The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you... even coming to our room to light our fireplace for us. We loved our stay so allthough I'm putting these things in our feedback they are minor and wouldn't stop us staying again. We like a firm mattress but this one is very, very firm and the doona does not completely fit the bed, a larger size and a mattress topper would make the bed more comfortable.There are a few eateries around but not much else. The place is a tourist attraction so can be very noisy however we knew this and still loved our stay .. it was very unique.

Kind of fun staying in a tourist attraction with people coming and going. I cannot think of anything that I did not like about the property. It was well laid out as crazy as it is. There was opportunity to shop. There was something different around every corner.

- Attila (7/5): Very unique but forget about peace and quiet. - Unique room and hotel. Quite amazing what has been built. Rooms were clean and staff were amazing. The amount of tourists allowed to come through the hotel. Bus load after bus load. No peace and quiet. Add to that people constantly trying to get into our room even though a sign says, DO NOT DISTURB!!! In many languages, including Russian.

So much to see in amazed at the creativity and ingenuity it took to create such a Hotel. It was an opportunity of a lifetime in Vietnam that I could not pass up. I am from the USA. The staff was welcoming, professional, and very helpful. That’s hard to believe when they are accommodating so many different people every single day. Congrats on your staff. I cannot think of a thing I did not like. All the steps, the tunnels, the highs and lows made it what it was. I heard some people don’t like having so many tourist come in every day during the day. I didn’t mind it a bit it’s part of the charm of the place and I’m glad so many people want to experience it.

We noticed them right before check out. A lot of noise while tourists were visiting, but we expected it. The bath tub was huge but the boiler is significantly smaller. So the hot warer ran out when we filled up the bath.

We stayed at Crazy House (Hang Nga Guesthouse) in the Ant Room and really loved it. The architecture is fascinating and definitely worth visiting. Since we were staying there, we had the chance to explore it in the evening after it was closed to other visitors. The design is amazing — the ‘stairs to the sky’ are a bit scary to climb, but very impressive. We’re surprised that such a unique and creative building is open and accessible to visitors. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!

Вона була донькою першого секретаря ЦК ВКП, тому їй вдалось втілити цей проект на усі 100%. Немає сніданку, хоча у комплексі є кафе.

Отличный уютный номер со всем необходимым, архитектура номера и самого места приятно удивила. боялись, что ночью будет холодно, но даже не пришлось зажигать камин и пользоваться теплым одеялом, было достаточно тепло, хотя на улице к утру было 15 градусов. Тихая улица, удобная кровать! Удалось погулять по территории без туристов и это отдельный кайф! Спасибо хозяйке за такое чудо-сооружение, мы почувствовали себя как в сказке! Всё хорошо!

- Davy (1/5): - I was able to check in at 10:00 as I arrived early in Dalat. When I checked into my room, I found an ant in my bed. Not every window had curtains. I've attached two pictures of the windows that didn't have curtains, meaning I was visible to other people—no privacy! During my stay, 2,000,000 people (figure of speech) tried to enter my room. Even with a "Please do not open the doors, people are inside" sign, I felt like an animal in a zoo. During the day from 08:30 till 19:30, people visit the place, meaning no peace, rest, or privacy. In the evening, when I was sitting outside, finally enjoying some rest, one big rat approached me. Luckily, she was more scared than I.When I checked out, they refused to let me use the bathroom because I was a former guest; they told me that I had to buy a ticket. Are you serious?
- jie (9/5): 体验一次就好，要想舒适还是normal hotel - 服务特别好，工作人员很负责任，现在已经成为了综合产业，面积更大了，后面还有个crazy coffee花园，住店旅客一早就可以各种攀爬，绝对无人，也很值得。 因为旅客太多，竟然晚上没有洗澡水，极不方便，但是酒店也在尽力解决，比如第二天有水时给我们接了一大桶水备用

There is some noise of the day guests, but not realy disturbing for us. In the early morning, before opening, you have Crazy House all for you alone. Great wandering around. Very good little bistro Oliu 50m up the road and good breakfast at NEW little further. A few guides from tour groups use loudspeakers, what is annoying.

