- angelika (6/5): 50 %/50% - Good value for money, and there aren't too many people, so you can relax. The games, activities, and performances are well organized. There are a few restaurants nearby. If you like a quiet atmosphere, this is the place for you. The location is really bad—everything is far away. The only options were to rent a car from the hotel or take the bus to see anything. As for the food, it was very monotonous and lacked variety; there was a lot of pork. I rate the housekeeping poorly; someone was constantly knocking to clean our room, but in the end, a mop sat outside the room for two days, and they only took the towels and made the bed. Sometimes the trash was taken out, sometimes not; the floor was always dirty. The cleaning was done quickly, sloppily, and carelessly.

Y el buffet, sin ser con una variedad enorme, estaba bastante bien y con una atención estupenda del personal. No hubo nada malo, tan solo que la mampara de la bañera no cierra del todo y se salía el agua, pero es por decir algo.

La formule tout compris était vraiment parfaite : beaucoup de choix au restaurant, des repas variés et de très bonne qualité. Les chambres étaient propres, confortables et calmes, idéales pour se reposer. L'ambiance de l'hôtel est agréable et conviviale, avec de belles piscines et des animations sympathiques pour toute la famille. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le cadre magnifique et la tranquillité du lieu. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour ce séjour mémorable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommandons cet hôt-' sans hésitation !
- Vivien (7/5): - Jó helyen van (közel a buszmegálló), a reggeli változatos és finom. A szoba úgy nézett ki, mint a képen. Hideg volt a szobában és csak egy nagyon vékony takaró volt. A wc-t nehezen lehetett lehúzni, konkrétan másfél percig kellett nyomni a gombot, hogy történjen valami.

Il y a un mercadona juste à côté à pied. L’hôtel es à 16 min de l’aéroport et à 20 min de Palma en voiture. Hotel propre à l’accueil il parle français 1 ascenseur sur 2 qui fonctionnait et longue attente. Coup de balais pas fait tout les jours dans la chambre ( 5 nuits)

- Tomasz (10/5): - Świetna lokalizacja. 2 minuty od przystanku, na którym zatrzymuje się autobus do Palmy. Czas przejazdu 35-40 minut. Świetna alternatywa dla osób chcących zwiedzić Palmę, tak jak miało to miejsce w naszym przypadku. Nocleg w zdecydowanie korzystniejszej cenie, w maju było to około 35% ceny noclegu w Palmie przy porównywalnym standardzie. Bardzo dobre kolacje, z których można było korzystać do godz. 22:00 (co ma istotne znaczenie dla osób chcących zwiedzić Palmę). Dzięki temu mogliśmy wyjeżdżać z Palmy po 20. W dniu przyjazdu mogliśmy skorzystać z kolacji (w ograniczonym zakresie) pomimo, iż byliśmy w hotelu około godz. 23 co również było pozytywnym zaskoczeniem po długiej podróży.

The waiting line is always the longest for pancakes. :) We reached the hotel after 10pm so we missed the dinner but they opened the restaurant at 11pm again with some small bufet selection for people arriving this late which was great. The room is very nice and comfortable and the area of the hotel itself is very calm to walk around with several beautiful viewpoints on the cliffs nearby. Only one of two elevators was working for most of the week and with quite full hotel it was a long wait to get up or down. We walked up most times but for the higher floor I believe that could be an inconvenience. Also you have to pay 2€ for each game of billiards. (And all the other games in the game room)

- Gabor (8/5): - A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt, mind a recepció mind az étteremben a fiam nagyon megszerette az animátorokat akiket külön köszönet illet. Egy 6 emeletes szállodában az hogy a 2 liftből megint csak egy működött az is teljesen hektikusan szerintem elfogadhatatlan, illetve a takarítást 2 nap után külön kérni kellett az is furcsa volt, a reggeli kicsit egyhangú volt.

