Also before arriving i called to ask about having a room on the first floor because of my knee still recovering from acl surgery. Not only did they give us a room on the first floor, the room had a small kitchenand a livingroom area perfect for my kids. 💙

- Rachael (8/5): Very good - Lakeshore Inn us a very good place to stay. There are a few issues but overall I give it an 8.5/10. The key-in system is unusual (a code instead of a physical key or card). At furst u was leery but in the end I liked it. The doors are a bit dated but the place is quiet and safe. The wifi is rather week but the cable is nice.

We were a bit skeptic on it based on some revbut took a shot. The property is old , dated and run down but the room was clean. Heat and AC worked. And they had lots of pillows which we like for sleeping. Staff isnt super friendly but for that price whatever.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Greatly appreciated the pet policy and Josh's flexibility and assistance. 10/10 would recommend for an overnight stay.

Venetian blinds were in poor repair, with no black out curtains, let in the outdoor lights so the room never got dark. Only 1 small soap about 2inch diameter. Carpet old, worn, and stained. Vanity sink-hot and cold water reversed. Coffee maker had no carafe. Very poor accomodation for the price.

If you’re looking for a quiet out of the way from traffic place to sleep for the night and not too expensive, this is the place!

Eventually, someone helped me and I headed to my room. On my way there, a gentleman who was working on one of the rooms engaged me in a conversation about how he was a busy bee. He told me what hours he works, and a number of other pleasantries that I neither asked for, nor wanted to hear. My room was at the end of the hall, so only one neighbor on one side.. sadly, that neighbor was an industrial closet with a machine that made a very loud home for several hours. The room itself smelled musty, and did not look like it had been refurbished since the 1970s. The television had satellite capacity, but very few channels. Overall, I thought a place with ratings like these on this site would be so much better. This was very motel 6ish.

- Raymond (2/5): - I recently had a disappointing and frustrating experience at Lakeshore Inn waterfront.I feel i have to share my experience preventing others from failing into the same trap.Lakeshore Inn failed to deliver on its promises, charged defrauding fees maintained unhygienic conditions & displayed a complete lack of customer service. Lakeshore Inn website was misleading, the photos & descriptions portrayed a clean well-maintained establishment but the reality couldn't have been further from the truth. Upon arrival it became apparent that the property housed long-term residents. This was not disclosed on the website. The room was dirty, bedding looked old & worn there was black mold in the shower the carpet was stained it was uncomfortable and unpleasant environment to spend time in.But the most frustrating aspect of my experience was the owners complete rude lack of willingness to address our concerns, when we asked for a refund we were met with a refusal to cooperate,mine you that all our concerns were brought up the first day there we lost alittle over1600 hundred dollars for 12 days and we weren't on vacation we were there to take our son to college. This level of customer service is unacceptable & demonstrates a complete disregard for there guest satisfaction.

- Megan (4/5): Disappointing. - I arrived at 2pm and my room was ready, yet they wanted to charge $45 to check in 1 hour early. I paid $196 for 1 night in a “lake view” room which is upstairs and your only view of the lake is obstructed by other buildings and trees. If you have a pet, expect to pay an additional $26. I wanted to support a local mom/pop establishment versus going across the street to the Best Western, but the poor customer service and high rates just left me disappointed and wishing I would’ve gone with a trusted name. The only positive was the linens smelled fresh and bleached, bed was soft and comfortable.

Being so close to the water was great too I was there to fish so it was perfect I could drive my car right down to the waterfront. And nighttime was great with all the lights on rhe docks. Would def stay again.

This is an old motel where the owners are putting great effort to update the interior space. The exterior has seen better days. Yet, the bed slept well, it is clean, and met all our needs for a travel night.

You can see the lake from there, over the grassy area and empty swimming pool, past a couple of boat sheds and past the boat launch. Not a bad place when it was the only room available in the area but overpriced for what we got. Outdoor entrance, 1960s roadside motel vibes. No elevator, no ice machine, no pool or hot tub. Convenient location, clean and quiet.

The guy on the phone went from "its clean!!" to "its clean with MAYBE some stains" and defending the new carpet? Acknowledging my issues when I said well I have Photos. Stating at the end of the call its being recorded, pretty sure WA is a 2 party consent state so BY not saying it upfront you are braking the law? and posting actual photo's of your clean room???

At check in we used another card and specifically said use this one, that the reservation was NOT made with. ON TOP of, a bath tub that was 'clean' with rust stains and other questionable stains. Carpet needs to be replaced due to missing chucks. 2 different occasion I felt the need to call the cops for different domestic disturbances, including 1 out side of my door. That does not include the 'earth quake' anytime someone is walking up or down the steps.

The exterior is certainly dated and the rooms, at least my room, showed signs of its age, but overall it was very comfortable. The ice machine was broken (unfortunately during 90+ degree weather, and the pool wasn't operable, but maybe the pool wasn't open for the season yet. It was certainly great being right on the lake! I went for a swim and couldn't belive how warm the water was being so early in the season. Overall I would stay here again, especially for the price.

- Sandra (10/5): - I was worried there would be I90 noise, but it was very quiet and peaceful in the room. They have done a nice job with taking an old motel and updating it as much as they could. It was clean and comfortable. The owners were so helpful and friendly! Lovely lawn on the lake with BBQ grills and chairs. They have a free Tesla destination charger. The door locks are very old and flimsy, but there was a safety latch inside - and really, it's Moses Lake. Nobody doing hotel room invasions there. Very reasonable for a room in the mid seventy dollar range, I would stay there again.