Максимум в этом отеле можно провести ночь, это не место для спокойного проживания, в 8 утра уже ходят посетители и заглядывают в окна каждую минуту и так до 19 вечера.Днем не было воды , вообще никакой.Много комаров, прохладно ночью, отопления там нет.Очень шумно из за наплыва туристов ежедневно.

Okay wenn man länger im Zimmer wie 8:30 Uhr bleibt, dann ist der Geräuschpegel schon etwas lästig und immer wieder Mal wird der Knauf gedrückt und man will das Zimmer besichtigen aber das war jetzt nicht wirklich schlimm.sehr

The city cut off the water one day therefore we couldn’t shower so they brought us a huge pail of water to flush the toilet.It was not the hotel’s fault but it would have been nice to get a perk for the inconvenience. Overall though, it’s a magical place!!!!! It’s even more beautiful than in the photos!! The staff are amazing also! Thank You!! Not enough towels!

- AndreeaBB (10/5): Amazing experience - We had a wonderful stay at Crazy House Da Lat and felt amazing the entire time. The place truly feels like a fairytale come to life, with a unique and magical atmosphere that you won’t find anywhere else. The communication with the staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Everything was extraordinarily beautiful, and at night the house becomes even more magical and enchanting. One important tip: don’t forget to bring warm, thick pajamas, as nights can be quite cold. The location is also great — only about 15 minutes walking distance to the Night Market. Overall, a memorable and special experience. Highly recommended!
- Tara (10/5): One of my favourite places in the world - It was weird wacky and wonderful. Calling all superpowered weirdos. You will love it here. Beds were on the firm side. Tourists knock on your windows throughout the day and peek in the windows. But it is totally worth it in order to have the place to yourselves in the evening.

- Lola (7/5): Unique vibe and access to Crazy House, but very basic room comfort - Even though we stayed in an annex building, it was still nice to experience some of the unique vibe of the Crazy House. A big highlight was being able to explore the Crazy House early in the morning before opening hours, enjoying it without the crowds of tourists. It took some time to adjust the water temperature of the shower, but there seemed to be enough hot water (possibly because we showered early). The bed was extremely hard and too small for two people. There were ants in the room, possibly due to poor cleaning (as there were also used coffee cups left under the desk). The location is far from the city center. Additionally, the room did not have a fridge or air conditioning.

- Nigel (9/5): Crazy Fun Rooms - Quirky and one of a kind. Each room is individual and does exactly what it says on the tin. We stayed in the the Honeymoon room, oh la La, there is a mirror above the bed. Boy did we like that. As the attraction is open to the public, we enjoyed the occasional voyeur looking through the glass door into our room, being somewhat of an exhibitionist I loved it. The only consideration is that due to the design and humidity, the bed sheets do get damp-and nothing to do with our antics lol
- William (4/5): A unique hotel that is worth visiting for an hour or so. Do not stay here if you expect any peace and quiet. - This is an amazing hotel and truely unique! The rooms are wild and some of the rooms on higher floors have amazing views. The Goird Room has its own commanding balcony at the highest point of the hotel. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. I do not recommend staying here. The hotel is open to day-visitors from 8.30am until 7pm and there is a never-ending stream of people and tour groups traipsing all over the hotel. Despite numerous signs, people continually knock on your hotel room door or worse, walk straight in if the door is not locked. There is literally no peace during the day with muzak playing loudly and constantly and hoards of people everywhere. It would be ok if the opening hours were more restricted (even 9am to 5pm would be tolerable) but to have hundreds of people walking around and trying to get into your room until 7pm is quite ridiculous. The rates are above average for Dalat accommodation and there is no breakfast included. You can find better value (and more peaceful rooms) elsewhere.

- Louise (6/5): Verdens skøreste og mest særprægede hotel. Værd et besøg. - Fantastisk hotel for børn! Der er så mange ting at se på hotellet. Man bor dog ikke i temaværelserne, men i en tilbygning med rimelig ordinære værelser. Virkelig hjælpsomt personale. Meget hårde senge. Badeværelse med en bruseløsning, hvor hele badeværelset bliver vasket. Ingen mulighed for morgenmad på stedet.

