Guest Reviews
- Tyler (4/5): - Location Could be cleaner. Need new towels
- Ian (4/5): - it was ok no hot water
- Doryian (5/5): Overall just fine for the price - The location and staff was nice! The hot water did not work at all in the shower.
Could use better cleaning.
Some updates but kinda like slapping lipstick on a pig
- Travel is vital (8/5): - The location was super convenient. Plenty of parking. My room was clean and the mattress was comfortable. The hallways could have been more clean. The coffee was only decaf in the room. I was on the 2nd floor and somewhere a door would slam that would rattle the walls. The back door wasnt secure.

- Grant (1/5): This hotel is more blue color worker than family friendly. - Good location Worn out furniture, poor plumbing, bad water pressure, bad continental breakfast.
- Cindy (3/5): -
- Kristine (5/5): Friendly, helpful staff, good beds, but failed to provide ADA accommodations. - The staff was ready and happy to help with anything we might need. We really appreciated the breakfast, and I thought the bed I slept in was in really good shape compared to other hotels of similar price and age. I'd like Booking.com to refund the money for my reservation confirmation 92281EE003374 under Donna Shafer.
She is my mother and is quite elderly and disabled. We were in town for a family funeral and checked in late (approx. 10 pm) because of our travel time. We had booked an ADA room because my mother has mobility issues and cannot climb stairs and uses a walker and scooter to get around.
Upon arrival, we were informed that the elevator wasn't working, which made it impossible for her to access her room on the 3rd floor. Because I prepaid for her room with Booking.com, I could not obtain a refund. The staff upgraded her room to a double bed room in an effort to accommodate us. We had a funeral the next morning and it was too late to try to find another hotel in town that had an ADA room. We were exhausted from our 7 hour car trip that day, so we took what was available.
The room was not safe or suitable for someone with a walker. My mother couldn't fit her walker through the bathroom door, the toilet was too low, and the shower wasn't safe to use due to the lack of safety bars and the high edge of the bathtub.
She couldn't safely stay there another night, so we had to change our plans and travel back home after the funeral the next day. We could have spent more time with family had we been able to stay another night. We could not justify spending another $100 or more, and I was very disappointed that I ended up spending $150+ for a night that we couldn't use because my mother could not get around the room safely. In the future, I think the hotel could have a plan in place to notify individuals with ADA rooms in the event that access to their room changes.
I will not use Booking.com again. This experience added unnecessary stress to my mother, distracted us from our family as we mourned, and made this time unnecessarily vexing and difficult.

- Latikqua (1/5): Ok - The price I lost my medicine they claim they couldn’t find it which I know they really didn’t look for it
- Sylas (3/5): - Location was good that's about it The staff was rude and I was told by different staff members I had fees but they "only take cash" when asking for key refresh but "dont take it for anything else" very off to me

Coffee and water available anytime juices at breakfast 6-9. Wafflemaker and breads to toast in an adjoining room.
Refrigerator and microwave in Room.
Grandkids came over ad we decorated cookies in the breakfast area in the evening. Location near Trinity Christian school. Asked for TV to be turned on in breakfast area. She said remote is by TV. I couldn't find so asked her to start it. It got turned on but no signal. I let it go. I had to have the clerk come twice to my room cuz no signal-- loose connection.
Bring your plug in. No USB outlets.

- Cynthia (5/5): - Beds were great/ This facility is in great need of an upgrade. Furniture and cabinets are in need of repairs and/or upgrade. Breakfast was a joke, big two room area. Bread was a very long distance away from the other food. Milk was not keep cold (was in a carafe in a tray with no ice).
- Chelsea (10/5): - Scary outside but nice inside Outside

- Bryan Schumacher (9/5): -
- Ron (9/5): Excellent value. A great place to stay even if somewhat dated. - Very convenient access — right off #2 highway going through town. A spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The complimentary breakfast was very good, offering the standard fare: scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages, waffles (and waffle iron), bread, bagels, juice, coffee… It could use some TLC. The bathroom had a loose doorknob (tightened screws by hand — a screwdriver would be perfect). The toilet tank had a crack which the cleaning staff should have noticed.

- Patricia (7/5): -
- Gene (5/5): -
- Mark (6/5): - It doesn't reflect the advertisement. There's a lot of construction workers staying there. The room was dirty and had damaged walls. The shower curtain had black marks along the bottom. They didn't refill the eggs, sausages, and biscuits. Many of the other guests didn't bother to notify the staff and ate whatever was available.

- Jennifer (10/5): - Employees are very nice and accommodating N/A
- Diego (1/5): Had fleas and dirty. Not worth it - Cheap in a decent location We left 2 hours into a 4 night stay due to FLEAS in the room. Front desk was very unhelpful and had a bad attitude when we tried to cancel and get a refund.
- Thomas (4/5): - Bed and pillows comfy Shabby and not clean especially breakfast room. Breakfast poor
- Darrell (8/5): -
- Ronda (4/5): Would not stay again. The employees were speaking foreign language. Didn’t appreciate a room check before we got our r - Convenient location & good price Dirty carpets & surfaces.
Minimal breakfast.
- Jesse (10/5): -
- Jan (10/5): Much better than expected -
- Aaron (3/5): Meh - Inexpensive Bed smelled of body odor
- John (6/5): Very disappointed - The breakfast was empty the whole time, more than 15 minutes Cleanliness not vey good, breakfast non existent.

- Jordan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Abdelrahman (1/5): Bad -
- Abdelrahman (1/5): Bad - They are thieves Charging people $35 early check in although I got an email saying my early check in request was approved and free of charge
- Minzhi (2/5): - The hotel WiFi doesn’t work in room. Hard to find service from the front desk. A lots times no one answers calls from when you call the front desk.
- Gary (5/5): Passable -
- Gary (5/5): There for three nights.never a room cleaning or extra towels offered trash piled up in room -
- Denis (2/5): - Our room was furnished by Goodwill or yard sale items. It smelled of dog pee, soap residue in the shower, towels were more like a bathmat, or a dusting cloth. Breakfast was biscuits & gravy …. Nasty. Hard boiled eggs, was afraid to even try them. I do not recommend this dive/dump to anyone traveling.
- Johnson (9/5): Superb -
- Francesc (5/5): Passable - Not far from the main area where restaurants are. Very cheap. Spacious room I had to request a room number change because the linens/pillows had stains and the bed seemed dirty. Overall not very clean
- Lee (2/5): - The walls in the rooms are filthy, it looks ike
- Michelle (10/5): Exceptional - Convenient location for me, staff was friendly. I had to extend my stay that went thru great and was able to stay in same room. They served breakfast daily, nothing complain about and if I was expecting high end breakfast I would have paid for high end hotel.
