• Luna (7/5): Siamo stati bene e la cosa migliore è stata la posizione! - Posizione ottima, si arriva a piedi alla spiaggia Agios Stefanos che è la più bella dell’isola con sabbia e sassolini, acqua limpidissima e con i bimbi non c’è da preoccuparsi perché resta per molti metri poco profonda Piscina e bar sempre attivi Personale: la gestione è famigliare e siamo stati ben accolti, una sera non siamo stati in grado di far partire il climatizzatore e in un attimo sono venuti a sistemare tutto (questione di sensori alle finestre) Balcone ampio e con stendino per mettere asciugamani e costumi Parcheggio gratuito all’interno della struttura Le foto rispecchiano la struttura e la camera che ha un arredo un po’ datato ma per noi non ha dato problemi, solo la Doccia con la tenda ci ha fatto bagnare tutto il bagno ma non è di certo un problema troppo grande, piatti e posate erano proprio contate forse qualcuna in più sarebbe stata più comoda

• Danijel (9/5): Sehr schön, empfehlenswert, Preis-Leistung sehr gut - Alles war ideal! Der schönste Strand von Kos ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, echte Einheimische die tolle Tipps geben können. Freitags gibt es eine BBQ-Night mit leckeren griechischen Spezialitäten. Die Apartments werden regelmäßig gereinigt, frische Handtücher stehen zur Verfügung. Und für Katzenliebhaber: Es gibt viele Katzen! :) Die Klimaanlage funktioniert, ist aber etwas umständlich einzuschalten – man braucht etwas Geduld. WLAN ist vorhanden, allerdings muss man sich regelmäßig neu anmelden, was etwas lästig ist

• Nikoleta (9/5): Superb - - rooms older, but clean - ac was working great - after 2 days we became new towels and bedsheets - clean pool with nice water - stuff very kind and helpful, Babis helped us to rent a car and organized us a drive to the airport - location, ca 5 minutes away from beach - snacks at the poolbar were tasty, draught beer -highly recommend this accommodation - an older place, but very nice and clean. We were worried about the rewiews on internet (a not working, loud street) but everything was fine. - slow wifi - older mattress on the additional bed

• Grant (10/5): reasonably priced, clean space with good hosts - Lovely experience with Babbis and his family. The place is very clean and reasonably priced for the style of accommodation. The pool and grounds are very well kept with ample parking and everything is maintained to a good standard. The pool house is open each day from 9am until late. There is a small bar with a good range of drinks and snacks. The menu has hot breakfasts (eggs, sausages, bacon, tomato etc.), Omelettes, burgers, sandwiches, salads and a selection of other items. The location of the studios is perfect - an easy walk into the village to all of the bars and restaurants. The supermarket is very close. There are lots of hire vehicle companies very close and also a regular bus to various areas of the island. There is also a harbour at the end of the village for boat tours and island tours. Each studio has the basics you will need; air conditioning, hot running water all day and night, 2 2-ring electric hob, kettle, fridge (with ice box) and all the basic items you need to prepare a simple meal. Each studio has a balcony, some with incredible views across the bay. The beds are nice and firm. Our Studio was serviced most days/every day with fresh towels, beds made, floors swept, rubbish taken away etc. As most outside pools in the area, this is not heated but as the weather is usually very hot, it is very refreshing to have the water cooler. The seating around the pool and the loungers are clean, and comfortable; it is a lovely quiet area to relax in the sun. The location of the studios is perfect - an easy walk into the village to all of the bars and restaurants. The supermarket is very close.

• Marko (8/5): Very good - Basic apartment but it has all you need. Clean. The swimming pool is very clean and nice. Ovner is very friendly and communicative. Near the main street so there is a constant noise from the vehicles.

• I (9/5): Superb - The proprietors are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The accommodation offers everything necessary, there are even facilities for self-catering in the room. Nice garden and pool, all very tidy. Points for improvement are the outdated bathrooms, the hard mattresses with steel springs, and no TV in the room but we don"t really need that. All in all well worth the money, we will definitely be back.

• Maxi (10/5): Magnificent Manolis - Actually almost everything, Lovely people , great pool, loved the cats 🐈, we had a brilliant time, we will be back Only thing was , we enjoyed the breakfast options but not so much choice for dinner and we didn't enjoy the burger Unfortunately we also didn't enjoy the bbq food, but the atmosphere was superb