- Onnika (9/5): Creative and fun - We had the gourd room which was at the top floor. Really liked the room set up, the details, and the creativity in everything. The matres and curtain rods were not even straight! This room also had a fire place which was free the first time use. Very cosy, though some of the smoke enters the room when its windy outside. Keep your door locked, even when you are inside. Even though there is a sign in 4 languages telling people not to knock, people still try the door knob.. Our toilet was leaking, we only stayed one night, so not sure if they fixed it now.

- Hana (10/5): - Ubytování v ikonické stavbě,měli jsme možnost několikrát si dum projít a pokaždé jsme viděli jiné detaily. Oceňujeme i personál, v malém stánku v zahradě jsme si ráno dali snídani,paní je tam úžasná! Do zavírací doby je tam hluk,ale s tím člověk počítá.

- Kellie (4/5): Great to see but not to stay - It’s crazy as the same says! It’s a live abstract art model with no rhyme or reason! Very creative. Lots of cool spots to explore Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when we wanted to change our booking As a hotel is was terrible! We checked in and our room, the tiger room was front and central. It was next door to the cafe and there was very loud music and hundreds of tourists! They were having a great time which was good for them but terrible for us. We had to close all our window blinds otherwise there were faces staring into our rooms, as it was there was knocking and attempts to open our doors. It’s open to the public from 8.30-7pm so if you looking for somewhere to relax it’s will only be after these hours. There might be other rooms that are more private. The room was also very cold and there is no heating.

No matter what they were always there to help with kindness and understanding. Always quick to respond. Too many tourists
- Jonak (9/5): - Great historical place, is an experience to stay in such a place. Guests throughout the day kept on disturbing us, trying to enter, which was very annoying. Also we expected the hotel to give us a guided tour of the place which was not given and left to us to explore.
- Iana (10/5): Ночь в орлином гнезде - Отель очень интересный. Можно гулять несколько часов неспеша. Для длительного проживания конечно не подходит, но на одну ночь хороший выбор. В номере чисто, есть полотенца, горячая вода, всё необходимое для гигиены. Чайник, питьевая вода, чай. Постарались выдержать всё в едином стиле до мелочей, что очень радует глаз. Мы жили в номере Орёл, достаточно светлый и с балконом во двор. Очень понравились последние перемены в виде сада, кафе и магазина сувениров. Кстати кофе во дворе на входе дешевле, чем в кафе) Также персонал любезно согласился оставить наш багаж на рецепции, пока мы гуляли по городу после выселения. Мы ночевали, когда на улице было 15-13 градусов, и в номере было очень холодно, нам несколько раз приходилось докупать дрова, чтобы поддерживать хоть какое-то тепло. Камин сделан неправильно, толстенные стенки, которые не нагреваются (мы топили 6 часов). Топка, жар из которой идёт вниз, поэтому в номер не поступает тепло. Но к счастью в номере были толстые пледы, которые спасли нас. Мне пришлось спать в кофте, чтобы было теплее. Туристы посещают отель примерно до 18-18.30, и только потом становится тихо. Утром первые посетители пришли в 8.30 и это были шумные бестактные немцы, которые ломились в номер, хотя на двери висела табличка Не беспокоить. Понятно, что отель не может это контролировать, но будьте к этому готовы, что во время посещения к вам могут вломиться) было было хорошо иметь на этот случай шторы на двери.
- Sherri (7/5): - We stayed in the Honeymoon Cottage. It was a very cool, interesting room, but not super comfortable. It is worth staying for one night to get the full experience, but one night and a one time stay were enough. We went out in the evening and had to ring the bell several times before we were let into the grounds. People can pay to visit the grounds. The hotel does their best to ensure privacy, but people are very rude and ignore posted signs. It was not easy making our way to the room because the same rude people would not move aside to let us through with luggage. Not the fault of the hotel, but it does impact your stay.

