• Nathalie (6/5): Beauté du paysage - décevant, j'ai réservé cet hôtel pour "ses engagements écologiques", il y avait un parfum trop fort à l'accueil et de plus la climatisation le renvoyait dehors! pourquoi 2 piscines? cet endroit n'est pas aux normes des vrais établissements éco responsables, le restaurant n'est pas extraordinaire et il est cher, je ne retournerai pas dans cet endroit, en revanche le cadre est trés beau

Das Zimmer mit dem Pool war unglaublich. Jemanden hat geschrieben , es war es Wert. Darum habe ich auch 2 Nächte mit Pool gebucht und Ja, es war es wert. Grosse Terasse für dich Allein und das Aussicht war unglaublich. Wir kommen wieder! Danke für das super Erlebnis!

• Donna (2/5): - The venue and property was spectacular. The views were like none other. The service was terrible!! I ordered champagne to be sent over to a group of friends on several different times one evening and it were never received. On the same evening, I ordered a glass of wine and waited more than thirty minutes for it and had to continuously ask for it. I wish I could say that the lack of service was because the bar/ restaurant was busy, but that was not the case. I was the only person in the bar and the party I was attempting to send over drinks to were the only ones on patio. The next morning, I ordered a coffee in lounge area at 10 am. I was told I needed to order at pool with outside server. What they neglected to tell me that the person who tends to the bar, did not start until noon. At which point I went to the main desk and asked to speak to the manager. Upon listening to my experiences, the manager simply stated that they servers must have been busy. When I assured him that they were not as I was the only one in the lounge, he failed to offer to send the champagne to the party nor did he offer any apologizes. I spent a lot of money to be treated so poorly. Would not go back or recommend this hotel. To bad because the property is spectacular.

La restauration petit déjeuner et dîner succulents, avec une belle carte des vins. Le personnel au petit soins, et le spa également très agréable. Un endroit a recommander.

We love the holistic preservation of the mountains surrounded by herbs and botanical garden alongside the rosds between the houses and villas. The villa with the pool is worth every penny if you want to have some privacy without having to share space with others in the common pool area, which is also a great place to relax in!

La piscina del spa no se puede utilizar, a no ser que contrates un tratamiento, que en la mayoría de los casos, el tratamiento para dos, es más caro que el precio de la habitación. Las vistas decepcionantes, ya que teníamos en primer plano todo el techo de spa.

Rooms needed a lick of paint and I would have expected tea and coffee making facilities in them. Which we were told were only available in the suites with private jacuzzi rooms. Didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food.

The staff are helpful and very professional, the setting is gorgeous. Situated in the mountains, the views of the valley from the room are stunning. Great location for a walk/hike, and a very well thought architecture/design. It respects the environment and it melts with the colors and the nature. The room is extremely comfortable and the design is modern and clean. Bed very comfortable. We will surely be back soon.
• Sze Nok (10/5): New eco hotel that strongly recommended - The hotel is so close to Mother Nature which gave us a silent and relaxing stay. The reception and all staff are so helpful! We run out of fuel one day and the staff helped to buy big bottles of diesel when they are coming to work and help us to fill the oil! Much appreciated for the excellent service! And the property is so clean and new with great view!

• James (10/5): You should probably book more nights.. - Found it randomly while tripping down the coast of Spain, thinking we were staying for just an overnight.. ended up lingering in a perfect, remote feeling and beautiful little paradise.
• Ralph (8/5): Great location for a romantic weekend - Stayed for one night with wife. Great location, phantasy ice location and view, staff super nice and helpfull. 5 stars so far. Downside was 1) great to have a private jaccuzie, but as it was not heated, it was not that useful. 2) private location was lovely, but constantly overlooked by workmen working on the suite next door 3) very strong odour from some wood treatment in the suite Would give 4 stars overall. Overall, it was worth the price for a one-off stay at a beautiful location, might go back some other time, but probably run out of things to do after a couple of days.
