yoyabe (8/5): とても素敵な立地のホテルでした - 朝食は種類が豊富でとても美味しかったです。目の前がマリーナになっていて、ホテル入口の景色がよかったです。ベットがもう少し固めだとよかったのですが、ちょっと寝にくかったです。部屋もグレードの低い部屋だったので少し狭めでした。また水着を持っていかなかったので、プールに入れなかったのが悔やまれます。

Karren (5/5): - Not worth the money. The island is amazing despite being in the off season, however the hotel leaves something to be desired. Most of the issue is the staff. They did not seem interested in helping, did not explain what was available at the hotel and overall were difficult to communicate with. Staff, some dates facilities. Value.

Claudia (10/5): Fairytale Swedish archipelago hotel inspite of Booking screwing up - We loved the hotel and staff was excellent, in spite of Booking screwing up again! Wonderful fairytale Swedish archipelago life. We had very bad surprise upon arrival we were told that we booked into the annex, some 5 min walk away into a little house which had nothing to do with the hotel! My confirmation with booking said apartment Seglarhotel! The very friendly staff gave us a room in the hotel for one night, they made every possible effort. Second night we had to go to the annex as hotel was fully booked.

Åsa (2/5): Trist bemötande - Fräsch och nybyggt Vi försökte få ett lite tidigare tillträde och fick svar av manlig receptionist att det var snart klart och att vi skulle hålla oss i närheten. 9 min före ordinarie incheckning fick vi veta att vår lägenhet inte var tillgänglig. Vi kunde få en svit istället. Med två små barn och inhandlad middag var det inte intressant för oss. Vi fick blev då ”uppgraderade” till ett hus istället för lägenhet. Dvs ytterligare ett sovrum som vi inte hade behov av. Det skulle bli klart om en kvart. Vi gick dit och städning var inte påbörjad. Vi fick vänta utanför och fick slutligen tillträde 30 min efter utsatt tid. Klart besvikna på hantering och bemötande. Kodlås på vår ordinarie lägenhet fungerade inte och det hade man kunnat tala om direkt. Nu kände vi oss knappast välkomna trots dryga 7 000 kr för en natt utan frukost. Jag fick veta att vi blivit uppgraderade utan ytterligare kostnad vilket vi tydligen skulle uppskatta.

Roland (10/5): Vi fyller år i början på April båda två, så vi brukar fira det själva innan familj och barnbarn dyke - Mycket bra, perfekt, fanns ju allt vad man kan begära till frukosten, kvällens middag var också bra, trevlig personal, vi har varit många gånger och hoppas kunna komma tillbaka Poolen var lite sliten, men det fanns ju öl,,,

Shihan (3/5): - 1) the canteen charged repeatedly for dinner. I came back to claim back but the canteen employee said the service fee cannot get returned. Why I have to pay service fee twice especially when you overcharged me and without any appologize but taking it as granted ?? Even though eventually i argued back, i dont think this is a good manner. 2) When i check out, i didnt get the invoice and tried several times to contact the hotel via email but with no response. In a word, its not a well-organized hotel at all....

Cecilia (7/5): - Bra och trevligt boende, men minus för frukostbuffén som känns slarvigt genomförd. Torrt bröd, färdiga pannkakor. Inte den fingertoppskänsla man förväntar sig av ett sådant hotell, och för det priset.

caroline (10/5): Wonderful. - The staff was adorable. Very helpful notably with the boats to get to the island end of October. The hotel is chic and cosy at the same time. The food is excellent : we had breakfast twice and diner twice ; Each time it was perfect. We loved our stay there.

janet (8/5): Luxury on a beautiful island, I was there at the end of season, I can imagine it’s packed in season - Very comfortable Sauna in room! Delicious perfectly cooked fish for dinner No black breakfast type tea! Neither in room nor at breakfast. I do not expect to bring my own T bags to such an establishment. It seems none was to be had, and staff looked surprised even unbelieving that roobois, raspberry or earl grey would not do. I found some in the local (only) shop 100m away and the local cafe had some. I bought some for the hotel as a present. Details count I also do not like music in dining area.

Johansson (7/5): - Rummen är fina, mysigt med spa. Alldeles för hög ljudnivå vid middagen på kvällen, svårt att boka vettiga mattider oavsett om man bor på hotellet eller inte. Ingen hiss i huvudbyggnaden. Lite trista incheckningstider 15.00 och utcheckning 11.00. Jacuzzin gick inte att reglera. Den bubblade bara på två ställen....

Florence (9/5): Belle expérience. - Établissement cosy, décoré avec goût. Le magnifique restaurant est bon (bien qu’un peu bruyant) et le petit déjeuner très bien aussi. Terrasse extérieure agréable pour boire un verre. Pas de prêt de serviette de plage.

Allan (7/5): Toppen. - Extra pluspoäng för äggröran till frukost. Rummet för tre personer var väldigt trångt med en madrass på golvet. Vilket inte riktigt framgick när vi bokade (tyckte vi). Även personalen i receptionen håller med om det.
Annette (10/5): Sehr schönes Hotel in den Schären - Außergewöhnliches Hotel direkt am Yachthafen, sehr netter Empfang, tolle, geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Vielfältiges und leckeres Frühstück auf der großartigen Sonnenterrasse mit Blick auf den Hafen. Das Bett wie eine Wolke. Kein Minikühlschrank, die Toilette im Empfangsbereich des Hotels war ziemlich schmutzig

Marian (8/5): Mooi hotel op mooie lokatie maar best prijzig - Een mooie locatie in de haven van Sandhamn. Ontbijt was bijzonder uitgebreid. Kamer prima maar niet bijzonder. De grootte van het hotel. We verwachtten een wat ouder, sfeervol hotel maar het is een enorm complex met veel nieuwbouw aan het oorspronkelijke gebouw. Op het moment dat wij er waren was het nogal druk ivm een zeilrace die de dag daarna zou beginnen. Een rustig plekje in het hotel om 's-avonds nog even te zitten met een kopje koffie was er eigenlijk niet maar dat kan op andere momenten anders zijn.

Marie (5/5): Bra vistelse men det var faktiskt inte pga hotellet . - Bra service . Ostädat i spa , dåliga duschar Inget kaffe på rummet mm . Om man jämför med andta hotell med dey priset är standarden så mycket mer . Hade faktiskt förväntat oss mer för det priset .
