- Nathan (10/5): - Excellent location, particularly for catching a ferry to the islands.
Great self contained facilities.
Our host, Raj was really helpful regarding local attractions, restaurants etc. He even organised our ferry tickets to Marthas Vineyards. Nothing.

- Frank (10/5): Delightful:) - We were taking the high-speed ferry to Nantucket, which is across the street from this hotel.
The room was absolutely immaculate, with a very comfortable firm mattress, nice shower, hot water and plenty of towels! Owner was very nice!! There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like.

- Mariclaret (7/5): It was lovely overall. - Spotless. Very nice staff, Raj. Very quiet and close to the harbor and walking distance to the main town. A little misleading, the pictures. It looked more like a quaint hotel or lodge from the photos, but it is really just a motel.
- Dan (9/5): - Staff
- Paul (10/5): Great stay in a great locationn - Great location
Raj the owner was amazing
So attentive and helpful
- Danielle (10/5): A great place to stay with a wonderful view! - The room was very clean and the owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. Great parks and restaurants nearby. Had a great view of the ferries coming and going. Walking distance to the Cape Cod Maritime Museum and so much more.
- 922ethelb (10/5): Great astay - Hyannis is in the middle of Cape Cod and very convenient. The hotel is clean and roomy with a kitchen and table and chairs. It is across the street from the harbor and a great restaurant, Spanky’s. We ate there both nights we stayed at the hotel. The host was friendly and helpful. The hotel is older but well maintained. The rooms are so much larger than most newer hotels. We would stay again if in the area.
- David (9/5): - Good size room with a kitchen. Close to the ferries, friendly staff Bathroom on the small side but still adequate
- Thomas (4/5): - There was a musty smell in the room
The bathroom was so tiny you could hardly turn around
The bathroom had not been updated since the 1950d
You could hear the footsteps from the room upstairs
I will never stay here agsin

The rooms and furniture are outdated, but very clean and comfortable. Service was great! Raj was very accommodating for our late check in and helped us get ferry tickets. We'd stay here again.
- Kelli (10/5): - Motel is super clean. Furnishings are dated however the cleanliness and service was excellent. Raj is amazing! He helped us with our ferry tickets and advised us on how to get around town. Location of the hotel is perfect. Right across the street from the ferry landing.
- Robert (10/5): - It is dated, but very clean. Front desk personal was excellent.
- Nancy (8/5): - Couldnt ask for a better location! Leave your car and walk everywhere. Boat tour and ferrys right across the street and a block from main st shops, plus several great seafood restaurants in the immediate area. Hotel is older and dated, but it was the cleanest we've ever seen. The floors shine! We enjoyed our afternoon wine on the deck right outside our room. Raj and his wife are pleasant hosts and very accomodating. This is our "go to" in Hyannis.
- Sandy (10/5): - Great place!

- Anthony (6/5): - This is simply a place to stay, nothing more. A centrally located hotel/motel in a great location, but very outdated. Overall it worked, it was a place to shower and sleep. If there was any reason to be stuck in the room, like rain or weather, this isn’t the spot. Very old and a few

- Thomas (9/5): Comfortable stay, great location, very warm greeting! - We were warmly greeted by the host and allowed to park before our room was ready. The location is excellent, across the street from Hyannis Harbor. The room was very large and clean. The king size bed was very comfortable. The property is older but has had some updating. We would stay again. Nothing for our needs.

- Janice (10/5): Could not have asked for a better stay. - Location, Clean, Good size room
- kklammers1 (10/5): Location, Location, Location - This hotel is perfectly located near both ferry companies and shops and restaurants. The price is reasonable and the room was spotless. Raj is very accommodating. Free parking which saves you $18 per day or more than if you park at the ferry lots. Quick walk to both companies and many places to eat. Beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Don't hesitate, book here!

- joannies922 (10/5): Amazing! - Raj was the most welcoming when we arrived for early check in. The room was immaculate! My 3 adult children decided to stay a night. In addition, my son brought a friend one night. Raj was incredibly accommodating and welcoming. The location is top notch with a beautiful view of the harbor and easy walking to Main Street.

- 58lainer (10/5): Relaxing night away - Very comfortable, quiet room with all amenities. Location is central and easy access to area. Raj is a friendly, hospitable and helpful host. Easy walking to good restaurants.
- Aesullivan (10/5): Second time staying here - 5⭐️ - This was our second time staying with Raj & Nina and we can’t wait until next time! The hotel is wonderfully kept. The rooms are clean and a nice size. The kitchen includes a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and dishes for 4. It was nice to bring leftovers back or store lunch items. The location is the other plus to staying here. You’re within walking distance to the Hy-Line ferries to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard. As well as, the Hyannis Harbor Hawks baseball field. Hyannis’ Main St. is also a short 5 min walk too. We would highly recommend this place!
- Carol (10/5): Extra friendly and informative. - From our first moment to the last, our stay was perfect. We bought last minute tickets to the Beach Boys and were very helpful to print our tickets.
5 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants without being in the center of it all. Great view of the harbor. Loved hearing the ferry boats horn as they left the harbor.
Definitely our go to place to stay when we visit Cape Cod.
- Robert (8/5): - Comfortable bed.
- Michelle (10/5): Five Stars! - A wonderful stay! Great location. Walked to the MV ferry, downtown Hyannis, and a Cape Cod Baseball League game within minutes. Very clean. Comfortable. Welcoming, kind, and friendly owner. A perfect stay!
- Jill (8/5): Fun weekend! - Great location but this is an older property. I booked it based on its high score. I wouldn’t have rated it that high. Although, It was sufficient for the rate I paid.
- Douglas (10/5): - Amazing location... Super Friendly owner.... Beyond helpful... Let us park at 8am well before our check in saving us 30$ on local parking costs.

