Faisal GL (8/5): Good convenience hotel for staycation in Bogor - A convenient hotel with good price for staycation in Bogor. Staffs are very kind, courteous and friendly. Location is good advantage and nearby with Kebun Raya Bogor. Parking space is an issue but security guards were very helpful and courteous.

Fred (8/5): In dit hotel merk je dat het personeel het verschil maakt in een hotel.Hier was het personeel geweldig - Alles was goed verzorgd. Het personeel was geweldig. Super vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Heel goed ontbijt. Schone kamers. In het weekend heel veel kinderen die samen met hun ouders een weekendje in het zwembad doorbrengen.

Anggamijaya (7/5): Cukup nyaman jika utk tujuan bisnis, tdk stay at hotel. - - Lokasi strategis, dekat kampus IPB sebagai tujuan utama. - Harga terjangkau. - Staf ramah termasuk petugas parkirnya. - Lahan parkir sedikit, perlu titip kunci mobil terus-terusan utk mindahin mobil. - Kunci kamar (door card) beberapa kali tdk berfungsi sehingga perlu call staf. - Kunci manual pintu tdk berfungsi, tp it is okay krn pintu tetap tdk bisa dibuka dari luar tanpa access card.

They have always been helpful and friendly to converse inspite of language barrier. The Reception lobby was Nice and Restaurant view too and the pool, lounge... Will Be Back Soon The rooms were very small but very organized. The SPA service was not good at all, not worthy it. Spa Massage room was opposite to what the Hotel looks like. Horrible... the billings after Ala carte restaurant they didn't want to put on my room bill. Its like you have trust issues with your customers.

Stayed 2 nights, 1st night AC was not working. Broken shower room door lock. Room smells weird and under maintenance. Towel is damp and old. Slow and hot lift. Overall experience should have been better at this rate.

Steven (7/5): Good - The staff were nice. Poor value compared to other similarly priced hotels. The standard twin room is very small, and there is almost nowhere to put your things. Luckily I had the second bed to put my things on. Water splashes out through the gap around the shower door. The exhaust fan in the shower did not work. The room safe was not working when I arrived and someone had to come and fix it. The next day the safe would not open and had to be fixed again.

Generally I like staying at Whizz, but please keep the soap dispenser in the shower glued properly. I was afraid it might fall off if we push bit harder. Put the trash bin right under the soap dispenser (in the other closet room) to avoid slippery floor and easier throw away dirty tissue. Need 1 rug for each shower and closet room.

82Gooner (8/5): Nice Budget City Hotel - Been here for sudden booking. But it was too late to enjoy the facilities. Small parking area so some of cars were park in pararel in front of lobby. My first room was stink, they said from rubber sealant, but i think it was too much. As well my second room, but this was better. Some areas, rooms and corridors need touchup and small details. Nice view from room but you will hear noisy from traffic after midnite if you stay in road view (front side). Friendly and helpful staff. Will come back to this hotel oneday. muhamadarham (6/5): Affordable Hotel in Bogor City - The lobby smells very good. It seems like you enter the cinema. I book for one night with breakfast a few days ago. Unfortunately, I got a smoking room instead of a non-smoking room. very disappointed me but they help me to get more air freshener. I just don't get the bathroom layout concept. That makes our room look dirty after a bath. and the manual door lock is broken so there is no safety lock.

And the lobby is quite small, maybe because it is a business hotel? However all the staff is very friendly and helpful with our needs.

Lightning might be insufficient if we wish to read or work as there are only a table lamp, 2 light at each bed (3 are yellow light). Restaurant in M level is good & satisfactory, it would be better is there is more choice of dishes instead of Indonesia cuisine. The lift service is slightly unsatisfactory as 1 lift is under maintenance and another 1 is moving slow, the lift capacity is small where it cannot afford too many people although there are still some space. Overall still a great and comfortable stay in these 4 days here~

The male bespectacled receptionist was alone and made us wait while he check the two rooms I have booked for validity. My crew and I were made to wait like illegal immigrants. We have been working and driving all day from Bandung and was tired. later after we were checked in, the receptionist call us and say he issued our breakfast coupons by mistake and want us to return the coupons.
