Didn’t feel at home and missed a nice hotel lobby. Room was also small, bedroom small and didn’t feel warm and cozy. Staff was young and kind but clearly student side job which is fine but not for these prices. The older man (manager?) was not warm at all when I asked him for recommendations, he pointed me to their own breakfast and then just called out a street.

- Gian-Franco (7/5): Gutes Stadthotel mit freundlichem Personal und feinem Frühstück. - Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Eigene abschliessbare Fächer für die Gepäckaufbewahrung. Gutes Frühstück mit frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen. Das Hotel befindet sich in Fussdistanz von zwei Metrostationen und diversen Buslinien. Es wurde sehr warm im Zimmer. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen war wegen des Verkehrslärms keine Option. Die Klimaanlagen waren generell im Mai ausser Betrieb (Richtlinie des Hotels). Auf meine Reklamation wurde mir aber ein Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt.

There was a major issue with a hairdryer - it was set to a maximum temperature and it wasn’t possible to lower it, so it was overheating and turning off constantly after ~10s of using it. It is walking distance to the center (20 minutes) and public transportation including tram and metro is even closer. There is a good exchange office and some cafes with breakfast nearby. The shower only has fixed showerhead.

Kurutma makinesi ve diğer basit ihtiyaçların dışında odadaki çay, kahve,su ve şarap ücrete dahildi. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve kibardı. Check-out yaptıktan sonra da eşyalarımızı alt kattaki eşya odasına kilitleyip gezdik sonra gelip aldık. Odalar daha dikkatli temizlenebilir, tertemiz değildi ama temizdi idare edilebilir. Bardaklar deterjan kokuyordu.

If they can be more efficient to deliver the warm breakfast, that will be even better. As for the room and stuff, I am satisfied. The location is a bit far from the old town.

- Katrīna (6/5): Not bad, but did not feel like 4 stars. - The staff was amazing, helpful, friendly, when we checked in they even gave us prosecco. I think staff was the best part of this stay. Also loved the sauna – it was a perfect ending of the trip, we reserved and it was totally personal spa time, with snacks, sauna, red light, cold plunge and bubble bath. I recommend using this opportunity. The location was good. One morning we also bought breakfest and that was also very good. It was very loud, we stayed on the second floor (first above reception), the doors from the outside were heavy, so each time someone walked in, the doors slammed – and it was often. I am not a light sleeper, but even for me this was too much , also you can hear everything from the staircase, other rooms and from the street the siren sounds are coming in – overall it was hard to sleep, we asked for the earplugs in the reception provided them. I recommend using earplugs if staying here. In the toilet, the toilet paper holder was broken and was opening all the time, there was also a smell coming from drains in the bathroom.

- agakhan2019 (4/5): Serious concern about lobby access and guest safety - I stayed at Miss Sophie’s for one night before an early flight. When I returned to the hotel around 11pm, I was confronted in the lobby by a non-staff individual who falsely claimed to be the manager. He spoke to me in a hostile and confrontational way, repeatedly told me to “be quiet,” and at one point asked if I “wanted to go outside,” which significantly escalated the interaction. A staff member eventually intervened and the situation de-escalated, but only after it had already become quite uncomfortable. What concerned me most was that this person appeared to be familiar to the receptionist and was allowed access into the hotel lobby, which raises a serious concern about access control and guest safety. I raised the issue with management afterward. While they apologized, they ultimately framed it as a guest interaction and declined to take meaningful responsibility, despite the fact that this occurred in the hotel lobby and involved a non-staff individual falsely presenting himself as management. This incident significantly affected my final evening before an early flight. Based on both the incident itself and the hotel’s handling of it, I would not feel comfortable recommending the property to other travellers. I would be especially concerned about how a solo traveller might experience a similar situation.

- Mirko (8/5): - La nostra stanza era molto bella e pulita. La struttura ben posizionata, ad una ventina di minuti dal centro e vicina ai vari mezzi pubblici. Il calorifero era sempre acceso e faceva rumore nelle prime ore del mattino ma dopo un pò di tempo ci si faceva l’abitudine

- Hayden (10/5): Easy metro access, very cute, loved the bar across the street in the hostel. - So pretty and clean!! Staff was really nice and helpful too! Nothing -
- Rassberry (10/5): Výjimečné ubytování - Pokoj byl zajímavě řešený po designové stránce. Recepční na hotelu, který nás v noci ubytovával, byl velmi milý. Pokoj byl čistý a nic nám na něm nechybělo. Cena byla skvělá. Snídaně , ktere se pro hotel připravují naproti silnuci - byly také výborné a prostředí příjemné. Byla jsem tam s přítelem a určitě se někdy znovu ubytujeme. Nemáme co vytknout.
