• Yoshinori (6/5): 慣れていれば、こんなもんです。 - とにかく、一晩、何とか寝る、という目的のホテル、とお考えいただいた方が良いです。 ・写真に掲載されている清潔さはありません。もう建物が古いです。 ・冷蔵庫はありません。 ・真っ白なシーツを期待しない方が良いです。薄黄色です。 ・ペナン空港への侵入空路になっているためか、ときどき凄い飛行機のエンジン音が聞こえます。 ・コロコロ粘着クリーナーは必須です。床・ベットも含めて、掃除しました。 ・念のため、ダニ除けスプレーをベットはもちろん部屋全体に巻きました。 ・他の人の書き込みにもございましたが、私もGを見つけてしまいました。シャツミストで虫が死ぬのを知っていたので、退治しました。その後は出なかったです。 ・シャワーは電気式です。コツが要ります。シャワーブースとトイレが一体なので、シャワーを浴びれば、便座を含め、べちゃべちゃになります。 インドで泊まった時よりはましでした。 シャワーブースがカビだらけでしたので。。ベットで寝ると痒い。。その経験に基づいて、泊まりました。

• Verified traveler (6/5): - We’ve been traveling in Southeast Asia for a few weeks and this place was the loudest. You can’t check in until 2, even an hour early they won’t let you. Right by the mall if that’s why you’re staying in that area.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Everything was good. The room for the price was ok. It is just behind Eastin hotel and this is a business trip. Next to Queensbay mall and lots of restaurants nearby. Good location.

• Dennel (2/5): Not as good as it was. - I stayed there previously. It was still quite okay but this time around the room was poorly maintain. The first room given to us had a cockroach crawling in the bathroom, the second room had ants crawling on the bed. And no other rooms or alternative was given. We have to go back to the first room after the “guest” was cleared.

• Natalie (2/5): unpleasant experience - I think the hotel need to improve in the cleanliness of the room. I was shocked when I turned on the tap and water is brownish colour. The whole place is very run down. The only plus point is the hotel staff is helpful and friendly and it is near to Queensbay Mall.
• Nazrim (6/5): Good hotel between attractions in city - A good hotel with a good room and great value. Room has enough but water in toilet suddenly went out in the middle of the midnight and when it does return, it went very dirty. Close to eateries and not forgetting Queensbay Mall also!

• Verified traveler (2/5): - It was an awful experience. There is a gap between the window and the wall next to the bed, and the gap actually connects my room to the room below me. In another word, I can hear everything very CLEARLY like what's going on in the room below me.The 1st day I checked in the hotel in the afternoon, I was having fever and needed a good nap, after settling everything, i fell asleep and I left my work phone on top of the blanket. When I woke up I realised my work phone is gone! I tried searching my room thoroughly and I couldn't find it, I was very sure the phone was on the bed as i did some arrangement before i sleep. The explanation can be either someone came into my room and took it (which it doesn't make sense, because my personal expensive phone is still with me) OR the phone flipped and dropped into the hole/gap when I was pulling the blanket while I sleep. If is the latter, then the guest in the room below me probably saw the phone and took it. I informed the receptionist immediately after i suspected it dropped to the lower floor and we cant find the phone.
• Emily (4/5): More to an Inn - Simple room, simple amenities. No kettle, fridge, cups. No lift too. You need to climb the staircase with ur heavy luggage. Environment very noisy during night due to some singing in the bar or karaok is going on. You can't believe there are some mosquitoes in the room. Please bring your own towel and ready your own amenities.
• Rafi (6/5): Enough for short stay. - Very noisy in the midnight as some people start slamming their room door. Probably, because the hotel near by to pubs so may be it been occupied by drunken people.

• Zurina (6/5): Convenient location, next to Queensbay Mall - Had trouble sleeping well as I was frequently awaken by loud noises everytime guests shut their room doors. I could also hear noise from next door guest watching tv. Thin walls, perhaps?

But the service desk was open at 1am and I was able to check in, to my relief. Room was surprisingly clean and good value for the price.

• FIDELIA (10/5): - Keadaan bilik adalah bersih. Sesuai untuk bermalam(tidur) sahaja. Adalah sukar bagi yang mempunyai bagasi yang banyak dan berat sebab tidak ada kemudahan lif, hanya tangga. Pekerja, terutamany di kaunter sangat membantu dan mesra.
• Philip (4/5): Not a good hotel - Not good place to have good rest at night. There are few night clubs in neighbourhood. Very noisy at night time, loud music can be heard from 12am to 4am. Poor soundproofing and a lot of mosquitoes in the room.Their room window can't even fully close to avoid those nuisances.

Habitacion pequeña, pero limpia y aceptable. Al lado del centro comercial Queens bay, y bien comunicado con taxis y parada de autobuses. A 30 minutos en taxi de georgetown
• BEE HUI (2/5): bad experience, not worth to pay by this price - dirty bed sheet and towels, noisy at night time(Pub around the hotel), bad receptionist.
• Hana (6/5): Small - Superior room with double bed indeed comfortable for only A PERSON. Anyhow it is a well maintained room and clean. Staff was informative and helpful. Overall, nice and recommended.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Budget Hotel Next to Queensway Mall and Eastin Hot - A perfectly acceptable budget hotel for short stay or for those who are not in room much. Bed was clean and a/c cold. Towels and all in one shampoo/body wash provided. No toothbrush or toothpaste so bring your own. Parking is RM 5.30 per day, paid to the carpark operator after getting a stamp on the ticket at the hotel reception

• Ceddy (8/5): Good experience actually - It's really not a bad place to stay for a budget hotel. It's 1 minute walk from Queensbay Mall, there are some food stalls around the hotels as well. Room is comfortable, all the necessities are there. If there's one thing I'd like to highlight it's definitely the mosquitoes. Stock up some repellents and you'll have a good night sleep.

• shu ying (8/5): Room is nice and convenient to go Queensbay mall - The stay was not bad and the room size that i stay is really for one person, small but nice. I stay there for 4 nights but i think only 1 or 2 days my room has been cleaned. After that there is no one clean my room even my towel was unchanged for my 4 nights stay. I felt bad at this part. Cleanliness should be improved. The best thing is very near with Eastin hotel and Queensbay mall.

• Adrian (6/5): General normal business stay hotel - It was ok, just that a stay and go hotel I would rate it. However, it was near Queensbay within a walking distance of 3 minutes.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Cosy hotel - The hotel is a cosy budget hotel where you would have almost all the minimal necessity. It is really a walking distance to Queensbay Mall and there are alot of food and places to lounge around it. The hotel staff had been very helpful in provided directions to places around the area. However, the system of tagging in to access the hotel room where the main keycard is held by the hotel staff would be dangerous and it is inconvenient. As, the hotel had just opened, there would still be room for improvement.
• Wayne (4/5): disappointed - Music across the street was to loud and drunkin patrons returning from night out were very loud.Also the room they showed me wasn't the same standard and when I mentioned it he said the other room was more expensive but the deal I brought they were the same.we were in a room only enough room for a single bed but it had double with no room to walk at side so you had to climb over the bed to get in or out.

• James (8/5): Great Budget Hotel - Room was upgraded for free. Despite being small there was enough room for everything need. A large flatscreen tv with cable, cold aircon, hot shower. Lots of bars and restaurants in short walking distance.
