- mauricio (4/5): Desapontamento, com hotel sem atendimento no local e aspecto geral de abandono fora da temporada. - Da localização O fato de o hotel avisar só no dia de chegada de que o check in deveria ser feito em outro hotel. Não bastasse isso, as dependências comuns do hotel estavam abandonadas, com móveis desmontados e não recolhidos no corredor, sem pessoas para atendimento. Café da manhã razoável, mas com itens com aspecto de requentados.

- Eva (2/5): Hotel by si zasloužil menší rekonstrukci, aby hosté nemuseli dýchat plíseň na pokoji. - Jediné co bylo fajn, že je to v centru co se týče každovečerní návštěvy někde na večeři. Vše blízko. Bohužel to má také stinné stránky s parkováním. Nikde v okolí se nedá bezplatně parkovat a služba od hotelu za 350 Kč na noc, měla být informována také předem. Ale nejhorší byla ta plíseň, která byla cítit v celém pokoji. Koupelna je naprosto vlhká, prosakuje sprchový kout, plíseň prosakuje do chodbičky i do pokoje a okna byla během dne naprosto vlhká a nedalo se dýchat. Bohužel bylo venku zrovna sychravo, tak se nedalo ani nechat otevřená okna. Chodili jsme pouze na noc, neb jsme byli jako vystavovatelé na veletrhu, ale odpočinek přes noc byl tedy velmi náročný. Spaní v plísni nic moc.

- Romana (8/5): - Útulný a čistý hotel, velmi dobrá lokalita.
- Milos (8/5): - Lokalita pěkná přímo v centru, hotel čistý, tichý s výtahem, chodby stylově zařízené, pokoje prostorné, standartní, pohodlné matrace krásně tvrdé, chyběl stůl a druhá židle. Koupelna je se starším sprchovým koutem, ale lepší než u spousty penzionu, samozřejmě jsou lepší hotely, ale většinou taky dražší, celkově úroveň něco mezi penzionem a hotelem, takže cena odpovídá. Parkovat lze u Billy 600m vzdálené.

- Pavla (8/5): Ubytování se psem větších rozměrů. Celková spokojenost. - Ubytování bylo přímo v centru. Pokoj jednoduchý, ale opravdu splňoval vše. Na pokoji lednička a TV. Výtah byl bonusem. Koberec vykazoval známky dlouhého používání. Snídani jsme nevyužili. Koupelna by zasloužila renovaci, ale nic zásadního. Okolí paráda. Velké negativum je parkování. Opravdu není možné ani vyložit zavazadla. Místní policie ihned pokutuje. Parkování možno v garážích u druhého hotelu. Pokud se nevejdete rozměry, pak jen nesnadno hledáte dostupná místa. - Röhrer (8/5): - Einfaches aber sehr günstig .Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Die Lage ist sehr zentral.
- Viktor (8/5): - A hotel elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, gyalog be lehet járni az egész belvárost. Parkolóház kb 300 méterre. A szoba frissen volt takarítva, törülközők, ágynemű teljesen rendben voltak. A reggeli jó, egy hangulatos pincerèszben van kialakítva, nekünk külön tetszett. Bár frissen volt takarítva, de a szőnyegen egy feltűnő folt éktelenkedett, ami elrontja az összképet. Az egyik széknek a szobában le volt törve az ülő része. Nem tragikus dolgok, de rossz benyomást kelt.
- Adéla (5/5): - Lokalita hotelu a moc milá recepční. Bar hned vedle hotelu, takže hluk do 5 hodin ráno. Nevim jestli hotelu představují, ale na chodbách hotelu se válelo kde co. Od postele, po různé "ztráty nálezy". V pokojích ulámané věšáky, oloupané stěny. Na snídani mi chyběla zelenina (bylo tam asi 6 plátků okurky, nahnile rajče a 3 malé proužky papriky). Za tu cenu za ubytování bych čekala víc.

- Atriplex (7/5): Pokles kvality oproti dřívějšímu pobytu - Vždy když jsme v Českých Budějovicích, bydlíme zde. Přímo v centru, výborná cena poměr výkon. Letos hotel bez recepce, museli jsme do sousedního hotelu. To my nebyl problém, pokud by vše fungovalo jak mělo: 1) Chodník před vstupem do hotelu byl poblitý a nikdo ho neumyl. 2) Ručníky z prádelny nikdo nekontroloval, takže jsme je museli nechat vyměnit, protože na nich byly nevypratelné skvrny. 3) Prostor na snídani kapacitně nestačil (snídaně se podává v sousedním hotelu). Dvacet minut jsme čekali ve frontě až se uvolní místo. Když jsme se pak dostali na volné místo, nebylo čisté nádobí. A když bylo nádobí, nebylo doplněné jídlo. Obsluhující personál se snažil, tohle byla chyba managementu. 4) Závěsy hotelového pokoje propouští světlo, takže hned po východu slunce, svítí do obličeje. Je tristní, když se na dovolené budíte dřív než do práce.

