C’è un piccolo bar davanti alla struttura molto carino e comodo per la colazione Struttura molto datata e poco curata. La route vers 140 Yosemite était fermée donc on a dû repartir en arrière et faure un grand détour. Bien vérifier l'ouverture des routes avant de choisir où on s'arrête.

• Alexander (9/5): Klein aber ok - Wir haben die Unterkunft wegen der Lage zum Yosemite NP gewählt, das war für uns die beste Option um nicht so weit zu fahren und nicht so viel zu bezahlen. in der Nähe vom Park war einfach alles viel zu teuer. Das wlan im Zimmer war nicht so gut, wir haben uns dann ans Cafe, wo die Tafel mit den Namen ist, gesetzt um für unsere Ausflüge zu recherchieren.

• Jakub (8/5): Amerykański klimat bazy wypadowej do Yosemite - Klimatyczne miejsce, super miasteczko, zdecydowanie chce się zostać tam dłużej. Sam wystrój i wyposażenie mocno wiekowe, ale nie dla luksusów się jedzie w takie miejsce. Fajna przygoda, ale nie dla osób z wymaganiami. Miejsce parkingowe przed domkiem, fajny ogród pod dużym drzewem. Odbiór kluczy bez kontaktu z obsługą. Prysznic był dość niewygodny w korzystaniu. Ciasny, stary i ciężko było ustawić temperaturę wody. Zamek w drzwiach zewnętrznych też mógłby się łatwiej otwierać.

• Nomad0077 (8/5): Charming place - I liked the large room, it was charming and unique. I liked the sound of the frogs and the cafe on the premises. It was easy to check in and there was free parking. I liked the strong water pressure in the shower and the seating area outside, under the trees. I didn't like seeing the feces in the toilet or the rude barista.

• Francis (6/5): Cozy old school motel decorated with homey items marred by a substandard shower. - My room was a quiet end unit and charming for its individual guest room home-like decorations. The bed was comfortable and the room was just the right size for this solo traveler. There is an attractive community deck area. The motel is located in the center of town and a short walk to restaurants and coffeehouses. The attached coffeehose, closed part of my stay, offered delicious breakfast fare on my final morning. The shower is sadly a real dealbreaker. It was almost impossible to control water temperature. The detachable hand held shower was held by a magnet to the shower allowing for only one unfortunate position. The fabric shower stall permitted water to flow into the bedroom, soaking a bag of my clothing in the closet.

• Peter (8/5): - Comfortable room in the centre of village. There was a pond nearby with frogs 🐸 🐸 was great, although a little noisy Low season so on site cafe closed. And reception unmanned. Our luggage had to be delivered from San Francisco, so fortunately we were in at the time.

• Gary (10/5): Would definitely stay here again and recommend highly to others. - Great location and price. Well-maintained property and accommodations. Clean, comfortable and stylish room. Proximity to adjacent cafe for excellent breakfast. Took a few minutes to locate the room assignment board as the office was closed. Bathroom on smallish side, but had everything we needed.

• David (6/5): Overall the property is in a good location it could benefit from a renovation - The location was excellent Dated interior and a very small bathroom. Check in process was confusing and the phone number provided on Booking.Com didn’t work. A guy next door at the coffee shop directed us to a black board with a different phone number. The door to the room didn’t have a very effective lock. On arrival the bathroom sink was blocked and filled with coffee grounds. I alerted them and they fixed the issue promptly. The bathroom lacked a fan so it was necessary to open the window, however this looked directly at the property across the street so didn’t feel private. We greatly appreciated that they allowed us early access to our room.

• osharlock (9/5): In love of Mariposa, in love of River Rock Inn's vibes - It was really unconventional. I did not interreact with anyone from the staff. Felt like an airbnb. But the communication from the booking app was top notch. I still cannot believe how we retrieve the key, which I will not say for security reasons of course, but I and my family were jaw-dropped. I mean not that I am complaing, hence writing it on this section and considering that the less people I need to go through the better. But I would have liked to meet the owners and have a taste from their Coffee shop. Specially since I had a discount that couldn't use haha. Unfortunately I don't think I have no more business on Mariposa, but if I ever return, I will absolutely come here again.

There was a delicious coffee cafe on the property. The bed and bedding was very comfy. Can’t think of a thing not to like.

• Obaid (8/5): Good place for quick and nice stay.. - Beds are clean and comfortable. Exactly what you expect from small town hotel. Heating of the room can be improved.

We had a very disappointing experience, finding out our room was not cleaned as expected before our arrival and the toilet wasn’t even flashed when we arrived! The staff took a while to respond and by the time they did it was too late and we didn’t even get a proper apology. Hoping it was a one time mess up but we definitely do not recommend the place

• Marcos (7/5): Beautiful surroundings - The location of the motel was perfect for us. It's a cosy little motel, with a coffee shop which, although it doesn't belong to the owners, they offer 20% discount for guests. The owners, although all the interactions were remote, were friendly and helpful. We had a nice bed and the coffee machine we always want in our rooms. Everything was clean. When we arrived, the WiFi was not working in our room, but with a phone call that was sorted. The only issue we had was that the shower drain was not draining fast enough, and we had to stand on the water not going down. I recommend that it is looked into for next guests. The size of the shower enclosure is very small, but that was OK.

• Alyssa (9/5): Cute location and a good price! - It was a great location coming from Yosemite and the town was adorable too. Really enjoyed the flexible check in and check out The bathroom sink seemed to be leaking, so the floor was constantly flooding whenever we used it. We also had very loud neighbors and the walls are so thin we could hear everything
• Vesile (8/5): Hele leuke sfeer. - Wat een leuke en mooie locatie. Hele leuke sfeer inclusief de buurt, alsof de tijd even heeft stil gestaan. En de mensen in de omgeving waren ook erg aardig. Hotel zelf is erg gemoedelijk, sleutels zaten al in de deur en de airco stond aan op verwarmingstand (waren even een paar koude nachten). Dit was fijn binnenkomen. De kamer was mooi groot en verder schoon, alleen er hing zo een nare lucht in de kamer, vandaar dat hygiëne iets minder heeft gescoord bij ons. Verder ook een mooie locatie om te logeren als je Yosemite National Park wilt bezoeken.

• Melissa (8/5): This inn is a treasure! - So much thought has gone into making this inn a wonderful place to stay. Beautifully decorated and personalised. The bed was extremely comfortable, thick fluffy towels in the bathroom (a rare treat!), books to read, and in a perfect location where you can walk to everything in town. The cherry on top was being pet-friendly! Thank you so much for a lovely stay, I hope to be back.
• Valentine CG (5/5): À éviter - Je ne peux pas évaluer le personnel car la réception était fermée à mon arrivée et à mon départ. Bon emplacement. Fuite dans la salle de bain, le sol était trempé le matin. Des cheveux sur les murs de la douche. Salle de bain peu agréable. Pas de table pour manger alors qu'il y avait frigo et micro ondes.
• Bea90 (1/5): El peor alojamiento de nuestra ruta por la Costa Oeste (14 días) - Me vino bien la ubicación respecto a como programamos la ruta por la Costa Oeste pero no repetiría noche aquí. No tuvimos agua caliente para ducharnos. Escasa limpieza de las habitaciones provoca que haya mosquitas e insectos en la habitación (no se entiende por dónde entraron pues hay mosquitera) y un baño sin espacio ni tan siquiera para dejar un neceser.