- Bauer (8/5): - Das Crazy House ist schon sehr besonders, einfach durch seine Architektur. Leider konnten wir keinen der speziellen Räume buchen, obwohl wir eigentlich ein Haus bei der Buchung angezeigt hatten. Die Übernachtung lohnt sich jedoch auf jeden Fall, weil das Haus einfach absolut außergewöhnlich ist. Die normalen Zimmer sind ok, es fehlt z.b. ein duschvorhang oder eine Klimaanlage. Preisleistung war dennoch gut.

As a guest you have access to the whole crazy house property even when it is closed to the public, which is a HUGE perk! We were able to explore for hours without fighting the busy day time crowd! Location was good with most attractions being a walk or short grab away
- Anna (7/5): Quirky stay for the experience. - Staying here means access after hours which is unique to see the property once the crowds are gone - it's is quite eerie. We stayed for one night and would recommend for the experience. The room was big and very spacious - it felt more like a suite with a separate dressing room and bathroom. The bed was a little hard for our preference and could do with an extra pillow. The rooms are through a passage and laundry area to get too.

- Maxim (10/5): Архитектурное чудо! - Это что-то невероятное! Рекомендую посетить его , а лучше там переночевать, чтобы утром до 8:30 прогуляться по всей территории. Это произведение искусства, где я понял для себя, что нет ничего невозможного.Спасибо хозяйке-архитектору в одном лице!!! Было прохладно. Мы заселились поздно из-за опоздания самолёта. Я попросил зажечь камин, но мне сказали что уже поздно(опасно для отеля).
- Zwickler (8/5): - Man konnte zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit, das Haus besichtigen, wobei die Lichter in dem aquariumsraum noch nach offiziellen besichtigungsschluss an blieben. So kann man die Zeit meiden, wo Scharen von Touristen durch das Haus ziehen. Wir hatten einen Raum in einem Nebenhaus, dieser war nicht schlecht, vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung. Wenn man eines der speziellen Zimmer buchen will sollte man über die Homepage gehen.

- Ruth (8/5): The most eccentrically original place you will ever stay. Guaranteed. Just Do It! - It felt like a privilege to stay in this amazing place. To explore before tourists arrive and to get back in the evening after dark is particularly magical. The place is so much bigger and more maze-like than I realised! We stayed in one of the un-crazy rooms and it was cosy and mostly quiet. Breakfast is not served but I recommend the Quan Bun Rieu place opposite the bottom of the road for a good local soup. The more characterful rooms looked amazing and I wished I'd spent the extra and taken one of those, but our little room was absolutely fine! The shower ran too hot and too cold in unpredictable bursts, so we couldn't really use it. There is a little cafe on site but the smoothie wasn't nice. Workmen started banging in the room above us at 7.30 AM. Regardless, I would still 100% recommend staying there!!

Especially for group of 4 or 5 the eagle room is exquisite. I am sorry for the ones that saw it and skipped it... must go Lack of breakfast, but near stores compensated.

The most unusual hotel I’ve ever stayed at and with lovel - A very unique place to stay with comfortable beds and a lovely bath tub. It was great that the staff prepared a fire in our room on a cold night when a storm blew through! Visitors knocked on our doors and peered through our windows often. The doors to our room rattled a lot during the storm and the room was quite cold.
- Rajat (10/5): - The rooms were super quirky, it was really fun being able to stay in this incredible site. There was even a working fireplace. It's a tourist site so during opening hours it is busy outside and you do need to shut the curtains for privacy occasionally.
- Michelle (7/5): - Definitely somewhere you are staying for the novelty value, and it has that. The staff were all lovely and everything was clean, and it was perfectly quiet at nighttime. Tv had Netflix and all services The hallway to the rooms and the bathrooms all had a damp unpleasant smell. The room and amenities were very basic, there was only one plug socket in the room and only the small bathroom mirror. The room was really bright :( it had curtains but they didn’t cover the whole window so was very glad I had my eye mask would not of slept otherwise.