- Anouk (4/5): Helaas tegenvaller - Vlakbij vliegveld Twee grote bedden Wij kregen een kamer direct boven de animatie van de kinderen. Tot half 11 ‘s avonds hebben we muziek gehoord, het schuiven van stoelen en was het alsof we praktisch in het kinderfeestje zaten. De receptie kon er niets mee en er kon niet van kamer gewisseld worden. De kamers zelf zijn erg ongezellig en voelen niet schoon. Mijn vriend heeft in de ochtend een aantal spinnen in het bed dood geslagen. Wij sliepen hier maar 1 nacht voor het vliegveld, maar zouden zelfs dat niet aanraden.
- Parrag (8/5): - Nagyon pozitív volt, hogy az érkezés napján, este 11 óra utánra raktak félre vacsorát a későn étkezőknek. Ezért nagyon hálásak vagyunk. Az étterem kaotikus, sokféle étel van, de miután óriási szállodakomplexum, így gyorsan elfogynak az ételek és lassan pótolják, illetve vannak dolgok, amikért sokat kell sorbaállni. Pl a kávé automaták, vagy a rántotta, palacsinta. Vacsoránál a grillhúsok. Sokszor inkább nem ettem, minthogy sorba álljak tizediknek. Ekkora szállodánál érdemes lenne több éttermet üzemeltetni.
- Jennifer (9/5): Super séjour ! - Nous avons passé un super séjour ! Le personnel est très sympathique et professionnel. Les jeux pour enfants sont top. Les buffets sont variés. Le seul point négatif: notre chambre donnait sur la "cour", c'était bruyant jusqu'à très tard le soir/nuit.
- Sonja (5/5): Najo - Es war super super super günstig. Beim Frühstück gab es eine große Auswahl. Wer auf Betonbunker steht, ist hier richtig. Ich denke für Urlaub mit Kinder könnte es ideal sein. Das Zusatzbett im Dreierzimmer war eine Couch, bei der man durchgehängt ist. Ohne Kreuzweh war da nichts zu machen. Das Wasser war - geschmacklich - pures Chlor. Der Kaffee nicht zu trinken. Als wir kamen, war das dritte Bett gar nicht gemacht. Als wir das urgierten, wurde zwar das Bett gemacht, aber keine dritten Handtücher gebracht. Die eine Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, die andere gar nicht - somit fällt eine allgemeine Bewertung des Personals schwer.

- AdrStaraj (6/5): Could be better but generally ok for the price paid - Location, position of the room and balcony. Mini fridge in the room. Live music/ entertainment at the bar. Generally a decent selection of food during breakfast and dinner. Good value for the price paid. Cleaning-needs to be better. The floor in our room always seemed like it wasn't hoovered or mopped at all. For 10+night stay I was hoping for more frequent change of linen; it was only replaced once close to the end. We also ran out of toilet paper on 2 occasions and had to go look for it. Bins were emptied daily and towels changed frequently. Breakfast/Dinner time; I really don't know why is there a need to rush collection of dishes while people are still eating at the table. We felt pressured and staff looked pressured as well. On one occasion the plate was removed from in front of my husband while he was still eating a few last bits of food on the plate. Unnecessary really and since then we were always in a rush to finish our meal.
- Sławomir (10/5): Hotel jest rewelacyjny - Bardzo dobry hotel. Pokój - codziennie sprzątany. Łóżka mega wygodne, rozkładana kanapa ma trochę cienki materac, ale syn się wysypiał. Pokój jest przestronny, ma duże okna i fajny balkonik. Łazienka - czysta, codziennie sprzątana, ręczniki wymieniane zawsze jak rzucisz na podłogę ;) Restauracja i bar-bardzo dobre jedzenie, codziennie danie z woka robione na miejscu, ryby, owoce morza, fast foody, nugetsy smakują jak w Maku lub KFC, sałatki. Alkohole w opcji all wszystkie oryginalne,ogromny wybór drinków i koktajli, co tylko chcesz-malibu, whisky, sangria, mohito i wiele więcej... Nie zdążysz wszystkiego spróbować. ;) Show-dla najmniejszych codziennie mini disco z maskotką hotelu i robienie baloników, wata cukrowa itp. Dla wszystkich wieczorami coś co kocham-codziennie muzyka na żywo i codziennie inny rodzaj-soul,latino, country itp. przy której można tańczyć. W ciągu dnia animacje. Jest basen wewnątrz budynku co przy lichej pogodzie super się sprawdziło. Siłownia wewnątrz na duży plus. Karta do pokoju która jest montowana na bransoletce all. W rezultacie zdjęliśmy te bransoletki z rąk i nosiliśmy je przy sobie bo przeszkadzały. Segregacja w restauracji na gości z opcja all i HB. Mieliśmy rezerwację na 3pokoje, w tym był pokój z HB. Obsługa zwracała uwagę kiedy córka z kuzynka siadała z nami przy stole all , co było oczywiste że chcielismy jeść kolację razem a ze strony obsługi to było niegrzeczne. Oczywiście dziewczyny siedziały z nami bo nie daliśmy ich wygonić. ;) Powinniście państwo inaczej to rozwiązać. Insekty-dużo podróżujemy i zawsze się boję w hotelach robactwa. Pluskiew i innych robali w żadnym pokoju nie było-jest naprawdę czysto, a jednego karaluszka spotkaliśmy na basenie, ale akurat karaluchy na wyspach wszędzie mogą się zjawić... Taki klimat.
- Kamila (9/5): Porządny hotel w bardzo dobrej cenie - Czyste i przestronne pokoje, zadbany teren wokół hotelu, smaczne i bardzo różnorodne śniadania, bardzo miły personel, piękny widok z wyższych pięter, cicha i spokojna okolica, blisko duży supermarket, świetny dojazd do Palmy i rewelacyjne położenie do samochodowych wycieczek po wyspie. Jest sporo atrakcji i animacji, z których nie korzystałyśmy, wiec nie mam zdania. Dla mnie to nie minus, ale brak jest bezposredniego dostępu do plaży - jest jedno zejście około 10 minuty drogi pieszo od hotelu ale to strome zejście na skalisty brzeg, nawet nie plażę. Na pewno nie dla rodzin z dziećmi. Inne plaże to dojazd kilka minut samochodem lub autobusem.
- daniel (8/5): Excelente período para desfrutar com a familia e com atendimento sempre 5 estrelas. - Estrutura da área de lazer e piscinas com muita opção para crianças e com instalações em excelente condições e com suporte de pessoas capacitadas e bem comunicativas. O quarto que nos acomodaram eram 2 camas de solteiro e um sofa cama e imaginava ao menos 2 camas queen para maior conforto para 3 pessoas. O sofa cama era funcional porém com a qualidade de colchão inferior ao da cama.

