• janet (6/5): Studio apt is unappealing - the location is awesome and handy to cool areas of the city and walking is easy to everything. we did take the trams to go futher afield. it is a studio apt with your bed in the living/kitchen. the bath is separate. there is a washer. they kept asking, via whatsapp to help us (bit annoying) but they did get us a good rec for a massage nearby. this unit does not live up to its photos which, i suspect, are about 10 years old. all the doors, floors, cabinets were chipped and dinged. the kitchen is minimally equipped and its a bit of a joke. the dishwasher did not work. there is no space in the bathroom for anything and the shower is not great. there is no luggage rack. Eating must take place on the coffee table with couch and one chair - not comfortable. the place is a bit dark and we tripped over each other regularly. the map on the coffee table has no links that work anymore (they told me, "oh thats a very old one"...). i sent a list of all the broken equipment and parts to the host and never heard back about that.

The apartment had good facilities, the hosts were very helpful with transfers & restaurant advise, would stay again. One thing, the coffee machine came with coffees for one day (on our 10 night stay) if the coffee machine is stated as a facility you should be able to use it, we thought more pods would come with our breakfast pack but it was only instant coffee.

• Ana (8/5): Quiet & clean apartment with a lovely location - It was a very short stay. I didn't have the chance to use the kitchen, so I'm not sure if everything is working there. The location is perfect, access is very easy, the space is bright with many windows, and everything was cleaned (sheets, towels, and the apartment in general). Besides everything being clean and as shown in the photos, some of the wood needs maintenance, and the shower needs a proper door. Right now, when you close the shower, there is a considerable gap that lets water run onto the floor.

• Marta (10/5): Excellent spot in Lisbon - Excellent appartment. Big, bright, clean, cosy and quiet. It was a pleasure to take rest there after whole day of exploring Lisbon and surroundings. Very easy and save access. Close, walking distance, to the city center. We liked it a lot and for sure come back while visiting Lisbon again. Thank you :)

• Dirk (7/5): Geräumige Unterkunft mit Mängeln im Detail - Bequemes Bett, angenehme Größe unkomplizierter Zugang. Unklare Kommunikation vor der Anreise, bei Ankunft sehr kalt und schlecht zu beheizen, kein Geschirrtuch zum Abspülen, Duschtür schließt nicht, Schimmel im Bad, sehr hellhörig, kein Schrank oder ausreichende Ablagemöglichkeiten.

• Guest (8/5): - The kitchen could have essential cooking supplies such as vinegar, olive oil, and salt, and more coffee capsules. The bed was not too good. It was comfortable but made a lot of noise. We also have a bit of difficulty opening some windows.

• Brett (8/5): Lisbon is definitely an underrated tourist destination and would definitely return. - The apartment is a great size for a couple which included a washing machine and cooking equipment. It’s in a nice quiet street with good security and close to restaurants. Only downside is the bathroom has has some previous water damage and made the bathroom feel dirty.

We had to change our room on the first night because the bathroom was leaking water from the ceiling and we had to move to a room we had not chosen. We received no support or refund and our complaint went unanswered. I would not recommend.

• Natasha (9/5): Few nights stay - Studio was nice and open planned, alot bigger than imagined. Great use of space with everything you wanted including a washing machine. Great location, I would stay there again on my next visit. Place is in need of wear and tear maintenance, such as the bathroom rails etc. there was no AC as advertised, however a fan was there whilst disappointing, opening the balcony door helped cool it down however I'd hate to imagine it it much warmer weather.

We appreciated the laundry with detergent and the morning breakfast box The cabinets and doors were damaged by water and age. A bedroom window would not stay open and banged with . breeze. The freezer was frozen over with ice.

Host was great and we would definitely return. There was a few bugs around the place but I think they were potentially coming in through the window when we had them open.

• Jean (4/5): - Overall, the appartement was clean. However, after the first night, we noticed our bed linnen weren‘t fresh. They had stains. I've contacted customer service. The reply was that during the mid-stay cleaning, the mentioned items would be replaced. We only were provided with fresh bath towels. The bed linnen were not replaced, as we noticed the dame stains.
• Ana (6/5): - Let’s start from the top: Check in experience was déficient. Communication was slow and very automates. I don’t know if you ever get to talk to a human. Whatever happened to human contact in this industry? At the same time we checked in, a british couple had been trying to get in for over an hour before we arrive. I tried helping them but they had no response.m from the WhatsApp number i had. They ended up leaving. We arrive at the apt. It was clean but no AC. Not recommeded for stars during the hottest days of summer. The wifi wasn’t working, so intexted the WhatsApp number asking for help with the wifi. I am still waiting for a response from them. We found another router in the room and used that Network, but the customer service? Non-existent. The big problem: there were cockroaches. Even though the apt looked clean, there were a lot of cockroaches in the bathroom, in the closets and kitchen. Needless to say, we suffered a bit with that. Overall, the stay wasn’t that great. They should work on their customer service.

• Verified traveler (8/5): nice APT but the neighbor dogs - Barking dogs near the hotel. Horribly Noisy. There are no new towels for you. You have to do the laundry. Besides that, it was pretty decent.

• Nevena (8/5): overall good stay, more suited for younger people because of noise - the room is very spacious with clean and very nice furniture. very good location, in the vicinity of city center, surrounded by great breakfast places and fruit shops. no contact with the staff, you can do everything on your own. it is very loud area of the city, we had an apartment facing the street and in the evening you have to open the windows to cool the room (since no air conditioning), but then you can't sleep because of the noise until 2am. And the noise starts around 7am. Also, too little towels for that long period between changes. One big and one small towel per person, during summer when you take multiple showers is not enough.

• Ben (10/5): The apartment was brilliant and very clean! We would stay here again no problems - The location of this property was excellent There was a leak in reception which wasn't sorted out throughout our stay and we had to walk through it both days, it didn't smell great.

The bathroom door lock was broken and the wall damaged.
