Lo staff è molto gentile e accogliente… la nota di merito è proprio il fatto di farti sentire bene con un sorriso e la loro disponibilità. Se dovessi tornare a Lanzarote, probabilmente sarebbe la struttura che contatterei di nuovo Purtroppo mantenendo una struttura tipica, le stanze sono poco insonorizzate… e per mio gusto, servirebbe una doccia al posto della vasca da bagno.

Le petit déjeuner était excellent et 100% maison, nous nous sommes régalés. Différentes terrasses très sympas! La piscine avait l’air top, nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu en profiter à cause du temps. Nous avons du changer de chambre en cours de séjour car il y avait un soucis de réservation avec booking apparemment. Il n’y avait pas de gel douche dans les salles de bain. La douche n’était pas très protégée donc la salle de bain était une vraie piscine après chaque usage. Pas de lumière dans le couloir qui menait à la chambre (n9), baie vitrée compliquée à fermer dans la chambre etc De manière générale, je trouve que le prix de la nuit est très élevé par rapport à la qualité de l’hébergement.

Even with the discounted price of £125 (down from £185), the room represented extremely poor value for money. Almost everything. The room was in very poor condition and far below what is acceptable for the price. On entry there was a strong damp smell, and the room felt shabby and poorly maintained. Maintenance issues were numerous: one bedroom window would not open and had a loose handle, the four-poster bed curtain was ripped, the bathroom door barely closed, the spa bath did not work, its side panel was unattached and leaning, and there was no bath plug. A large electric massage chair had almost all buttons missing, and one wall light hung precariously, raising genuine safety concerns. The furniture was cheap, IKEA type, and the room felt shabby rather than functional. Even at the discounted rate (£125 instead of £185) it was vastly overpriced. The room was extremely noisy. Early-morning activity and next-door showers were easily audible through very thin walls, disturbing our sleep. The manager was obstinate and combative, refusing to acknowledge any issues despite obvious evidence and prior negative reviews. She treated our complaints as nonsense and was unprofessional and dismissive throughout our stay. We had also booked a few nights later in what we believe to be the hotel’s most expensive bungalow with a private pool. After seeing the state of the hotel, we had no wish to return. Following discussions with the manager and our bank, we received an immediate refund via Booking.com and were very grateful not to have to stay again. Overall, the hotel is in need of significant repairs, is unsafe, overpriced, and poorly managed. We could not wait to leave.

Jacky (9/5): Very relaxing, well appointed and well located. - This is a lovely place to stay. The location is good, near the middle of the island so it’s quick and easy to get to the sights. There aren’t very many rooms, so it’s calm and quiet, and having an apartment means you have a lot more space. With our apartment and the public areas (mostly outdoors, given how warm and dry the weather is), there are lots of places where you can just chill. The highlight was the breakfasts, which are truly the best - a wide choice of food options, wonderful freshly squeezed orange juice, eggs done lots of side et ways and lots of fruit. We felt very well looked after by the staff team. It was a great place to stay.

Muñoz (4/5): Decepción - La cisterna del baño no funcionaba, tuvimos que coger un cacharro de cocina y llenarlo para echar el agua en el WC cada vez que lo usábamos , el grifo del lavamanos estaba suelto y se movía cada vez que lo abríamos, el armario estaba roto y los dos sillones estaban con pelos y hedor a pipi de gato . Pagamos con la habitación cama extra y parking y el coche tuvo que dormir en la calle por qué no había sitio para nuestro coche . Es decir no repetiría y no lo recomiendo

Michela (4/5): Decepcionante - El desayuno estuvo bastante bien, mejorable por el café. Tienes que calentarte tu leche en un microondas. La habitación no corresponde a las imágenes, se ven fotos de instalaciones muy nuevas y limpias. La habitación está vieja, sucia y con grandes problemas de humedad, a la mañana los cristales de la ventana estaban totalmente mojados, no hay micro ventilación. En nuestro baño, el espejo estaba roto en varias partes, en la bañera había manchas verdes por humedad, el agua del grifo salía mal debido a la cal. En el pasillo olía mal a humedad. El jardín es muy bonito, pero la jacuzzi vieja, con manchas amarillas y mal olor (la otra estaba rota) Pensaba haber reservado un hotel de un cierto standing y nos encontramos con algo bastante decepcionante.

