Очень рада найти такое место! Кран в душе сложно настроить, вероятно, осадок воды быстро портит смеситель. Можно добавить посуды. Но необходимый минимум есть. Es una zona de marcha nocturna y no nos avisaron. No pudimos dormir en toda la noche por el ruido de la calle, botellón, claxon de coches, etc. Las ventanas no aíslan del ruido. Sofá-cama incómodo. El código de la puerta no funcionaba y tuvimos que llamar a la asistencia. En resumen, pésima relación calidad-precio.

Θα μπορούσαν να αλλάζουν μια φορά στις 5 ημέρες, σεντόνια πετσέτες και χαρτί τουαλετας και να μην χρεώνουν την Υπηρεσία έξτρα (είχε βέβαια πλυντήριο) και σίγουρα θα ήταν σούπερ μια μηχανή espresso, καθώς εσπρεσσο στην πόλη χάλια και πανάκριβος. Επίσης αρκετά φωτεινό το υπνοδωμάτιο.

• Frode (8/5): Great penthouse apartment, where the classical Istanbul views and big balcony is the highlights. - Great penthouse apartment with views of the Cukurcuma, Galata and all the way to the mosques in Sultanahmet, which gives the ultimate Istanbul feeling. We stayed there in the winter but the balcony is large and probably fantastic to use in the other seasons. Inside the apartment is also nice, where one bedroom is great, while the other is a bit small. When we visited the apartment there was a little low pressure in the shower, and not so hot water, but it may just be a temporary problem. We booked an airport transfer from the hotel and everything in the communication was great, they even agreed to pick up an extra person in a completely different direction than the airport. All in all a very nice place, which I would love to come back to.

• Syahmi (8/5): Great stay overall and I would recommend! - It was in a very good location. Apartment was spacious with a sofa bed in the living room. Complete amenities provided such as microwave, dishwasher, laundry and stove. The water pressure for hot water in the bathroom was very low so it can be quite uncomfortable.
• Ben (9/5): Located in a part of town with lots of young people and energy, enjoyable to walk around amongst it. - Generous, well equipped apartment with large terrace overlooking the city and surrounds. Walking distance to metro and tram stops, plenty of good places to eat nearby. Many independent retail boutiques selling interesting clothing, homewares etc. Street noise from cars with loud music and honking until after 3am on Fri/Sat nights meant we slept in the smaller rear bedroom on these nights. Other nights were quieter. Mistakenly thought the apartment was on a quiet side road in an otherwise noisy district, not realising this is the section where the main road splits into two one way streets - one of which was ours. If booking a 1br apartment then request one at the rear, not street facing if staying on a weekend. Unless of course you are one of those who are still out at 3am.

В каком то парижском стиле. А вид с балкона просто прекрасен. Мы жили на 4 этаже и это было волшебно. Белоснежное белье и четыре подушки - восторг. Можно заменить старую облезлую доску, а то она никак не подходит в такую красивую квартиру. И наверное мыло можно приобрести с каким нибудь турецким ароматом и не розовое.
• Matthew (6/5): There were a few small issues, but generally we were happy with our accommodation. - The host was excellent and very attentive to any questions we had. The location was good. The room was as described. Had all the facilities you need such as dishwasher and a washing machine. Wifi wasn't great. A few issues with the bathroom (Taps & Hot Water) but they were attended to promptly, Floors were a little unclean. Please note the windows are not double-glazed, so very noisy at night. Nothing that can't be fixed with a little more attention to detail.

• Illyana (10/5): Loved our stay, recommended if you want a larger than usual space, location is wonderful - Check-in: Smooth and fast, Tammam was really helpful and nice in providing details of the area. We also booked airport transfer with the accommodation and it was stress-free. Location: Walking distance to pretty much everything (Istiklal St, Tophane tram stop, the metro at Sishane, nearby neighbourhoods of Cihangir and Karakoy, you can even walk to Galataport - bearing in mind that we went during winter and weather was nice to walk around in, but also very hilly so wear comfortable shoes!); Quiet street so we weren't affected by noises at night compared to if we had stayed on a main street, however if you are noise-sensitive the nearby pub can be a little noisy on weekends but we found it to be quite minor) Apartment: Great for us (2 pax), complete kitchen facilities were provided, daily cleaner but only to take out trash and sweep the floors. Basically the apartment has everything you will need (washing machine, safe box, luggage stand, ironing board/iron, large fridge). Main door to the building was locked with a code and so is the door, we felt very safe. Generally no issues with the area too - walking at night was great. Not a lot! I only wished the pillows were a little softer and the bed a little harder, but I understand this is more of a preference. And perhaps stronger water pressure in the shower would be great.

We were about a 10 minute walk from the trams, the metro, galata clock tower, galata port, istiklal street, all the main attractions too! It’s perfect! Staff were very attentive and accommodating to any issues! My only warning on Saturday late nights is that some clubs nearby may be loud, so if you have issues with that noise, bring earplugs! Nothing!