La nourriture dans l'ensemble est cool Pour le diner, l'espace Wok est super (sans présence de porc) Le personnel en cuisine était très sympa C'est dommage que le porc soit autant présent dans les buffet (petit déjeuner et diner) et que par exemple les burgers de porc était cuit sur la même plaque de cuisson que les burgers de poulet... Mon compagnon (qui ne mange pas de porc) a retrouvé un morceau de bacon dans un plat censé être sans porc..

- Ivana (10/5): Odlično! - Sve je bilo odlično! Mjesto u kojem se nalazi hotel je mirno, nije daleko od zračne luke i Palme. Soba je bila velika, čista, krevet udoban. Doručak odličan, jako puno izbora i jako ukusno. Hotel ima puno sadržaja, od bazena, teretane, igraonice, bar-a itd. Osoblje izuzetno ljubazno. Također ima besplatan privatni parking. Odličan omjer cijene i kvalitete. Sve super, preporučam! 😄 Nemam zamjerki. :)
- Solène (7/5): Un hôtel bien situé et agréable mais une restauration simple et des pannes de matériel (ascenseur) - Localisation Chambre propre et agréable Personnels serviables Animation tous les jours et les soirs 1 seul Ascenseur fonctionnel pour tout l'établissement. Ce dernier est mal réglé car il gère en priorité le niveau 0 donc nous pouvons attendre très longtemps avant qu'il arrive. Restaurant : Prix correct mais nourriture pas exceptionnelle Manque d'informations à l'arrivée à l'hôtel comme par exemple sur les locations des différents services proposés par l'hôtel (serviette de plage, placement spécifique dans le restaurant en fonction de si on est All inclusive ou non, etc...)
- Cridelia3889 (6/5): Fumo negli occhi - Lo staff di animazione veramente bravo. Tutti molto gentili e cortesi La struttura è vecchia. Nel ristorante un giorno ha piovuto dentro, mentre i bambini facevano i biscotti con il miniclub. La nostra stanza puzzava di muffa, nonostante lasciassimo la finestra aperta tutto il giorno. La cucina è monotona e ripetitiva: i soliti hamburger e hot dog serviti tutti i giorni, maiale maiale e maiale, pasta scondita e scotta precotta. La colazione era sempre sempre sempre la stessa. L'unica cosa che variata era una torta (Plumcake, torta alla carota o torta marmorizzata).

- Ana (8/5): - Refeições com variedade, com pratos cozinhados na hora e personalizados de acordo com preferências de cada pessoa, a vista do quarto para o mar, a simpatia dos funcionários e a organização de todos os serviços foi muito boa. Como foi em abril e ainda estava tempo fresco, queríamos aproveitar a piscina interior aquecida, mas não era aquecida o suficiente para as pessoas estarem confortáveis sem sentir frio.