- 873violets (10/5): A memorable and wonderful experience!! - Cape Cod Harbor House Inn surpasses a five star review. The owner Raj is outstanding. The Inn is very reasonably priced and offers free parking. It has a perfect location for the HyLine Ferry to Martha’s Vineyard, restaurants and shopping. The rooms are clean and comfortable and include even include a lovely kitchenette.

- CASRMS (10/5): Happy we picked Cape Cod Harbor House Inn!! - Cape Cod Harbor House Inn delivered on everything that we were looking for - walkable location, free parking, spotlessly clean room, a comfortable bed, friendly, competent service and very reasonable price.
- TrailBlazer82448 (10/5): Another wonderful stay at the Cape Cod Harbor House Inn! - The proprietor of the inn, Raj, could not do enough for us. Whatever we needed, ice, towels, directions, restaurant recommendations was always provided quickly and cheerfully.
We stayed in a queen mini-suite, which was very spacious. It included 2 queen sized beds, a writing desk, and a small dining table with 2 chairs. The kitchen area included a mid sized refrigerator, a microwave and a kitchen sink. The bathroom included a full sized bathtub.
The bath towels were unbelievably soft. The water pressure in the shower was ample. The bed sheets were in excellent condition as if they were brand new. The room smelled nice, and was very clean.
The inn is located across the street from the Hi Line ferry service to Nantucket, and was a 5 minute walk to the Steam Ship Authority high speed ferry to Nantucket. Hyannis is a great location for visiting Newport, RI as well as the Cape Cod area.
All of this for a very reasonable price. We will stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Very comfortable room and host was very friendly and helpful. He booked ferry and printed out boarding cards for us. Nothing
- Evelyn (10/5): - Location is perfect across the street from the Harbor, and very close to Main Street. We parked in front of our room and walked everywhere. The hotel is old but well kept, extremely clean. The grout in the bathroom is sparkling white. The bed was very comfortable. We would stay here again without question.
- Rev. Courtney (10/5): - Perfect. My room had everything! Including a “no frills” but "everything you could possibly need (and then some) relaxed beach vibe.” Raj, the owner, was supremely pleasant and warm and even provides a phone number should there be concerns when the office is closed. This will absolutely be my go-to spot in Hyannis!
- Cherie (10/5): - Very clean. Friendly and easy checkin. Convenient to boats and Transportation station. Easy walking distance to restaurants.
- Gilbert (10/5): - Wonderful management, not a new building but very clean and functional, great spot on the harbor with a central location to the region.
The price for value is the winning factor.
- Eric (10/5): - Rooms were clean and the owner was pleasant. Centrally located to all restaurants and shops.
- Peter (10/5): Brilliant - This place is brilliant! Raj, manager, is BRILLIANT! This isn’t the most fancy place, but the location, welcome and value for money make up for all of that! I’d book again in flash!
- Laurie (10/5): - Ray was so nice! Very clean!
- Peter (10/5): Great stay! So kind and accommodating, can’t wait to come back. -
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Karen (10/5): We had a wonderful stay. We took the dinner train during our stay and ate at the Black Cat. - The room had a small kitchen with dishes, sink, microwave, refrigerator, and stove. We don't watch TV but the room had one and it also had blackout drapes which worked well. Also, Raj, the man at the office was very nice and gave us some great suggestions. The coffee pot leaked.
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Kara (9/5): Needed a place coming off the hy-line cruise for the evening and this place had awesome reviews! - The staff was friendly and I could tell took pride and care of the property!
- Jonathan (10/5): Great nights Stay - The Inn is a 2 story motel across from the harbor. It is a quick walk to downtown Hyannis the restaurants and the John Kennedy museum, worth the visit. The owner is very friendly and helpful and keeps a safe, clean and nicely appointed property. This Inn is great for a one night visit or a week with the family.

Great place right on the harbor. Three minute walk to ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. A cafe by ferry dock. Short drive to whale watching tours in Barnstable.
Main Street is in walking distance also with lots of shops and restaurants.
Room are retro and very clean. Towels are luxurious. Beds are comfortable.
Would stay here again
- Pierre (8/5): - Very dated, but clean and comfortable. Situated across the street from the harbour and 5 minutes to both ferry companies taking trips to nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. Across the street from outstanding sea food restaurant.
Stove microwave fridge kettle cutlery etc. bed and linnen perfect
- Randall (7/5): Clean, comfortable, a bit overpriced for a basic motel - Clean, comfortable, good location on the harbor and walkable to Main Street. Family-run operation, very pleasant couple who work hard to keep it nice. Disappointing that the stove/oven was disconnected - would have been great to cook a few meals there. The refrigerator motor was quite loud, disruptive to sleep. Beds were comfortable, good quality tv, nice that windows are openable for fresh air.
