• Barrie (10/5): Extremely comfortable and convenient hotel in Rome - We had a wonderful 5 night stay at the Terrazzo Marco Anthony. This was our first visit to Rome and we could not have made a better choice for accommodations. THE ROOM: We were in Room 5. There was ample space for our three big suitcases (we were continuing on to a cruise). The sofa gave us a comfy place to sit that wasn’t the bed. Speaking of the bed - OH SO COMFORTABLE which made a huge difference at the end of multiple 20K step days. The room had high ceilings which made it seem even bigger. AND the private sitting terrace up a small staircase outside the room was SO LOVELY in the early morning and evening. The bathroom had enough space for “all the things”. STRONG water pressure which really surprised us. We like a cold room for sleeping and the AC kept up. Granted it wasn’t all that warm in Rome during our stay (20 most days). AND the room was extremely quiet which makes a big difference in sleep quality too. THE SERVICE: Alex was so very helpful with my myriad of questions. The complimentary coffee and breakfast was tasty and prompt although we often left before it was available. THE LOCATION: Having never been to Rome we didn’t get a sense of where exactly wanted to be. And we hit it out of the park with this location. We took fewer cabs than we expected because the location of the property made it so easy to just walk. Note the property is 2/3 way up a fairly steep hill. We felt safe to walk in the evenings and early mornings - never a worry. We will be staying here again the next time we visit! We wished the in-room coffee was better as we left often before it was available from the hotel staff. It would have been nice to have access to a Nespresso or something better.

• Janice (8/5): Nice place but could add a few amenities and would be great. - I was disappointed in the breakfast compared to the previous places we had stayed at in Italy. There wasn’t many choices at all. The orange juice was not good at all. We stayed at two other locations in Italy that provided wonderful breakfast. Our room was good but it lacked places to put your clothes and suitcases. We had one small luggage holder. I couldn’t open it up on both sides to get stuff out. We didn’t have another one for two people. It would have been nice to have some hook or something in the rooms. No place to sit stuff in bathroom except one little shelf. The shower was great and wonderful. We enjoyed the balcony except it could get really hot in sun. An umbrella would be nice to help shade. The robes were a nice touch but we didn’t use. We didn’t have a chair to sit on just two stools and we needed one of those to sit luggage on.

Per chi soggiorna per motivi di lavoro non è il top, sarebbe preferibile potersi fare anche giusto un caffè in camera senza dover attendere il servizio.

Entweder zu Fuß vom Hotel aus zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants, oder mit super netten Taxifahrern. Besser als mancher Reiseleiter. Fragen und Wünsche werden im Hotel sofort erfüllt. Das Frühstück im Zimmer fanden wir morgens sehr gut. Toller Service. Wir empfehlen Euch sehr gerne weiter und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen in Rom.

For those travelling late on a Sunday afternoon there should be able to keep the room longer for the price paid do they can rest after site seeing etc and not havevti leave bags in lobby/ kitchen. Sound proofing between rooms and surrounding apartments could be better but did not spoil our stay.

• Christopher (8/5): Cozy stay in a good location - We liked the location and its was a short walk from the restaurant and shops and a 10 min walk to the trevi fountain. We only experienced 1 issue, when we let the water out of the bath there seemed to to a strong poo smell in the bathroom and then some debis that come up in tbe bidet, so we emptied the bath and shut the bathroom door with the door open, it didn't happened everytime just late night baths.

We had a room with a sauna, which was why we booked in the first place. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative was that the coffee in the room was instant. It would be good to be able to make fresh coffee in the room. Also slightly better signage to find the hotel in the first place as it was on the 3rd floor.

Есть чай, кофе, чайник, мыло ,кроме тапочек и зубной щетки и платный мини бар и завтрак, но мы уехали рано утром и не пробовали завтрак . Интересное оформление с красивыми светильниками, супер люстрой, бюстами и настенными пано. Немного надо идти в гору с остановки.

Estuvimos en la suite con terraza y era muy espaciosa y el precio que pagamos optimo con desayuno incluido. El alojamiento no tiene comedor por lo que el desayuno te lo llevan a la habitación. • Jessica (5/5): - Loved the view, the location Pictures seemed to insinuate every room got a hot tub or sauna or something. When the suites are taken you don't have a comparison so when I was purchasing a suite I thought thats what I was getting either a sauna or jacuzzi it's only when checking when I go back enough far into the future that it's the presidential luxury suites that have these. So that was a let down. Also, there was a city tax that should have been taken on person which wasnt and caused distress and it trying to be coerced after the fact when it does not allow anything but heading card details over. I saw staff every morning before leaving it was never discussed or asked for. I also got told to 'turn music down' at 9am saying it was early. In the UK social hours are 11pm-6am. I get being considerate of others. But I didn't have it abnociously loud and I think was more result of not adequate sound proofing in the building. I could hear the couple above. And so also was aware that we could be heard that could cause vulnerability if you are away for a couples get away.

• Nadav (5/5): - המיקום היה טוב יחסית, המארח היה אדיב הג׳קוזי עצמו היה גדול ומפנק נראה כאילו החדר שופץ ידנית על ידי בעל המקום ולא על ידי איש מקצוע, הריצפה במקלחת מתרוממת וזזה שדורכים עליה. הצינור בג׳קוזי עושה בעיות והזרם מים כואב ולא תקין. המים בשירותים עשו המון תקלות, חלק מהזמן לא יכלנו גם להוריד מים בגלל תקלה של הכפתורים. הארוחת בוקר היתה דלה לטעמנו, אכלנו ביום הראשון. שאר הימים וויתרנו אפילו שהיה כלול במחיר.