- Eva (10/5): - Strávili jsme pouze jednu noc, bez snídaně. Pokoj prostorný, koupelna taktéž. Pár kroků od náměstí, k Budvar aréně pár minut pěšky. Velmi pohodlné matrace a výborně odhlučněná okna, z ulice nebylo slyšet vůbec nic. Pokoj světlý a čistý.

- Adrian Galbincea (6/5): - Good location. Needs a lot of renovation. Our room only had a power socket, only for the TV. I had to unplug the TV to charge my phone... The toilet was not fixed on the floor and was wobbly and because of that was dripping water from the drain inside the bathroom.

- Laura (6/5): Hotel needs more care - We decided to stay here to reduce the cost of a long trip and this hotel was very reasonable in terms of price. The room is quite large and counts with a mini fridge which is quite useful. Another thing to note is how close it is to the main square, with lots of restaurants around the corner and a park with a playground. While breakfast is very basic, food is actually nice, also if you pay separately from the room, it’s really not expensive. We requested an additional bed for our child and they kindly provided it, while communication with the staff was limited, they did try their best. The property needs refurbishing ASAP but in the meantime; small updates can make a huge difference, for example: the shower bar comes off, the toilet paper holder screws are off, the standing lamp did not work, the carpet looks very old and dirty, I saw a old stain in the sheets (they were clean though) that has not come off (throw it away!) etc. Some of these can easily be fixed, like the WiFi password for example, the one sent by email vs provided at hotel don’t match. The lack of plugs next to the bed, missing pillows, etc. Also FYI, this hotel doesn’t count with their own reception so there is nobody there to help, everything is managed by another hotel around the corner (this is quite strange as they don’t seem to belong to the same brand of hotels) which means that check-in/out plus requests or even breakfast happen there. This is absolutely not a problem however, nothing was communicated at check-in. Again, it’s the small details that make a difference, you don’t need a luxury property to have a great experience.

- Ulrike (7/5): - Die Lage ist super, direkt im Zentrum. Ich war als Einzelperson in einem 4 Bett-Zimmer unter dem Dach. Das Zimmer hat alles, was man braucht, ist einfach eingerichtet. Die Rezeption war in einem anderen Hotel um die Ecke, dort gab es auch ein gutes Frühstück..... Nicht gefallen hat mir, dass ein normales Bettlaken über die schmuddelige Matratze gelegt wurde, das ständig verrutscht ist, also weder ein Matratzenschutz noch ein Spannbetttuch waren vorhanden. Das fand ich ekelig.

- Gazmend (7/5): Mit 2 Schlüssel wäre es super gewesen ❗️ - Sehr zentral Man bekommt nur 1 Schlüssel 🔑❗️❗️❗️❓❓❓Warum ❓Man muss immer die anderen nachhause bringen den Schlüssel wieder mitnehmen denn nächsten nachhause bringen ,….. Das einzige Hotel in Budweis wo man nur einen Schlüssel bekommt ❗️Sonst kann man es nicht beanstanden . Kaution hinterlegen für einen 2 Schlüssel und fertig ❗️

- Angela (2/5): Big Disappointment - Good location just off the main square. The hotel smelled fusty and was very dark. My room smelled of cigarette smoke and I cd not be offered another one - just an air freshener. The balcony with 'city view' looked over rooftops, the air conditioning units and the back of a building lived in by pigeons. No kettle. No hairdryer. Shower wasn't secured to the wall. Bedside light hanging off the wall. I left after 1 night - I was booked in for 2. The staff didn't have anything to say. I got a lovely hotel round the corner with breakfast for £10 a night more!

- Miroslava (9/5): Hotel doporučuji. Určitě využiju při návštěvě Budějovic znovu. - Hotel má skvělou polohu. Personál velice vstřícný. Snídaně byla též fajn. Nemáme co vytknout. Jen zmíním horší parkování. Vzhledem k poloze, hotel nedisponuje parkovištěm.
