• Motheo (5/5): It's not what it looks like in the pictures..I'm disappointed - The place is safe and clean They don't have microwave in the rooms..They must put brushes in the toilet.I actually thought there's a mini kitchen for people that decide to bring food from outside. The sugar they put isn't enough

• Mapena (5/5): Good but need to improve - The location is perfect and transport is easily accessible. The decor is beautiful and the rooms are neat, clean and well decorated. Access water was hectic. No iron in the rooms you have have to go and ask for it at the reception. Our shower drain was blocked. Air-condition not working. Difficulties accessing TV channels

• Thobeka (3/5): Improvements please!! - The receptionist Nosipho was extremely nice as well as the guy who helped me with my bags. The bed was comfortable When I arrived a male staff(Indian man) was rude to me and my friends. The room had a problem with the door(room120). I would spend minutes trying to unlock it using the key. Towels were not available in the room I had to call reception late at night to request for towels. The bathroom did not have a mat therefore water flood through the bathroom luckily when I requested a mop from reception I received it. The shower walls had mould and dirty. Wi-fi password was not provided to us yet we paid full amount.

We left our bag at the reception desk, and when we returned, some of my wife's belongings were missing. When we reported the theft, the staff on duty said they were not aware of what happened and could not assist us further. We are very disappointed with how this situation was handled and would appreciate a more thorough investigation into this matter

The location is also perfect, very close to a lot of amenities- getting around is easy. Not a lot of breakfast options, there isn’t a buffet they have an a la carte option. The walls a bit thin so you can hear everything happening outside and it can be a bit noisy
