- Paul (10/5): Great place to stay in sunny Blackpool - Stayed here for a weekend as a good base for Blackpoolās Rebellion Festival. Hotel is a traditional guest house in a quiet area north but not too far from the town centre. The hotel is clean and very nicely appointed throughout with the room on the top floor very comfortable. The room was long and narrow but quite spacious with an adjoining en-suite. The breakfast (full English) was delicious and quite filling. Host Janet (like me originally from the West Country) was very welcoming and quite informative about Blackpool. Loved this place and will definitely hopefully return at some point.
- Kerry (10/5): Lovely weekend break - Wow, thank you to Janet for making us feel so welcome. From the quick call the day before our trip to check we were arriving and asking if we needed any information. To the booking in and checking out. So friendly and welcoming. The breakfast each morning was wonderful. All freshly cooked and good quality. Nothing was too much trouble.
Room was very cosy and warm and spotlessly clean. The kids loved the little curtain separating their bed from ours š
Would recommend staying and will be looking to book again next year.

Arendale is a spotlessly clean traditional bed and breakfast with everything you need, and it's only a short walk to the tram or bus stops. It's in a very quiet area and we got parked no problem. The breakfast is excellent and sets you up for the day. We were so happy to find this place and would happily go back again.
- CP (10/5): Very good. - Good value for money. Janet a friendly host.

- Jay (10/5): Amazing breakfast and great family break - We had a great family stay at The Arendale. Janet and Simon were very welcoming and the B&B was cosy, clean and homely. I took the time to read the reviews of all the different guest houseās available for our dates and Iām pleased to say, the reviews for the Arendale didnāt disappoint you lived up to your reputation Janet š we would definitely have no problem recommending the Arendale and hope to return soon.
- John (10/5): - Very central location, just a couple of minutes away from the tram stop. The place is very well kept and obviously very well looked after. Very spacious room for Blackpool and newly updated. Free parking is available close by. Great breakfast, hot or cold. Nice place and host. Big thank you to Janet for looking after us so well on the trip and all the effort she puts in.
- alan (10/5): - Had a wonderful weekend at Janets lovely hotel, from when we arrived to the morning we left we could not have asked for a nicer time . Nice quiet area but only a 15min walk or 5 minutes on the tram into town . Lovely breakfast also. We will be staying again soon.
- Kelly (10/5): Lovely place. - Absolutely loved our stay. Janet was lovely and everything was perfect for us and our children. Breakfast choice is brilliant too and was cooked to our perfection. Will definitely stay here again.
- Paul (10/5): Fantastic - Fantastic little b&b. Well away from the main strip so nice and quiet but still very close to prom/beach. Room was nice and cozy and very clean. The lady who runs this b&b, Janet, is lovely, very friendly and always checked to see if we needed anything whenever she saw us. We even got a message early to say the room was ready for us so we were able to check in early. Breakfast was included in the price too, full English with fresh orange, tea or coffee, toast and a choice of cereal. All in all fantastic value for money and I would definitely recommend to family and friends. We will definitely check availability next time we visit Blackpool!
- Philip (10/5): Blackpool - Lady of the Hotel was ferry helpfully and nice couldn't be more helpful
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great Price Great Stay Great Breakfast.
- Eleanor (8/5): - The Arendale provided really good value for money accommodation with a lovely host to match. We felt very welcome. The breakfast offered a great choice of cereal and a generous full English. The location of the b&b was ideal for us, a 15 minute walk to town
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Fantastic staff, very helpful, gave special attention to our little boy. Room good and lovely breakfast. Nothing to complain about. Thank you
- Gary (10/5): Lovely hidden gem - Lovely bed and breakfast run by lovely people. It's in the North area but tram stop nearby. Very quiet area. Very clean and tidy. Breakfast was tremendous both days. Overall, excellent stay and would definitely book again.
- p (10/5): Highly recommended - A very friendly atmosphere with owners who cannot do enough for you, a tasty and plentiful breakfast, a small hotel but that's not necessarily a bad thing, there was no noise, and no disturbance at all, situated just off the seafront in an area away from the hustle and bustle of Blackpool, but still only a short tram ride away from the Tower
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Booked last minute host was brilliant no complaints
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The host is superb on hospitality. The hotel has 5 rooms. Myself and my family enjoyed our stay there. The free full breakfast is really good. We didn't miss any. Close to Tram and bus and your walking distance to North pier.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Arendale Hotel is basically home from home. From the moment I was greated at the door from Janet, to the guests we chatted with each morning at breakfast, Zeus the gorgeous dog and the general overall relaxed feeling.
Unfortunately we are still going through rough times but masks on and fantastic Covid 19 regulations in place. Now I don't want to write a review on these circumstances so I'll leave them aside and focus on the rest as Janet and Simon have everything there to make you feel safe and comfortable.
The room was just what we needed for the 3 of us. We had the double room with bunk bed. Great and comfortable nights sleep, room 5 had a skylight as in other reviews but was great to see as ment a beautiful day ahead with sunshine.
Shower was how you wanted, hot or cold, breakfast was beautiful, cereal and or an English fry, choice of egg ie fired scrambled. Nothing was too much for Janet who I can't commend enough for her hospitality. This will be the number 1 place for when we return.
The general feeling is fantastic, the chat with customers who wouldn't go anywhere else sums up these premises. Janet even provided wine bottle opener and glasses. A fantastic little touch. Seating area outside to sit in the sun, local information, plenty of tips and just a lovely host.
5* don't delay and book today for you wont regret it.
- simon (10/5): - Nice hotel just outside the centre of Blackpool
- p (10/5): peter - very clean and comfortable with a very friendly and helpful landlady and superb breakfast !!! cannot say more !!
- Joanne (10/5): Great, safe, quiet and convenient. - Janet is lovely and helpful. Rang to reassure us about Covid rules and texted on the day of our arrival. Upgraded us to the bigger family room as it had been cancelled. Great breakfast with individual choices, even my 12 year old was full! The B+B was clean with all the Covid precautions in place and quiet to return to in the evenings. Able to park for free on the road and short walk to tram stop made getting around easy. We got soaked one afternoon and returned to shower and change and Janet offered us the use of her tumble drier. Overall a great place to stay.
- Amanda (10/5): Excellent place to stay will be back. - Excellent place to stay. Handy for tram stop and really clean. Comfy bed and fabulous breakfast, nothing too much trouble. Family room great size and good value for money.
- Margaret (10/5): All round great place - Lovely welcoming hotel Janet welcomed us at the door the place is spotless clean with hand sanitiser at the door ,inside the hall and in the dining room . As someone who as just come out of 14 weeks shielding i can say i felt very safe in this hotel . The breakfasts are amazing. Tram and bus stop around the corner we got £11 family ticket so we could jump on and off up and down the coast . Bispham beach around the corner is a lovely beach a lot quieter than the beaches further south .
- Kirsty (10/5): Arendale Hotel - Lovely, friendly service. Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfy. Great breakfast in the morning also!
