• Branislav (9/5): - Poloha výborná, dve kúpeľne, vybavená kuchyňa. Kľúče treba vyzdvihnúť relatívne ďaleko. Keybox by bola jednoduchšia možnosť.
• Isaac (9/5): Nice location, reasonable price - Nice and close to the main square, was easy to find from the key office. A few rough edges in the quality of the apartment, but that was absolutely fine for a lads holiday.

• Masooma (6/5): Grundsätzlich hat alles gut gepasst. - Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Alles war sauber. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage und befindet sich im Zentrum. Mit dem Schlüssel könnte man leider die Tür nicht öffnen. Der Gastgeber musste einen neuen Schlüssel uns geben.
• Tatjana (1/5): - Самый не приятный момент. Что за день до въезда сообщают, что ключ надо забирать в другом конце города. Потом берут еще депозит 200 евро.. нигде такого нет!!!! Нигде даже не написано про депозит… а если человек на это не рассчитывает?! В расходах. Как тогда???? Потом, нет нормальной полной информации в самом апартаменте, по чек-ауту.. оставьте ключ на столе итд. Закрывали на ключ на ночь. Оставили ключ в замке. Утром выезд, ушли, и оказалось что забыли документы в апартаментах. Позвонили в главную контору. Приехал мальчик (украинец) через 40-45 мин… нахамил, типа вы приехали в европу, вы что не знаете, что ключ на столе надо оставлять.. мы приехали из европы.. и нигде такого не было.. замки с ручками со обеих сторон. И чтоб ге потерять клбч, да его можно вставить в замок.. но да ладно.. , понятно что никто дверь открыть не сможет, ключ же в замке с внутренней стороны. Мальчик сказал, что будут списаны деньги с депозита.. 80 евро ( от куда такие цены.??? )за вызов мастера по замкам. Пока мы его ждали, открыли дверь. Ножом. Замочный язычек остался в замке.. вилимо пружина соскочила..ок.. через пару минут доехал и мастер. Без ничего.. в заднем кармане какая-то одна отвертка. Сказал сразу, с вас снимут деньги за новый замок, потому что этот сломали. 200евро! Что за замок за 200 евро?! Золотой что ли? Стоят совдеповский замок.. Да и замок не сломан. Просто надо открутить и подправить язычек. В итоге, с депозита забрали все 200 евро без каких либо объяснении. Без письма.. где что сколько.. крайне не довольны сервисом. По косяку было тоже видно что мы явно не первые кто оставил ключи в двери с внутренней стороны..

• Stephen (10/5): Great location and great booking - The location is great. A short walk away from bars and restaurants. It looks like a shopping district so its quiet at night with the nighlife only a short distance away. Picking up the keys from a location quite a bit away is a bit of a pain when carrying luggage. Perhaps using a lock bax for the keys could be a better option.

• Erika (7/5): Soliden apartma s prostorno kuhinjo. Določene stvari pa so potrebne obnove (npr. talna obloga). - Lokacija apartmaja v središču mesta. Parkirišče ni bilo v neposredni bližini apartmaja. Bilo je v parkirni hiši in plačljivo.

Розташування апартаметів у самому центрі Праги, пішки до Староміської площі можна неспішно дійти за 7-10 хвилин. При цьому місце розташування апартаментів тихе, в номері ніякого шуму з вулиці не чутно були складнощі з відкриттям залізних грат на вході - ключ не спрацьовував, код, отриманий в листі, не підійшов

