The hotel was clean and welcoming overall a great place if you want a clean comfortable and affordable hotel Although we didnt use the swimming this was due to it not looking clean. If better pool cleaning it wpuld of been a fantatstic stay

Le personnel était attentionné et toujours disponible. Une très belle expérience que je recommande vivement.

• Iva (10/5): Great comfort, not my first pick when it comes to location, very touristy vibes. - Sadly we had a short stay just overnight between flights, but we got a free upgrade for our room and it was beautiful, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally kind. Location - we picked it due to it's proximity for the airport, but for enjoying Cairo I would have picked a more central location. If you want to have a relaxing stay away from the city noise it is great.

We were staying in room 1416, and from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of. Every single member of the team we encountered was amazing — friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The service throughout our stay was outstanding, whether it was at reception, housekeeping, or in the restaurant. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, which really made our stay special. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing place to return to after busy days exploring Cairo. We especially appreciated the calm atmosphere and attention to detail. Overall, our stay at Tolip El Galaa was excellent, and the exceptional staff truly made the difference. We would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.