• Jakub (10/5): Amazing place - Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni pobytem w tym apart hotelu. Wybraliśmy apartament z balkonem , mieliśmy przepiękny widok . Wnętrze mieszkania wyglądało identycznie jak na zdjęciach, na wyposażeniu było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy: czajnik, garnki, nawet patelnia, sztuczce , pralka a nawet proszek do prania, żelazko, suszarka do włosów, ręczniki , gel pod prysznic i szampon, zmywarka i piekarnik, Wi fi dobrej jakości, a nawet kilka kanałów TV po polsku . Nienaganny serwis: bardzo dobra komunikacja z menedżerem hotelu, zawsze odpowiadał na wszystkie pytania, w budynku i mieszkaniu zawsze było czysto, pokoje sprzątane starannie, samodzielne zameldowanie w związku z późnym przyjazdem przybiegło szybko i bezproblemowo . Czuliśmy się jak w domu. Wspaniała lokalizacja, blisko przystanków, dobrych restauracji, sklepów, zabytków i portu. Napewno przy następnej wizycie wybierzemy to miejsce zakwaterowania ponownie. Polecamy! Jedyny minus: w weekend w nocy było głośno na ulice, cóż, trzeba z tym się liczyć w takiej dobrej lokalizacji.

• Nicole (8/5): Sehr schön, sehr zentral, sehr easy für uns durch hilfsbereiten Gastgeber. - Eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Zimmerverwaltung: Wir durften unser Gepäck bis mittags (Check-Out-Zeit 10 Uhr) kostenlos in unserem Zimmer lassen - wir hatten gepackt und hätten es auch im Büro abstellen können, aber man war superfreundlich und "bestand quasi darauf", dass wir alles im Zimmer ließen. Super Beratung bei Taxi und auch noch Kofferhilfe. Sehr, sehr hilfsbereite und angenehme Gastgeber! Das Basic-Apartment sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern, sehr gepflegt und neu Sehr zentral, 5 min bis Istiklal, Cafés und Bars 50 m vor der Haustür..Abends dementsprechend viel los, kann an den Wochenenden auch etwas lauter werden. Untergeschoss heisst wirklich Kellergeschoss, so dass die Terrasse sehr düster wirkt und es auch kein weiteres Fenster (bis auf Terrassentür) im Basic-Apartment gibt. Das ist sehr schade, denn es ist grundsätzlich ein tolles Studio in super Lage. Im Hochsommer ist man bestimmt dankbar, da schön kühl..Leider hört man alle Abwasserableitungen abends rauschen, die verlaufen halt durch den Keller und das ist ein wenig störend...

• Svetlana (10/5): Рекомендую эти апартаменты. - Забота и внимание управляющего , который сделал всё возможное, чтобы поселить меня на пятом этаже в апартаментах номер 10 с большим балконом, просто восхищает. Я очень ценю, когда внимательно относятся к моим пожеланиям. В апартаментах было всё необходимое для проживания одного человека. Для семьи площадь была бы маловата. Огромный плюс для холмистой местности - это наличие лифта. Это не минус, а скорее особенность, которую нужно учитывать . Белье было белоснежном , но при этом слишком мягкий матрас и синтетические подушки.

• Ursula (9/5): A great place to stay for a week in old Instanbul on the European side. - The location and historical character of the place was great, in the charming district of Beyoglu. Tammam is an excellent host who is always ready to assist with any request. Perhaps a few more cooking utensils would be helpful.

• Andrea (9/5): Convenient hub for exploring Istanbul - The space was clean and comfortably arranged! I was received warmly and even lucked out with my apartment being ready a bit early. Communication was super clear and simple. The space was a very calm point of respite in the middle of bustling city action. Only because I have to put something here: sometimes I like to turn the news on so I don't fade into a travel bubble of ignorance... but none of the channels were working. This is my only "complaint."
• Mary (9/5): - Location and interior is perfect. Balcony is above and beyond: view is amazing! Staff is helpful — keep in touch all the time. It was loud outside because the property located next to popular bar. But closed windows and conditioner can fix it. Anyway can’t complain the location, it’s worth to be stay at.

Номер убирали каждый день. На соседней улице бар. Было довольно шумно ночью. Лифт только до 4 этажа. На 5-й по лестнице

• Reinout (9/5): Fijn huis voor in Istanbul - Prachtige locatie, relatief rustig voor Istanbul maar wel dichtbij interessante plekken. Personeel was erg vriendelijk en alles goed geregeld, er werd regelmatig gevraagd of alles naar wens was. Er is een keuken in het appartement, qua bestek etc. is het wat summier ingericht.

Lovely space, amazing roof terrace and view. The apartment had everything you would need and the staff were super helpful and friendly We loved the property and location however the noise from the bars and cars pumping out music was a problem at 4am!! Not the fault of Casa Di Bava but maybe some sound proofing

• Sarah (10/5): Comfortable oasis in a fast-paced city - The accommodation is in a lovely part of Istanbul with interesting shops, cafes etc. The host was brilliant - he met me, showed me everything in the accommodation and then messaged the next day to check all was ok. The accommodation was bigger than I was expecting and had everything you could need - including a dishwasher and washing machine. There are great public transport connections.
• Christine (8/5): Good service and nice place - The place is nice where it is quite near the port. There are coffee shops, restaurants and near shopping area. I like the room with the balcony. So better pick the 2nd floor. I like the service from one of the staff. Tammin is very attentive and helpful. Thank you for keeping tough with me on WhatsApp all the time. We came on Friday night, so it was loud downstairs as there are some bars nearby. Good for the youngsters who like hanging out at weekends.
• Goh (9/5): Superb - Even though the aircon didn't work on the first night, the staff did everything he could to get it fixed as soon as possible while we are out on the second day. Before leaving after full day of sigh seeing, we were sweaty and requested for a shower. The same staff kindly let us showered in one of the empty room. 5 🌟 for him.
