• Seyran (9/5): - Overall, the hotel's location is excellent, just 10 min from the city center. You can easily catch the places you would like to go on foot or metro. And staff was friendly as well. Being in Taksim, it has a very lively nightlife, so you might want to consider this if you don't like noise that much. Additionally, you can hear strong voices and joys outside as Taksim is always vibrant. The thing we didn't like is to not provide daily water/or water. Otherwise everything was great
• Julian (4/5): Disappointed, wouldn’t go there again - Close to taksim square and down town istanbul We mentioned in the booking that we need 2 beds but when we reached the hotel they told us they needed an extra 15€ to give us a pillow and a bedsheet for the second bed. In addition the floor is wood parquet and the insulation is super bad, we barely slept that night because someone above us kept walking all night long, and every time we can hear the footsteps and the wood cracks and makes noises

L'hôtel est très bien situé à proximité vous avez: des restaurants, spas, boulangerie turque, station de bus et métro à 10min à pied. Malheureusement la salle de bain de la chambre que j'avais réservé avait des cheveux par terre (photo) et la porte de la cabine douche était cassée.

Тъй като бяхме 2 жени, не желаехме да спим заедно при положение, че сме наели апартамент с 3 легла. Това не беше описано в обявата и беше неприятно.

• Senem (10/5): Perfekte Lage, super Hotel :-) - Wunderschöner Aufenthalt! Das Personal war extrem hilfsbereit und freundlich. Unser Zimmer war geräumig (riesige Zimmer) geschmackvoll eingerichtet und makellos sauber. Perfekte Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Roller Vermietung im Hotel vorhanden. Es war toll und wir würden immer wieder gerne kommen.

• ln5757 (1/5): 非常差的体验，应该说是前所未有的挑战。 - 老板服务态度好 公寓是老房子改造的，隔音效果极差。楼上人走路就像开了扩音器一样的响，感觉楼板要塌。最可怕的是房子后面是条夜店街。夜店声音震天动地，头嗡嗡响，心脏不能承受，完全不能待的程度。进屋待了一会儿，发现还是命要紧，赶紧退房走人。

Our room didn't look like the pictures, the stairs are so loud that it is impossible to have a proper night sleep. People kept coming and leaving throughout the night and when someone uses the wooden stairs it sounds like an elephant herd passing through.

Es gibt keinen Balkon, obwohl es sowohl im Text als auch in den Bildern so beworben wird. Es ist extrem hellhörig. Man hört jeden Schritt von dem Zimmer aus der oberen Etage. Nachts ist es durch den gegenüberliegenden Nacht-/Stripclub auch sehr laut. Die Einrichtung ist etwas veraltet.

• Dimitris Flabouris (6/5): - Κοντα στον κεντρικό πεζόδρομο Istiklal. Ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο και εύκολη προσβαση. Ενω είχαμε κλεισει superior room με ενα διπλο και 2 μονα κρεβατια παρατηρησαμε οτι σεντονια και μαξιλαρια υπήρχαν μονο στο διπλό και οταν ζητησαμε σεντόνια για το ενα μονο κρεβατι, ο ιδιοκτητης μας ζήτησε 15€ παραπάνω κατι το οποιο δεν αναφεροταν πουθενα στο booking. Υπηρχε αρκετος θορυβος απο το δρομο και απο το δωματιο του πανω οροφου.

• Chao-Hsien (10/5): - The location is fantastic, with plenty of food options nearby – from street food and local eateries to upscale restaurants. A market just a minute or two away offers fresh produce, snacks, and more. It’s easy to get around: only a 15-minute walk to the T1 tram line and just 2–3 minutes to a bus stop that takes you straight to the city centre. The internet connection was fast and reliable throughout our stay – perfect for both work and streaming. The staff were quick and efficient in responding to queries, and our late check-in (after midnight due to a delayed flight) was handled smoothly. A fun extra – if you need a haircut, there’s a place right across the street, and apparently, some of the hotel staff cut hair too. Amazing! Thank you for a lovely stay. No complaints

It is about a 20-minute walk from the airport bus.Luggage can be placed in the front desk area before and after check-out The four-piece suit in the room has not been replaced. There are two long hair on the sheets that do not belong to us. The quilt has a pungent smell (other people's body odor). It needs to climb very steep stairs. The first floor needs to climb 0.5 stairs. The second floor needs to climb 1.5 stairs. No one will help with the luggage. It is not recommended for people with luggage to stay.The room is not soundproof, and the sound of the bar will come in the middle of the night.