Roseline (9/5): Un excellent séjour dans une finca où il fait bon vivre et se relaxer. - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Finca Marisa. La Finca est facile à trouver et offre des places de parking sécurisées. L'ameublement et la décoration sont de bon goût et tout est d'une propreté parfaite. Nous avons bien profité des deux jacuzzi, moins des piscines car nous avons préféré la mer. Ceci dit, c'était la première fois que nous avons vu une piscine en forme de L. Le petit-déjeuner a largement dépassé notre attente. Nous avons rarement vu un buffet aussi varié et frais. Et il y a bien sûr Emi qui prépare tout avec amour. On est accueilli tous les jours par une bonne odeur de gâteau ou de quiche tout juste sortis du four ... un régal!. L'appartement a été nettoyé et le lit fait chaque jour. Enfin, merci à Anne-Sophie pour ses précieux conseils et sa gentillesse! Si nous revenons à Lanzarote, ce sera à la Finca Marisa!

Besonders ärgerlich war, dass wir uns zu diesem Zeitpunkt bereits im Taxi auf dem Weg zur Unterkunft befanden. Und unser Konto bereits mit der Rechnung belastet wurde.

Maria (10/5): Totalmente recomendable ojalá volver pronto - Apartamentos tipo hotel-boutique con mucho encanto y un entorno auténtico, íntimo y precioso. La ubicación de Tinajo nos ha encantado y es un excelente enclave para recorrer la isla. Increíble el paisaje y las puestas de sol, hemos disfrutado mucho del jacuzzi al aire libre los días que refresca. De los mejores bufet desayuno, gracias Emi por tus tartas y amabilidad. Ibamos con un peque de 1 año y ha sido un sitio cómodo y acogedor, tenían smartTV con Netflix en la habitación. Quiero hacer una mención especial al personal del hotel, amables y resolutivos. Y a Ruben en recepción. A mi pareja le hubiera gustado un gimnasio más completo pero nos dijeron que justo iban a completarlo en una semana. La calidad del wifi .

Pilar (1/5): no lo recomendamos y no volveremos. - El personal fue muy agradable aunque no resolvió nuestros problemas. Nuestra habitación llevaba días cerrada. Había mucha humedad y hacía mucho frío (no había máquina de aire para poder calentar). La ropa se nos humedeció en tan solo una noche. Pedimos si tenían otra habitación pero estaba completo. Había un deshumidificador antiquísimo que no hacía nada y solo saco medio dedo de agua en 24 horas. En la zona en la que pusimos las maletas, de la humedad se desconchaba el techo y amanecieron llenas de cal por encima. Había un oscurante en la puerta corredera principal, pero había tragaluces y otra ventana al lado de la principal sin nada, por lo que en cuanto amanece entra la luz y no hay manera de tamizarla. Nos quedamos sin agua caliente a los 3 minutos de estar dentro de la ducha. La grifería está totalmente desfasada y el duchón echaba agua en todas las direcciones. El baño estaba muy mal distribuido con un espacio frente al inodoro insuficiente e incluso en el lavabo había un escalón, por lo que casi teníais que tener un pie en cada altura. Estuvimos sin internet unas cuantas horas y en esa habitación no había cobertura, por lo que estábamos incomunicados. Desde luego no es un establecimiento que se merezca lo que hemos pagado

Pagamos una habitación superior con derecho a jacuzzi privado y este nunca funcionó bien y no nos compensaron de ninguna manera por este incidente.

Las zonas comunes son armonía y calma, con una decoración lanzaroteña con influenzas de César Manrique. Lugar ideal para relajarse. Desayuno top! Seguro que volveremos, y esta vez para quedarnos más de un día.