• Sheila (9/5): SUPER RECOMENDABLE Y REPETIRÍAMOS SEGURO. - La habitación, baño y terraza estaban genial. Cama enorme y comodisima, el jacuzzi también enorme lo cual venía genial después de andar tanto por Roma y la terraza estupenda también. Secador , zapatillas de casa , albornoces, plancha … Desayuno también muy bueno con diferentes opciones a elegir y directo en tu habitación a la hora elegida. Aparte de las tostadas y croissans con diferentes opciones había para elegir diferentes cafés, fruta, cereales, zumos, embutido y yogur No ha sido ningún problema y quizás haya sido problema mío de no leer bien las condiciones. El primer día no pudimos desayunar ya que el desayuno empieza a las 8:30h y nosotros a las 9h teníamos entradas para el vaticano, es verdad que les pedí si me podían dejar algo en la habitación y efectivamente me dejaron zumos, fruta y croissans. Pero si sois muy muy madrugadores la opción de desayuno pues no va bien. Nosotros los otros 2 días lo disfrutamos mucho. Respecto al alojamiento tampoco me di cuenta de que no era un alojamiento convencional. Digamos que son unas suites que están dentro de un edificio privado en una de las plantas y la entrada está poco señalizada. Al principio la sensación fue un poco rara, pero luego es verdad que nos gustó ya que el silencio y tranquilidad es absoluto por lo que no son cosas negativas pero sí cosas a tener en cuenta ☺️

• Shaun (10/5): Truly magical, would not change anything. - A truly memorable weekend away in Rome and Alex could not have been more accommodating to all my requests as I proposed to my girlfriend. I booked the room with a hot tub which was spacious, spotless with a huge comfortable bed. Mumm Champagne on arrival was the perfect accompaniment to popping the question later that evening and she said...YES!! Breakfast was ordered each night before and delivered to the room at the requested time the following morning. Plenty of options all lovely and fresh and very enjoyable despite my penchant for a full English (when in Rome and all that..). We had trips organised on Saturday morning but I had arranged for the room to be decorated with roses, rose petals and prosecco (only enough budget for one bottle of the good stuff) and what a delight to see my now fiancée's happy little face on our return. Seriously could not have had a better weekend away and will definitely be back for some hot tub action again in the future. Thank you Alex and team, you were great hosts ;-) Nothing.

• Hillary (1/5): Unfortunately, very displeased. - N/A Such a disappointment. For the amount of money we paid.There was no one there to help us with check in or to answer any questions. Then I called to ask a question and they were very rude and hung up on me. Then emailed me through booking.com and said they told me over the phone when we got disconnected and I didn’t even hear an answer to my questions. Again, very rude. The only nice things about it was the terrace and the short trip to the train station. Would not recommend this “hotel” to anyone.

• Rebecca (10/5): Just perfect - Everything about this property from the location to the cleanliness, staff, views and the room have been 10/10. It is absolutely spotless & very modern. The beds are so comfortable, the views from the beautiful balcony are out of this world. The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating, they really made our stay part of why we enjoyed it so much. This is my second trip to Rome and I will be using these rooms again when I come back. Less than a 10 minute walk to some of the main landmarks and restaurants. The breakfast was lovely and the rooms are so comfortable and nice.

Bellissimo l’idromassaggio in bagno che è proprio quello che ci vuole al termine di una lunga giornata in giro per Roma! Ottima e abbondante la colazione servita in camera! Rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero super! Consigliatissimo! Da provare assolutamente per un soggiorno da favola nella capitale!

• Stefano (9/5): Un apprezzato mix fra tradizione e modernità - La posizione strategica a pochi metri dalla fermata metro! La struttura è ubicata in un appartamento storico di Roma, molto ben curato. Comodità di accesso alla struttura anche in orari extra indicati per il check-in. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli al check-out. Considerata la qualità della struttura, sarebbe carino offrire due bottigliette di acqua agli ospiti al loro arrivo.
• Martinez (10/5): Hermosa Suite - Es una Suite hermosa, amplia, muebles nuevos, cama y almohadas cómodas una decoración bella, muy limpio, con muchos detalles, se llega fácil, super ubicado, el desayuno muy rico, como para quedarse varios dias, regresaría con mucho gusto. El servicio muy amable, chicos muy lindos y accesibles en todo.

• Silvia (8/5): Gute Lage.Freundliches Personal schöne Terrassen, wenn man sie nutzen kann Alleinreisenden würde ich diese Unterkunft n - Es war schwierig zu finden. In einem grossen Haus waren die Unterkunfte auf dem 3.Stock verteilt. Im Sommer oder wenn es wärmer ist, kann man das Frühstück auf der Terrasse einnehmen. Jedoch jetzt in der kälteren Jahreszeit, oder wenn es regnet muss man den kleinen runden Bistrotisch neben das Bett ins Zimmer stellen. Das fanden wir gar nicht gemütlich. Es gibt das Frühstück auf Bestellung aufs Zimmer geliefert.

• MASASHI (9/5): 最高でした。 - 清潔感があった。朝食も食べたいものを食べたいだけ選べて品揃えもありとても良かったです。テラスで食べる朝食は最高でした。 最寄り駅やトレヴィの泉など観光地は近く便利でしたが、ホテルが坂の途中にあり石畳みでのスーツケースは大変でした。
