- Stephen (8/5): Good Hotel with Tweaks - The hotel was ideally located in a vibrant area of Paris. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room needed airing, the shower cubicle didn’t fit so the first night we flooded the bathroom, no cups for the espresso machine. Prior to travelling we were asked to complete a registration form with any requirements, from the list provided I asked for an iron and an international charger. Neither were in the room when we arrived and when I asked at reception a charger adapter was provided from what looked like a lost property box. The breakfast was exceptional and a good selection of a high quality even though the apricot jam wasn’t replaced once use.
- Irene (10/5): - What a gem! My husband and I stayed in a room on the top floor, which offered a lovely view, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a balcony. The room was small—as you’d expect in Paris—but perfectly comfortable and well designed. The hotel has a spa in the basement, which was a real treat. It includes a warm swimming pool and a steam room (no exercise equipment—just pure relaxation!). You can book a private 45-minute session, so you get the entire space to yourself, which felt very luxurious. The location is fantastic—within walking distance of the Sacré-Cœur and the Moulin Rouge. There are plenty of cafés, shops, boulangeries, and markets right outside the door.

- Anita (10/5): Fantastic - Staff are so friendly and want to help you, the room like most hotel rooms all over Europe not large but very clean and has everything you need. The hotel has a sort of bar, served by the reception. But you have so much around you don’t need one in the hotel.

Only complaint is that there was not a fan in the bathroom and when you took a shower the steam got everything wet. Also our room looked on to construction of the building next door which wasnt the greatest view.

I booked a larger room with a balcony and while it may have been larger and there was a balcony the room was tiny and not represented well online and the balcony barely fit two small chairs and a round table. I think the size should be more clearly called out. The elevator stopped working the first morning we woke up and we had to walk 5 flights up and down until the very last day. This was quite inconvenient and no form of compensation was offered.

Evening Entertainment. I loved everything about it. Also you get aslot in the spa and it is specific to your room only. Constant supply of water which i think is an amazing touch in 40c heat. Those little touches are thoughtful and made the trip for us. The staff were all lovely, friendly, helpful. Well definitely stay again. Thank you to all the team there :)

PS-there’s a GREAT consignment store directly across the street found a number of awesome pieces I took home with me!!
- Abdul (10/5): Fantastic hotel in great location - We had a fantastic stay, thanks largely to the amazing staff—everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. There’s very little to fault. If I had to be picky, for a hotel charging over €200 per night, it would be nice to have filtered water replenished daily rather than just one bottle for the entire stay. A couple of minor issues worth noting: the phone in room 304 wasn’t working, and the shower door didn’t fully close. Neither caused any real inconvenience, but thought it was worth mentioning.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Cute boutique hotel - Very cute little boutique hotel in the 9eme arrondissement. Perfect location, a real neighbourhood feel in the area with lots of little brasseries, cafes and boutique shops close by. The hotel was very nice with a spacious room .. we had 2 twin beds in the room with plenty of space in between. It was nice and bright with 2 long windows facing the street (but not noisy) . The bathroom was great too with a lovely walk in rainfall shower .. there was a nice continental breakfast available in the morning and complimentary tea /coffee / water available all day. We didn’t get a chance to use the spa so maybe next time! Would definitely recommend staying b here and won’t hesitate in booking again when visiting Paris .. a la prochaine!

- Emma (10/5): Lovely stay - The hotel is absolutely lovely in a great location. The staff were really kind and made sure that we had everything we needed to. We booked the spa for an hour and it was lovely that we had it all to ourselves for that time. There was also water to drink which was nice. It was just missing a towel in the spa and we aren’t sure if we were meant to take ones from the room (altho these were damp from our shower the night before). We didn’t use the bar or restaurant but it looked very nice.

Rooms are Looked after by Alona on the front desk who was amazing and always so than helpful. Rooms are small and 2 people could struggle but fine for one person travelling for biz or pleasure.

- Sandra (10/5): - The receptionist manager was extremely accommodating and offered assistance whenever asked the grounds of the property are absolutely beautiful. It’s like being in your own little magical garden. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fine, but I would recommend some small changes to the menu overall I enjoyed the breakfast, but the three ladies I was with did not. The hotel was charming and very well managed. I would stay there without any hesitation again.

Overall it was a comfortable room and friendly stay but perhaps a bit overpriced for the size of room and things like the alarm going off and loud slamming of doors early in morning.

The rooms sre on the small side, however very clean, bedding is excellent and we booked a room with small terrace that makes up for smaller room. So convenient, with huge variety of cafes, shopping all within 1 minute walk. At night it is extremely quiet which is a huge plus. Easy to get around. Love the private pool and steam room. You must book ahead to use these facilities. Will return and definitely recommend.

- Declan (10/5): Wife’s birthday surprise trip! - From check in to check out they were great! I booked the magical birthday surprise for my wife and they did the room beautifully with decorations balloons and the best champagne France has to offer! We would definitely recommend this hotel and the honesty bar was great we got to make our own coffees in the morning free of charge and a lovely hot chocolate to take back to the room every night! Thanks for accommodating us and we would definitely recommend to others! Oh and ps the deluxe room we stayed in had the most fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower and the terrace had a lovely view of the sacre coure as well!

- Janine (8/5): A lovely gem in Paris - Had a lovely stay here. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Staff really friendly and helpful. Loved the spa at the end of a long day walking and really liked that you book a slot per room so it is private and not over crowded. We only managed to book the spa once but was very enjoyable. Hotel is in a lovely area. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants within easy reach. Felt very safe. Would definitely stay again

- Zachary (10/5): Stay here - This was such a fun spot in Paris. It was pretty convenient for everywhere I wanted to go to. The staff was extremely helpful and spoke English extremely well so I didn’t have to bother with my terrible French. Room is comfortable. Tons of great spots around the hotel and I liked how quiet it was because it’s tucked down a side road

Room was a bit small but comfortable and clean, with wonderful bed. The terrace was lovely. Would recommend and will stay again.

The area is so cute and quaint, definitely not touristy at all which I personally love. So many amazing restaurants and shops walking distance. I will absolutely be retuning to stay here.
- Thomas (10/5): - We stayed at the Hôtel Les Matins de Paris & Spa as part of our trip to Paris for the Olympics. This was our final stop on the trip and our favourite hotel! The hotel is located in a nice area which we reached by the nearby metro. We stayed in room 602 which was a good size room with a nice little balcony with a view of the top of the Sacre Coeur, we overheard at check in that 603 has a view of the Eiffel Tower but it had sadly already been taken! There is however a good view of the Tower from the window in the hall next to the room, so you don't completely miss out. Our booking included 45 minutes access to the spa but as our itinerary at the Olympics changed a number of times I kept requesting a change to our timeslot, however this was accommodated again and again (thank you!). When we used the spa it was lovely and a welcome refreshing break from the Paris heat. The pool is small, but big enough to do a couple of strokes and have a nice underwater soak, definitely a relaxing experience. We didn't eat at the hotel but there are a load of options just on the next street. We had a really great breakfast outside at Carnis Canteen which topped off a great stay.
- Verified traveler (10/5): 5 star - The staff are so friendly and helpful, and speak excellent english. The junior suite was beautiful, food at breakfast fantastic. This hotel is high on our list should we visit paris again.
