- george (10/5): Awesome hostess, great location - Spent just a couple of nights here, the staff were very welcoming, they were having some work done downstairs but we were out most of the time and they were getting it done really quickly! Great location, a little loud at night but what do you expect being in the heart of it. Loads of cafes, pharmacy’s, and travel shops to book things just a short walk away. We are going back next week to finish our stay in Vietnam! Aircon and WiFi are good in the rooms. Overall, everything you need for a few nights in the city.

- Lucien (8/5): Bon emplacement, personnel dévoué - Les 2 jeunes femmes à l'accueil sont très dévouées. Elles parlent un très bon anglais et n'hésitent pas pour faciliter notre séjour. La lampe de table ne fonctionnait pas et OUPS elle était remplacée. Chambre nettoyée tous les jours, mais les serviettes étaient plus ou moins douces. Bon repas indien.

- Aik Fung (8/5): Kien hotel - Location: The location of the hotel is excellent as it is just adjacent to the bui vien walking street. There are many convenient stores, restaurants and cafes around the hotel. It is close to a big square/park that holds events too. This year when I stayed there, it was holding Korean cultural fair and last year was Vietnam-Japan festival. Both in the month of November and they have lots of performances. Below the square, they have some shops (e.g.: Bookstore, supermart, clothings and accessories stalls) and a food court. One thing to highlight is that the location of this hotel is wrongly reflected on google map, which shows the hotel to be close to the end of the lane. But actually, it is located at the middle of the lane. The ground floor sells Indian food. Room: The room is clean and it met my expectation, I am a practical person who doesn't expect sparking clean on every corners of the room. The Wifi connection is satisfactory. One issue I had is that I was given a room at level 6 but the lift serves up to only level 5. Thus, I have to climb one level of stairs. Just beside the room is a martial art training spot and it can be quite noisy to hear them train. Staffs: They are very friendly, polite and always greet you with smiles. Because this is a boutique hotel, the gate will close at around 2am. Thus, it will be a bit of inconvenient if you want to come out or come back in the middle of the night. But the staff is always there to help open the gate for you.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Convenient - Have stayed here before and chose to return, Great position in the heart of the flashpacker area of Saigon. Friendly staff who seem organised. Room was clean and well presented as before although the bathrooms, whilst still fine, have begun to show signs of that difficult to remove mould in grouting and sealants. Another enjoyable stay in this hotel.

Ask a room in the street side which is quieter than the backside which is directed at several bars and discos open til 1am. Room is relatively clean, has an elevator (not all hotels in the area have) and good AC. Not bad for the price you pay, but not great value for money either which makes it ideal for short stays

- Verified traveler (8/5): Simple et efficace - Mon séjour a été positif. Cet hotel est simple, au dessus d'un restaurant indien. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais le lit est grand et confortable. L'emplacement est pratique, et c'est facile de faire beaucoup de choses à pied.

- L (8/5): Excellent staff - This is a low budget hotel and looks like it but the staff more than made up for it. We were given a cold bottle of water every evening and were always greeted with a smile. Even better, I could drop off laundry and have it washed and ready the next day for cheap. I would stay here again.
- Taro (8/5): 立地場所も良く、コストパフォーマンスも良いホテル - 宿泊した部屋はデラックスダブルルームで階数は6階でした。一回がインド料理屋で、その奥に簡素なレセプションがあり、第一印象はイマイチでしたが、部屋に案内されビックリ。 部屋もベッドも広く清潔で、そして天井も高くバルコニーもあり、そこからの眺めもよく、何よりバスルームが広くとても綺麗でした。 宿泊費から想像していた部屋とは違い、期待以上でした。 スタッフも親しみやすく、相談すると親切丁寧に対応してくれました。 繁華街なので外は騒音が凄いですが、メイン通りから小道に入った場所にホテルが建っているため就寝時には騒音も気にならず熟睡できました。

The negative point of the hotel is that internet is horrible, at least the signal in the 7th floor break down all the time so I had to buy a sim card to have a proper internet, that's why I dont give 5 starts to the review.

- Dianne (10/5): Lovely surprise - will stay here again - For the price we paid, we were not expecting much more than a clean, very small room. What a lovely surprise when we checked in. Great location, down a narrow lane with lots to look at from our 5th floor balcony. Close to everything including travel agents for variety of cheap day and longer trips. Staff were very friendly and nothing too much trouble. The markets a 5 minute walk and lovely parks nearby. We stayed in a balcony room and well worth paying that little bit more for more space. Bed was exceptionally comfortable (firm but not as firm as others in Asia), linen white and crisp and bathroom spotless. Highly recommended.