• Lucie (5/5): - Lokalita Vyzvednutí klíčů probíhá v hotelu docela vzdáleném od ubytování - jediná výhoda byla nonstop recepce, jinak je to velmi diskomfortní. Nepříjemně nás také překvapila vratná kauce ve výši 5000 Kč, která byla na účet vrácena po více než týdnu od check-outu. Navíc jsme nedostali apartmán, který jsme si podle fotografií vybrali. Byl nám přidělen sice větší apartmán, ale vybavením a stavem asi horší. Obě noci nás také obtěžoval hluk na chodbách okolo 3. hodiny ráno, doprovázený zvoněním na zvonek.
• aliamenbo (5/5): Céntrico y amplio pero desastroso. - Lo mejor de este apartamento es la ubicación. Está muy cerca del centro, de la sinagoga Española, del cementerio judío. Y está en una calle llena de tiendas de lujo y restaurantes. Lo peor.. llegamos al alojamiento sobre las 21.30 y nos damos cuenta de que tenemos que ir a recoger las llaves en una dirección que se encuentra a más de media hora caminando. Llamamos para ver si había alguna posibilidad de que nos trajeran las llaves y nos dijeron que no. Dos de nuestro grupo tuvieron que ir a por ellas, mientras los 7 restantes nos quedábamos a la intemperie en una plaza esperando más de una hora. Nunca nos había pasado esto. El edificio es bonito, escalera amplia. Y el alojamiento en sí es bastante amplio y luminoso para 9 personas, pero está hecho un desastre. Muy viejo todo, maderas carcomidas, manchurrones de humedad en los techos y paredes, telarañas, pocos utensilios en la cocina, el extractor no funcionaba, una escoba viejísima, colchones bastante incómodos, almohadas peor todavía... en fin, bastante desastre. Afortunadamente, la ciudad es tan bonita que pasas todo el día fuera, pero me parece una vergüenza tener un piso en estas condiciones y alquilarlo por ese dinero. No volveríamos.

• GORKA (9/5): Excelente ubicación para visitar Praga. - Tiene de todo y está perfectamente ubicado, a 4 min andando de la plaza central. Camas cómodas y wc suficiente. La habitación principal está separada de la cocina y cama supletoria. El recoger las llaves en el hotel a casi 3km del apartamento es una locura. Un sin sentido en 2026
• Miroslav (6/5): info o předání klíčů na jiném místě jsem si v inzerci nevšiml a způsobilo mně to komplikace - skvělá lokalita v centru, prostorný apartmán, klid v domě. velmi nepraktické předávání klíčů, pro které si musíte dojet do jiné části Prahy uvidím, jak rychle vrátí kauci, která je potřeba složit.

• Nataliia (8/5): Чудове розташування та умови - Розташування в самому центрі, апартаменти ідеальні для компанії друзів чи великої родини. Вхід у будинок має гучний звуковий сигнал, який турбував посеред ночі, коли заходили інші мешканці. Забирати ключі треба у готелі на іншому кінці міста.

The same for parking, description mentions parking, but its located very far away fro, apartments. The mattress may seem comfortable at first glance, but in the morning you wake up covered in bites from ticks or bedbugs. Awful, even for such price

The property did not match the photos — we were given a different apartment than the one shown. Additionally, the heating system did not work during winter, making the place extremely cold and uncomfortable to stay in.

• Maria (3/5): Do not recommend - Instructions for entry were not clear. Arrived to realise we had to take an uber 25 mins away to a hotel to collect keys. Then told we had to pay a 200 deposit. Got back to apartment, couldn't figure out how to get into building (there was a fob to scan but we weren't told), got into building, realised we did not know which apartment was ours so ended up trying the key on every floor til we finally got into the apartment on top floor. Check out instructions also unclear.

• Aubin (3/5): Hebergement décevant et sans assistance - L'emplacement de l'hebergement, proche des lieux d'interets et plein centre de la ville touristique L'accés sécurisé et la taille du logement qui est convenable Le logement n'etait pas chauffé à notre arrivée (le 30 décembre) et le chauffage n'est pas fonctionnel mais remplacé par un petit chauffage d'appoint electrique, inadapté à la surface de la piéce. La fenetre ne fermait pas correctement, usée et agée. L'immeuble comprend plusieurs logements similaires avec une interdiction de faire du bruit dans la copropriété : des nuisances sonores toute la nuit et l'irrespect des regles par les autres locataires Nous avons envoyé un message pour notamment le chauffage au numero d'assistance communiqué : message lu, une reponse supprimée de suite et jamais de reponse aprés. Nous n'avons pas eu de chauffage pendant 4 jours. Inadmissible et trés cher pour la prestation proposée. Dans le logement, de la vaisselle sale et une table fixée au mur qui n'est pas droite. Décevant et l'absence de service est déplorable.
• Lisa (9/5): - Sehr zentrale Lage, super sauber, easy Check-in Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist leider ausbaufähig. Richtig kochen lässt sich damit leider nicht wirklich.
• Selina (7/5): - Die Lage ist top, man fühlt sich sehr sicher und ist in wenigen Gehminuten direkt in der Altstadt. Es war alles sauber. Die Einrichtung, Böden, Fenster, Türen sind schon in die Jahre gekommen, man sollte nicht erwarten in einer High End Unterkunft zu schlafen.
