- Nurhazirah (4/5): - Hotel is ok but there’s no towel available. Called for request at 4pm, they promised to send at 5pm, until 12am there’s no towel available. Called again, they’ll send the next morning, replacing with fave towel, some badly torn. Bad service.

The bed got blood stains and the table was full of dust. It was I didn't stay at this hotel at all. I complained to front office they said they don't know anything we are so upset and straight away check out. They are u hope I can get the full refund I was very upset

- Verified traveler (6/5): 2 Nights in KOBEMAS Hotel - The registration process is good initially but a bit annoying when the front office staffs confused with my booking. They claim my booking is only for 1 room, but I insisted the room is for 2 rooms and 2 nights. Then they hestating to accept. After a while they again arguing on the number of day to stay, they are claim the booking that they recieved from expedia is only for 1 night for 2 rooms, then i show my email evidence with records with 2 rooms & 2 nights. I offer to them forwarding the confirmation email but they refused. And accept the facted. Check in into the room and feel comfortable, but during this world cup season, I would like to watch the world cup game in my room unfortunately I can't, due to some technical issue from hotel internal Television cabling. Its a bit frustated when call their front office the only option is to watch the game at their lobby area. So thats reason why am putting the hotel facilities & condition is disappointing rate. Overall its an average rated for this hotel for first time experience at KOBEMAS hotel
- Christina (4/5): Isolated hotel in Malacca - The disappointment about the hotel has been mentioned and message to the hotel management. Nearby the hotel there is no convenience store and restaurant. There is one super small one in the ground floor. The staff were not really friendly when i checked in. The room was a disappoinment cz it smelled like it hasnt been occupied for ages. There are some other problems but i hope that the hotel management will improve for the comfort of exhausted travellers.

- tamimi (6/5): Near to MITC - Good place to stay if you have an event at MITC. Walking distance to MITC. The room was okay.
- Nazreen (6/5): - We travelled by bus and had to stop all the way at Malacca Central. Taxis are mostly available there to go to Hotel Kobemas (Ayer Keroh), which is almost half hour drive away from Malacca Central. We called for taxi to go to our location but the driver who turned up... End up driving us around as he said he do not know how to go to our location. (from Google map, our location should take about 10 mins drive from our hotel) Good for those who has own transport. Not easy to locate taxi along the road, you have to call for one.
