• Amanass (3/5): Passable pour 1 jours - Le lit assez grand. La réceptionniste agréable. Debit d'eau ridicule. Les Serviette que ne sentent pas bon, chambre a rafraîchir !! La climatisation pile dans la tête parfait pour tombé malade .

• Torsten (1/5): Es gab keinen Aufenthalt! - Als wir zum Hotel fahren wollten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es kein Zimmer für uns gäbe. Man sei seit Januar 2025 wegen des Karnevals ausgebucht und man habe Booking auch eine Absage geschickt. Booking hat mich aber nicht informiert. Nur mit großem Glück und aufgrund zufälliger Umstände haben wir noch ein Hotel bekommen
• Manuel (10/5): Sehr toller Aufenthalt, jederzeit wieder!!!! - Großes, sauberes Apartment mit guter Ausstattung (Küche, Essbereich, Schlafbereich), genügend Ablagefläche Ausreichend Snacks, Saft und Wasser Sehr zentrale Lage Sehr hilfsbereites Personal (u.a. Wurde uns bei einer überhöhten Rechnung in einem externen Restaurant geholfen) Super Aufenthalt, wir würden jederzeit wieder die Suite buchen

• CatRox86 (7/5): Okay stay, good location for the waterfall - Very friendly staff and good location for the waterfalls. We requested a twin room and this was confirmed by the hotel via email, however we were given a double bed. Bit uncomfortable as two males (Uncle and nephew). Continental breakfast was poor, just cereal and biscuits. Told we had to go down the road for proper breakfast.

• Stuart Holloway (8/5): A better experience than the last time we stayed - We stayed in Bedroom 1 this time. It was much nicer than bedroom 3. The bed was larger and much more comfortable. The shower was hot. It had a tv too which the other room didn't have. Overall a better night's sleep. We also enjoyed the Sutton Place coffee shop for excellent latte and good food selection. Roseau is a noisy place so there are often loud cars, music in the evenings. But this hotel is right in the centre of the town.
• Stuart Holloway (6/5): On a noisy street. - There was water and other food goodies for us in the room. It is right in the centre of Roseau but this makes it very noisy. There are lots of cars playing loud music but this is not the hotels fault. The water was cold so I could only have a cold shower before leaving.

• Judy (7/5): Short but sweet! - The hotel is located in the heart of Roseau enabled me to get around with ease. They need to upgrade the kitchenette and bathroom.

• John (5/5): Not a place we would return to. - Location was good Very dates. Room was not clean and everyday we had to ask staff to replace coffee and water. Café below has industrial cleaning machines going on till late when we visited.
• Carol (5/5): - It was a great location - near to everything It was very very noisy. The street was always active with cars blaring stereo and people arguing. The walls as well were very thin. So could hear everything in the units beside and above.

• Kenneth (7/5): Good for a Roseau experience - Location in old town Very dated rooms. Could need both refurbishment and better cleaning. The sheets had passed the “best before date”. There was no hot water in the shower. The kettle didn’t work. The restaurant was only open during daytime.
• Joan (3/5): Cumul de despropòsits. - L'ubicacio a pop de la terminaldels ferry FRS Express Les dues nits va saltar moltes vegades l'alarma contraincendis per averia i no n'havia ningú del hotel per paraula, un desastre de nits sense poder dormir. La puntuació i les fotografies no es corresponen a la trista realitat. Tan es así que després de tots els anys que estic fen reserves amb Booking, m'estic plantejant molt seriosament dessar de traballar en vosaltres. Estic molt emprenyat.

• Susie (10/5): - The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and professional. It's walking distance from the port and the room was very comfortable. It is in the city so expect street noise but this also means everything is on your doorstep. I would highly recommend Sutton Place. We really enjoyed our stay.

• florence (8/5): - Hotel en plein coeur de Roseau et à deux pas du ferry. J'avais un peu peur coté bruit mais la nuit s'est avéré plutôt calme un jeudi soir. Hotel très central et donc plutôt calme. Le personnel est efficace. Si un petit déjeuner pouvait être proposé à un prix un peu moins élevé, ce serait top.

The Sutton Place Café on the ground floor is lovely and proposes good breakfast and lunch options, sometimes even dinner. There was no safe box in the room

• James (8/5): Great staff. Clean & spacious rooms. Convenient location. - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located for all services, restaurants, shops. The Discover Dominica is close by in the street the hotel faces and can recommend guides and tours. There is a cafe downstairs that is good. I came to Dominica for nature and not city noise so the location while convenient is busy.
• Lynette (7/5): Central location but extremely noisy - Located in the middle of Roseau. I had a studio on the top floor which was nice to have the space. Everything is a bit rundown but was very comfortable. Staff were nice The noise. It feels at times like you are in the middle of a nightclub or the street. Loud, loud music, sometimes coming from cars in the street, the building next door or a bit further away from the wharf. Like unbelievably loud. Fortunately it all seem to stop around 11 pm but this is a big consideration if you stay here.

Appreciated the Spacious room, cafe on location, and of course the staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. It gave the opportunity to experience Roseau on a Friday night into Saturday morning. The capital could become noisy, buzzing with lots of activities.

• Ing-Marie (10/5): Perfekt boende i Roseau - Fantastiskt boende mitt i stan. Nära till färja, bussar, mataffärer dvs allt. Jättefint rum som var välplanerat med kök och matvrå. Stort och rymligt med vackra trägolv och balkong. Kan varmt rekommendera det här boendet.
• Nkechi (8/5): Very good - Air conditioning. US convertible outlets, wifi access and ONDemand TV. Professional Responsiveness of front desk staff, close to local businesses and restaurants. Please include an option for "do not disturb" option or notice, so that cleaning personnel does not enter the room until permitted.
• Jo (9/5): Superb - A great little hotel, convenient for the ferry and local shops. Appreciated the tray of snacks in the room as everything was shut on a Sunday evening. Staff were super helpful. Courtyard seating looked lovely, but the only negative was that the coffee shop was closed.... Would stay here again.