• sacha (8/5): A very nice hotel with some room for adjustement - Really spacious, good lighting, a lot of storage and the receptionnist was really nice and helpfull. The placement of the hotel is good, the bus station wasn't to far, and you have plenty of restaurants around. The bathroom is quite small, the room wasn't the cleanest when we arrived and the heaters could be adjusted.

• Γιάννης (1/5): Ο πιο αγενής ιδιοκτήτης ξενοδοχείου - Ήταν σε καλή περιοχή με την πλατιά Ταξίμ μόλις στα 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια Με το που φτάσαμε ρωτήσαμε για το αν έχει πάρκινγκ το ξενοδοχείο γιατί είχαμε μπερδευτεί και νομίζαμε πως κλείσαμε με πάρκινγκ, στις πληροφορίες έλεγε ότι θα μας ενημερώσουν για το που μπορούμε να παρκαρουμε κοντά στο ξενοδοχείο με 10€ την ημέρα πράγμα το οποίο δεν έγινε. Ο υπεύθυνος / ιδιοκτήτης του ξενοδοχείου άρχισε να φωνάζει και να ειρωνεύεται συνεχώς για το ότι δεν έχει πάρκινγκ και στην συνέχεια βγήκε έξω, είπε κάτι στα τουρκικά και μας έδειξε κάτι στενά... Αφού πήγαμε σε ένα ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ και βάλαμε το αυτοκίνητο επιστρέψαμε στο κατάλυμα. Ο συγκεκριμένος άνθρωπος άρχισε να ωρυεται όταν του δώσαμε τα διαβατήρια χωρίς λόγο, ξεκίνησε να μας εξηγεί το τι ισχύει στο ξενοδοχείο και ανά 2 προτάσεις μας έλεγε "do you understand English?". Σε ότι του ανέφερα εγώ έκανε σαν να μην του μιλούσε κανένας, και απαντούσε μόνο στην κοπέλα μου συνεχιζόταν το επιθετικό και ειρωνικό ύφος. Στα αρνητικά του σπιτιού, οι σκάλες είναι πολύ παλιές τρίζουν και πιστεύεις ότι μπορεί να πέσεις ανά πάσα στιγμή, ηχομόνωση δεν υπήρχε ούτε κατά διάνοια, και το κουμπί στο καζανάκι ήταν σπασμένο έπρεπε να το πατάς παρατεταμένα. Πραγματικά ο πιο τραγικός - ρατσιστής ιδιοκτήτης που έχω συναντήσει ποτέ, δεν θα συνιστούσα αυτό το σπίτι σε κανέναν και είναι πραγματικά κρίμα γιατί είναι σε πολύ καλό σημείο με πολύ καλές τιμές.

• Aikaterini (5/5): Ein zweites Mal würde ich es nicht buchen. - Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man erreicht zu Fuß oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln alles. Das Zimmer wurde kein einziges Mal gereinigt und war von Anfang an nicht besonders sauber. Nachts war es durch die umliegenden Bars etwas zu laut und wenn die Fenster isoliert wären und richtig abschließbar, wäre es kein Problem gewesen.

• NADEZHDA (6/5): - Постель удобная. В номере постеры на тему Японии. Мне прислали несколько писем в которых ясно говорилось что вход через черную дверь. Ни про какой ресепшн речи не было. В итоге я стояла полчаса под черной дверью. На сообщения они не отвечали. Ресепшн был рядом но весь забит народом, детьми, Я подумала что это кафе. В итоге администратор вышел и начал очень агрессивно и долго объяснять что я не права и проблем нет. Несколько раз спросил говорю ли я по английски, и хотя до этого мы общались на английском и я несколько раз подтвердила что да, я говорю, он начал переводить с турецкого на русский длинные правила проживания. Показал на экране и видимо думал что я как разведчик запомню все за секунду. 2. Ночью под окнами был карнавал и закончился часа в 2 может. Я бы присоединилась даже, но была уставшая и уснула не смотря на грохот. 3. Нет ничего, что заставило бы меня сюда вернуться. 4. В ванной был черный волос на унитазе.

На 1-2 ночи норм, но не более Был предоставлен другой номер, который был намного меньше, без балкона и дешевле (не стали выяснять это на месте, тк приехали вечером, а выселялись рано утром и достаточно устали с дороги), но тем не менее. Одна из кроватей была не заправлена вообще, на ней был только грязный плед. Было не совсем чисто.
