• Andrea (7/5): Posizione super il resto così così… - Buona la Posizione vicinissimo a Piazza del Popolo e molto silenzioso Camera poco accogliente: odori sgradevoli in camera, phon non funzionante, assenza di personale. Troppo caro per il servizio offerto.

• Cosimo (9/5): - Ho soggiornato due notti presso Ripetta Central Suites e l'esperienza è stata impeccabile dall'inizio alla fine. Camera veramente bella e soprattutto pulitissima. Si vede che c'è grande attenzione ai dettagli. Raramente si trova una stanza così fornita. C'era tutto il necessario, dai set di asciugamani morbidi fino ai piccoli kit di cortesia come gli spazzolini (un tocco di classe molto apprezzato!). Personale davvero carino e disponibile, pronto a venire incontro a ogni esigenza con il sorriso. La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica per girare la città, ma nonostante la centralità, la stanza era davvero silenziosa

В номере в целом было комфортно, однако хотелось бы обратить внимание на несколько моментов, которые могли бы улучшить впечатление от проживания. Освещение в номере довольно холодное, из-за чего атмосфера кажется менее уютной. На мой взгляд, замена ламп на более тёплый свет, примерно 4300K, сделала бы пребывание в номере значительно приятнее. Также стоит обратить внимание на кондиционер: он выглядит загрязнённым и при включении издаёт посторонние звуки. Возможно, ему требуется чистка и техническое обслуживание. Кроме того, при включении света в туалете очень громко жужжит вентилятор вентиляции. Было бы хорошо проверить его состояние и, при необходимости, заменить. Отдельно отмечу матрас — он показался слишком мягким, что может быть некомфортно для части гостей. Надеюсь, эти замечания будут полезны для улучшения комфорта гостей.

• Shirley (4/5): Great Location, quiet but Significant Plumbing Issues - the location is so convenient and the housekeeping was excellent—the room itself was noticeably clean The Major Issues: • Severe Plumbing Problems: The most disappointing part was the bathroom. There was a persistent bad sewage smell that lingered throughout the stay. • Shower Malfunction: The shower drain was completely jammed up. The water backed up so quickly that I had to stop the water several times during a single shower just to let it drain. It made a simple morning routine very stressful. • Lack of Space: On top of the plumbing issues, the room was too small. There was hardly any space to move around or store luggage comfortably.

Camera costosissima abbiamo passato 31 12 2025 /26 per il 01 01 2026 ci hanno chiesto di lasciare la camera alle ore11:00 vergognoso la tv non funsionava il balcone senza persiane e alle 04 :00 di notte un rumore delle pompe sul balcone un elicottero...pessima

• Aleksandar (8/5): Excellent location and comfortable stay - The location is fantastic — all major sights are within walking distance, and the metro station is just 5 minutes away. The room was small but comfortable, with everything you need and even a small terrace, which is a lovely bonus. The staff is kind, and the internet connection is stable. It takes a bit of patience to get the shower temperature right, but nothing serious.

Alles war extrem sauber, die Betten waren frisch bezogen und es gab stets frische Handtücher. Jeden Tag gab es frischen Kaffee, Tee und sogar Gipfeli – ein toller Service! Der Gastgeber war super freundlich, sehr verständnisvoll auch bei später Ankunft und insgesamt absolut unkompliziert. Die Lage ist perfekt und sehr zentral, alles ist schnell erreichbar. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

• César Alejandro (8/5): BUENA UBICACION. ES COMO UN AIRBNB - Buena ubicación, buena zona cerca de muchos restaurantes y de l plaza del popolo, así como del metro. Recomendable en general. Muy buen tamaño de habitación . Roy es muy amable y servicial . Tuve un poco de interacción con una mujer, quizás la dueña , que no parecía muy amable, afortunadamente Roy es lo opuesto. No es un hotel, no tiene restaurante , no tiene nada . Es como un AIRBNB , prácticamente .

Great communication! - The apartment was located on a quiet street but in a convenient place for restaurants, bars, shopping and classic sight-seeing. Roy contacted us before we arrived and came to show us to our room when the taxi dropped us off. He was helpful and came to do a room clean every day which was exceptional service. The apartment is nothing fancy but it was clean, the shower was powerful & hot and the location was ideal for a long weekend. Nothing, really.

• Livbr0wn (5/5): Passable - The location was amazing for a short stopover in Rome. We could see a lot without having to go far. The bed was comfy and the WiFi worked well. The room had Toothpaste which is always handy. The man who checked us in/out was very friendly. Check in could be smoother. There was a miscommunication which meant it was a little complicated to get into the room. We felt like the property had to go out of their way to check us in at 3pm. Similarly, we needed to confirm our check out time, even if it was before the designated time. We didn't expect a 24hr receptionist but it would be nice if the property was more responsive to messages. The room itself was OK. It's small but we didn't come to Rome to stay in the room all day. The bathroom needed some work doing but it was OK. Our room was right in front of the entrance so we could hear when everyone came and went which wasn't nice. The fridge right next to the bed also made a lot of noise during the night.

The rooms are a bit noisy. The street is quiet, however it is possible to hear the sounds of other people entering the structure.
