- Mohamad (6/5): - My experience was disappointing. The reception was good, but the staff at the hotel entrance did not seem experienced in dealing with guests. The housekeeping service opened my room door twice without permission and without knocking, even though I had already complained to the housekeeping manager after the first incident, yet it happened again. I also tried the hotel massage service: I booked for one hour but only received 49 minutes, and the cleanliness was average. Regarding the food, I ordered room service and tried the Arabic breakfast, Indian dinner, and a light pizza. Unfortunately, the food quality was poor, and I would not recommend ordering room service at all

Staff were nice and friendly and very helpful. I booked through Expedia and I booked for 1 adult but I also has two of my family members coming to stay in a room with a capacity of 3 people but I was asked to pay extra for the 2 additional adults but we didn’t even have breakfast included and the hotel when I messaged on the day I booked didn’t mention there will be a cost. I was told three days before checking in about that which kind of shocked me and when I arrived to the hotel , they did confirm the extra cost. Overall good hotel and area , food and drinks are pricey for sure and quality is good. Business Bay Area where this hotel is located is busy though so walking could sometime be better than driving or taking a cab.

If it was located in anyother city in the world I'd give it 8 out of 10.

- Sunil (10/5): - The property is located in close vicinity of Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The staff goes out of their way to ensure the comfort and stay of guests. Everybody at the reception desk, in-house dining, restaurants, breakfast buffet and luggage bearers are exceptionally good.

- Alex (10/5): - One of the best places that I ever stayed. Service is unmatched to any ever experienced. People are friendly and are ready to do pretty much within reason. Free limo ride to the mall and airport on the hotel limo was a perfect touch. I understand it may not be offered to everyone as they only have two or three cars, but we got lucky enough to get such an offer. Right as we arrived for our stay, the hotel was able to upgrade our room to Burj Khalifa view room at no extra charge. Concierge service was absolutely fantastic. They helped with reservations to restaurants and other activities. They did all with a smile and warm friendliness. Restaurants, lounges and bars were very good. Staff was very good and were there mostly every day of our stay. This way they were able to recognize us and be even more accommodating. We met Chefs and managers. We took photos for memories because of how excellent our overall experience was. We are already planning our next trip and we will definitely stay at Taj Dubai.

- Jodie-Ann (10/5): - We had the very best time at Taj. The hotel was clean and welcoming. We arrived and immediately were greeted with a welcome gift and a drink. We were early but able to leave our luggage at the concierge. Once in our room, we were throughly impressed. Our bags were already in our room. The room was clean and the room attendants cleaned everyday. The room had great electronic features that controlled the lighting. We utilized room service and received our food immediately. Room service saw that it was my birthday and brought back a complementary cake. We had free breakfast included in our stay and it was literally my favorite part. The restaurant manager of Miss Tess was beyond amazing and attentive. All of the staff at the breakfast buffet were amazing. The food provided a variety of options from traditional American food to local food in Dubai and Indian cuisines. The staff were absolutely amazing at breakfast and even brought birthday cake & sang happy birthday to me. The concierge staff helped us to set up a private tour and gave multiple recommendations for activities. All of the recommendations were amazing. The hotel was close to all of the sites. We visited the pool and lounge, and it provided a quiet atmosphere to relax in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel also has nearby walkable shops and other places to eat. The Burj Khalifa as well as the Dubai mall where a 10 to 15 minute ride. We plan to stay at Taj in the future.

From the moment we arrived, Akashia, Saurav, Khushi, Jaideep, Suyash, Shang, and Ahmed from the Club went above and beyond to make us feel pampered and welcomed. Helena and Dheeraj at the front desk were so warm and helpful, always greeting us with genuine smiles. A special thank you to the amazing managers, Khevana and Megnath, for leading such a wonderful team. Every detail was perfect, and their hospitality made our stay truly magical. Can’t wait to come back!
- Bhupinder (4/5): - there were bed bugs and my wife could not sleep 2 nights and had rashes all over her arms. we complained this issue to the hotel staff. please share the email id on which i can send photographs of the insects and also photographs of my wife's arms with rashes.
