Le petit déjeuner était bien en deçà de nos attentes et n’était pas en adéquation avec les notes et commentaires Booking.
• Robert (8/5): Good stay in Istanbul - The location was within walking distance of the major sites in Sultanahmet. Trans to elsewhere were a short walk. The staff were attentive. There is no light above the sink, so it was hard to see what I was doing at times. The breakfast seems to be mostly Middle Eastern type foods, but the yogurt and cereal made it acceptable.

• Sumit (10/5): A quick stop at a nice hotel - Loved the room and the breakfast. Quite close to the Grand Bazaar. Lots of restaurants nearby. Quite congested and in a hilly area.
• Timothy (7/5): Great location for all the historical sites, a little basic but a good hotel - The main thing is location, this hotel is perfect for the old town and most sights. Comfy room, quiet with everything you need in it if a little basic. Felt really relaxed in it. Breakfast is great and plenty of it and the staff are fantastic and could not be more helpful. The hotel lacks a bit of "wow" factor and looks quite basic when you arrive but once in your room its fine. We had a couple of tiny issues with our room but all were fixed instantly with no drama at all by the great staff.
• Paul (10/5): Excellent hotel and very helpful staff - Excellent hotel, very helpful and friendly staff. they recommended a good restaurant and took us there. you can get everywhere on the T1 tram which you can catch up the road or if you prefer walk to the Blue Mosque in ten minutes. The room was comfortable and clean and very quiet at night. Breakfast was good with a reasonable choice. We would happily stay there again. Everything was great

• Jo Anne (8/5): A welcome stay in the sultanahmet - The location of the property was excellent. Walking distance to metro and plenty of restaurants in the area. Breakfast was also well presented. On our early morning checkout, the front man at the desk was a tremendous help in getting f our taxi cab driver to the correct location From the moment you enter the aprilis gold hotel, you are hit with an endless upsell of tours and airport transfers. When you politely tell them you already booked your tours, they still continue with the upsell. Got to the point, that I did not enjoy walking thru the lobby

Также местоположение отеля очень удобное - все основные достопримечательности Султанахмета в пешей доступности, и недалеко в 5 минутах остановка трамвая Т1. Более-менее чисто в номерах, уборка каждый день. Может быть шумно по ночам, но нам это несильно мешало. Отель дотягивает до 3, но не 4 звезд. Размер комнат был маленьким, также состояние отеля на фото и в реальности - разные вещи. Полотенца необходимо обновить, они были с пятнами и изношенными. На завтраке, бывало, не хватало посуды, хотя гостей было не так много. Завтрак сносный, но хотелось бы лучшее качество продуктов, если заявляется 4 звезды. Спа-зона только за дополнительную плату — в стоимость проживания не включена.

Breakfast was quite good, with a nice variety of tasty food. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay 🙂 We booked a room with two beds, one of them was a double bed and the other was a very narrow single bed. It wasn’t very comfortable to sleep, and because of this the room felt quite small. Soundproofing was not very good, if your neighbors are loud, unfortunately you can hear everything. Minor inconveniences included the lack of hooks for outerwear, limited storage space (wardrobe and/or shelves), and there was no holder for toothbrushes, so I had to use a cup.😉

A dieci minuti a piedi da tutte le attrazioni di Sulthanamet (Moschea Blu,Gran Bazar,Topkapi,Cisterna Basilica) 3 Minuti a piedi dalla fermata del tram T1 che ti porta ai punti di imbarco per traghetti parte orientale L'hotel è su una strada chiusa al traffico e senza locali aperti in tarda notte.Le finestre hanno doppi vetri e si dorme senza essere disturbati da rumori esterni. Zona tranquilla e sicura. La colazione è ben equilibrata tra dolce (piccoli cornetti,saccottini al cioccolato,torte e biscotti,crema spalmabile al cioccolato e marmellate) e salato (uova sode e strapazzate,salumi e formaggi turchi,salse,olive,verdure crude e cotte,pane).Discreto espresso delle macchinette.A disposizione anche il thè in bustine e turco. Personale cortese e disponibile dalla reception,al personale della colazione e delle pulizie.Parlano inglese e sono disponibili ad aiutarti e consigliarti su tutto. Ottimo il servizio navetta di cui ho usufruito al ritorno. L'ultimo giorno la camera era libera e senza neppure chiedere ci hanno offerto check out tardivo così abbiamo potuto goderci le ultime ore a Istanbul senza zaini in spalla,lasciandoli comodamente in camera. Assolutamente top! Si possono migliorare leggermente i tempi di riassortimento dei prodotti per la colazione, soprattutto il cibo caldo (cornetti,uova).

Номера чистые, персонал профессиональный. На мой взгляд - один из лучших вариантов размещения в Стамбуле по соотношению цена/качество. Обязательно вернемся в этот отель в будущие поездки. Во всех отелях, в которых приходилось ранее бывать в номере обязательно присутствует бесплатная питьевая вода в бутылках 0,5л. Рекомендую администрации исправить этот небольшой и единственный недостаток.

Close to everything, including restaurants, shops, the main streets, tram stations, and the bazaars. It made exploring the area very easy. The staff were excellent and incredibly helpful. They gave us great recommendations for things to do and even helped us make reservations at restaurants, which we really appreciated. Despite being so close to everything, the area around the hotel was surprisingly quiet. We always felt safe and well taken care of during our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The beds were separated in the middle, so it was a little bit uncomfortable for a couple.

I could open the windows for fresh air and see the street activity below. Its a great location also., I would rate this hotel as excellent. The beds were a little stiff, but I slept fine on them. It would help if you couldn't feel the wooden rims around each individual twin bed when they are out together to form a double bed.

• Adam (9/5): Perfect for a place to lay your head when on a city break for a few nights. - Everything was great. Had no noise issues, everything was clean and staff there were brilliant. Close to all the major attractions. You can walk over the river to where there are more options for bars and nightlife but a taxi is also cheap enough. Smaller rooms than I thought in the pics but didn’t really impact anything. Can be a little noisy if window is open but there is air con for the summer.

Considering it’s in the city center, it’s not too noisy. The staff are friendly and helpful, and everything is very clean. The breakfast is okay, with enough variety to have a satisfying meal. The bed is comfortable. The coffee could be better. It’s a plus that there is a kettle in the room, but the coffee from the breakfast machine is very poor.

• Georgy (10/5): Unforgettable Service, Great Food, Pleasant Stay. - The breakfast was a treat! I loved the combinations, and the food was always stocked and made to sure to be replenished. The atmosphere was very nice, not too loud or busy. The staff Veysol, and the other front staff were beyond approachable, and were able to make every request happen without a delay. They provided transport for me to the airport, and even upgraded it to a luxury vehicle for no price difference! They made sure to outline what exactly I should do in my short stay in Instanbul, and their recommendations were great. The room was great, they even showed me two different types of rooms to compare which one I would like better. I chose the room with the double, which has a bed, a couch, a table, and the basic amenities. Although the room wasn’t super luxurious, it is not what made the stay worth the money, it was the excellent service! The beds could use a bit more work. I had no trouble sleeping, but the king size bed is two beds in one, so sometimes you would feel the separation of the two beds. The upper shower head should have been cleaned, and the bathroom would have been nice to have some small kits such as vanity, shaving, clean up, etc kits.