Luc (8/5): - L’endroit est agréable. La chambre est grande, confortable, propre. Les lits sont confortables. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était top avec des produits frais, beaucoup de choix et une personne au service souriante, agréable et réactive. Pouvoir manger à la fenêtre face à la vue magnifique était magique. Avoir une petite piscine et un jacuzzi personnels était très agréable. Les petits coins communs installés dehors sont très agréables et bien aménagés. Tout est joli. Les piscines sont top. L’emplacement est tout proche de l’entrée du Parc de Timanfaya. La région est belle. Quelques détails: il faut à tout prix changer la poubelle de la salle de bain qui est rouillée, c’est vraiment dommage, ça casse la bonne impression d’ensemble et au premier regard ça paraît crade. S’il est possible de faire quelque chose pour les odeurs d’égouts par moments dans les WC, ce serait bien, même si ce n’est pas envahissant. La fenêtre de la salle de bain semble transparente et en étant au rez-de-chaussée ça donne l’impression d’être en exposition par rapport aux hôtes des chambres plus élevées. Mettre un plateau en verre sur la table en bois serait un plus. Faire en sorte que les jets du jacuzzi fonctionne des 2 côtés en même temps serait aussi super. Attention de ne pas glisser dehors quand c’est mouillé, l’un de nous est tombé.

Mario (7/5): Wonderful staff, but the property feels outdated and does not match its price. - The staff was absolutely exceptional at every level. Their kindness, warmth and constant attention truly made a difference during my stay. They went above and beyond to help me with a booking issue, and their availability and willingness to assist were genuinely remarkable. In many ways, the real value of this property lies in its people — they left me speechless in the best possible way. The property itself feels quite dated. Although the rooms are pleasant and I tried two different ones, the furnishings are basic and mostly IKEA-level. Some choices felt odd, such as having a decorative plant placed inside the bathtub. The toiletries were surprisingly cheap for a place in this price range — simple shampoo and soap that I eventually had to replace by buying my own. Breakfast was good and prepared with care, but when I arrived around 9:30 most items were already finished and the setup looked disorganised, with empty trays where the omelette and cake should have been. The pool shown in the pictures was cold throughout my three-day stay, despite previous reviews mentioning that it should be at ambient temperature. This gives the impression of cost-cutting, which is also how the overall property feels. It would really benefit from some refurbishment. Ultimately, it’s not a place I would return to, despite the outstanding staff.

La chambre était très grande, confortable et tout à fait dans le style que l’on aime (blanche, épurée et propre). Petit-déjeuner extra avec plein de choses homemade et le sourire de Amy en plus 😀. Équipements et accessibilité sont un gros plus: piscine chauffée, jacuzzi et parking privé. Le check-out très agréable avec Anne-Sophie, notre compatriote belge 🇧🇪😎 Rapport qualité prix excellent. Debora (6/5): Struttura deludente, colazione eccezionale - L’unica nota davvero positiva è stata la colazione, che merita un grande complimento. Emy è stata sempre gentilissima: gestisce la colazione con la cura e il calore di una mamma che cucina per la propria famiglia. Sforna torte sul momento, prepara pancake e deliziose tortillas fresche che non dimenticheremo, oltre a offrire solo prodotti preparati al momento. La sua dedizione e la qualità delle sue colazioni sono stati davvero l’unico motivo che ha salvato la nostra vacanza. La nostra esperienza alla Finca Marisa è stata purtroppo molto deludente. Sappiamo che il maltempo può creare problemi, ma tra interruzioni di elettricità e wi-fi il soggiorno è risultato complicato fin dall’inizio. A causa di questi disagi – e di una gestione che ci è sembrata poco presente – non abbiamo potuto usufruire di nessun servizio: né piscine né jacuzzi, nonostante fossero tra i motivi principali della nostra scelta. Il personale, dopo un certo punto, è letteralmente scomparso: nessuna risposta ai messaggi e nessuno reperibile in reception, il che ci ha lasciati completamente senza supporto. Anche la camera, rispetto alle foto, si è rivelata molto al di sotto delle aspettative: molta umidità, diverse zone poco curate o sporche, doccia difettosa, acqua calda limitata nel getto e vari elementi visibilmente rovinati. Inoltre, la necessità di non poter buttare la carta igienica nel water ha reso il tutto ancora meno confortevole.

Es gibt ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet und man kann die Küche auf Anfrage nutzen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön in ruhiger Lage. In der Nähe gibt es Orte mit guten Restaurants und mit dem Auto ist man schnell an Ausflugszielen wie dem Nationalpark. Mit Handtücher und Klopapier etwas sparsam aber auf Anfrage alles möglich. Die Ausstattung war okay. Die Dachterasse hat noch viel Potenzial zur Gestaltung.
