen, allgemein eine sehr laute Gegend.

- Francesco (9/5): Spacious and Comfortable Stay, With Some Minor Downsides - The apartment was very spacious, spotless and equipped with reliable air conditioning. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom perfectly fine, and overall the place felt fresh and well maintained. Staff very nice. On the downside, the furniture felt a bit cheap, the Wi-Fi was quite slow, and there was no coffee machine (only a kettle provided). Also, it’s not exactly a budget-friendly option.

- Roman (8/5): Поменяйте диван, отстирайте весь текстиль от пятен и мойте полы качественно перед заселением - Интересный номер (планировка), все выглядит современным Отличное расположение - вокруг множество кафе и море очень близко Такое ощущение что пол не мыли, плитка на кухне немытая, текстиль (диван/подушки дивана) давно пора отстирать от пятен. Сам диван ушатанный его надо менять.
- zoulikha (8/5): Sinon un bon séjour vue la proximité avec la plage etc..et la station de bus. - La proximité avec la plage les restaurants...la propreté de l'établissement. La tranquillité. Par contre j'avais réservé une suite vue sur mer mais cela n'a pas été respecté. Pourtant le prix est différent. Le nom respect de la suite que j'avais réservé. Le canapé lit à changer. Pas de fer à repasser. Ni d'étendoir. Ni de machine à laver .

- Verified traveler (6/5): Menetteli - Esittelyssä sanotaan siivous päivittäin ja lakanoiden vaihto 4. Pvän välein. Yövyin 14 yötä ja lakanat vaihdettiin vain kerran ja silloinkin reikäisiin. Parveke oli linnunjätöksissä ja likainen/pölyinen. Parvekekalusteet vaarallisia, koska rikkinäisiä. Keittiövälineitä todella niukalti. Sänky huono, ihan painunut vinoon ja kuopalle. Edellisen asukkaan hiuksia lattialla, sohvalla ja paljon pölyä joka paikassa. Ei kahvia eikä teetä eikä pullovettä vaikka Esittelyssä niin kerrotaan. Tympeä mies istui vastaanotossa, ei tervehtinyt. Ainoa joka tervehti ja hymyili oli siivooja. Sijainti ok, 10 minuutin kävely rannalle. Bussipysäkki 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä pääkadulla. Paljon ravintoloita lähellä. Ostosmahdollisuuksia heikosti.

- Aylar (8/5): Aileler için iyi bir seçenek - Отель находится на спокойной и тихой улице, хотя напротив и расположены два кафе, каких-то громких звуков от них мы не слышали. До набережной пешком 5-10 минут. Вокруг кафе на любой вкус, парковка такси, детские площадки, парки. Район очень чистый, подходит для гуляния на коляске. Здание отеля невысокое, в принципе как и все здания в этом районе, уютный мини дворик, есть пандус, лифт, перила безопасные. Номер в стиле минимализм. Все от мебели до посуды из икеи, в довольно хорошем состоянии. Достаточно шкафов и полочек. Есть балкончик, где можно по вечерам сидеть. Чистые душевая и туалет-раковина. Чистая посуда, белье, полотенца, подоконники, полки и поверхности без пыли. Есть холодильник, микроволновка, блэкаут – все, что нужно для комфортного пребывания с ребенком. Очень понятливый персонал, пришлось делать чекаут позже, нам пошли навстречу. Из минусов: видно, что номер не новый, в душевой, например, на потолке шелушится штукатурка, самый жирный минус - полы липкие -то ли слишком много моющего средства, то ли наоборот мало, микроволновка грязная внутри и стол заляпан чем-то. Если учесть эти недочеты, отличное место для семьи с детьми.
- Ivan (10/5): Top location - nice apartment, it's not the first time I've stayed here. The price is excellent. Daily room cleaning is included in the price. Wifi is working. This is Turkey, not Dubai, and it's still the 20th century, not the 21st, so I wouldn't expect anything fantastic. The attic is dirty, the sink is clogged in the toilet, the shower is not working well - the water is hot or cold... The lamp in the shower burned out, I wrote on whatsapp they said they would fix it, but they never fixed it. But other than that, it's a great place. Here you can drink coffee or juice 24/7 at the reception. Perhaps the most annoying thing is the bed. It consists of two that are constantly moving apart. Sleeping normally together is difficult.

Communication with the host and gaining access was stress free. Apartment was spacious. WiFi worked very well. Apartment was cleaned every day which is a really appreciated touch.
- Lisa (8/5): Fabulous - It’s always a pleasure to stay at the trend suites as the owners are very helpful and caring to your needs my only disappointment was the pool being shut as this wasn’t stated on the booking so couldn’t get my usual exercise in . But the weather wasn’t great so understand why it was closed but Woukd be good to have that on the website in when the pool opens and closes . I will gel returning in October which will be my 3rd time in these apartments they are close to all amenities

- Alperen (5/5): Passable - Centrally located, with good amenities, enjoyable, and comfortable. !!!!!!!!A “Do Not Disturb” and “Housekeeping Requested” button should urgently be added to the door. At 10AM, despite knowing you are inside (as the hotel key card is in the power slot), housekeeping knocks on the door while you are still asleep in the bedroom. Shockingly, they even enter the room, invading your private space. The cleaner had the audacity to walk inside until reaching the bedroom door, and only because we woke up at the last moment, we were able to say we didn’t need cleaning before they left. Knocking for housekeeping is completely normal, but what if someone has accidentally fallen asleep in an inappropriate state? This is an invasion of privacy, borderline harassment, and must be addressed immediately.

Her konuda ellerinden gelen tüm yardımı yaptılar. İlgilerinden dolayı teşekkür ediyorum. Bir sonraki seyahatimde kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğim.

Professional staff. Comfortable bed, comfortable mattress. Fast internet, cool balcony. Special thanks for housekeeping: fast, clean. And also thanks for solving the issue with the air conditioner.
