• smogette (6/5): Says Jomtien, Pattaya but miles away !!!!! - GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. NICE STAFF. There is no lift or hot tub; nowhere to sunbathe, although the beach just down the road, but no sunbeds on the beach. The farthest you could get from Jomtien its at the other end of the beach, 35 minutes in a bolt taxi to Pattaya.
• Michael (10/5): 5ive beach hotel - Im ganzen war ich mit der preis/leistungsverhältnis sehr zufrieden..netter Empfang, Zimmer war ordentlich sehr sauber. In 3 Minuten war man zu Fuß am Strand und es gab auch gute Verkehrsverbindungen in die Innenstadt pattaya ..wenn man einen etwas längeren Spaziergang machen wollte könnte man da auch zu Fuß hin gehen. Einfach nur den Strand 🏖️ entlang. Also es hat sich schon mal wieder gelohnt, war jetzt zum zweiten mal da und würde es immer wieder weiter empfehlen.

• 64garryp (8/5): Short stay in jontiem - The food nearby is half the price then in central pattaya, The beach is alot more quiet and at night time lots of little bars on the beach to relax, Hotel staff were great and rooms cleaned and fresh towels everyday, Only problem was there was no lift
• LoongTung (4/5): Not so good but fair price - Very small hotel with old room. Poor surrounding but quiet. Poor signal of Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Hotel staff was fairly nice. Only good thing of this hotel was room rates. We have paid around 600 Baht per room per night.

• NaturalPestControl (8/5): Great little hotel for the price - Friendly staff, fast check-in and check-out. Big TV with many western channels. Small balcony with seaview. A bluetooth speaker set. Coffee facilities. Separate toilet and bathroom. It's very close to a Family Mart open 24 hours and boulevard, the beach is a little further.

• frogleg64 (8/5): Peaceful stay - I had a lovely room on the 5th floor - very quiet with a small balcony facing into street. The staff were lovely and very kind. I stayed here 4 nights, did lots of walking into the main part of town - a really good long walk for exercise. The public transport (Tuk Tuks) were excellent at 10 Baht - great value and constantly passing the street & hotel so when l didn't feel like walking, it was easy to get around. A good money for value place.
• joeyting82 (8/5): Pleasant, helpful & friendly - Very kind & helpful staffs, especially the hotel manager, Ms Jane. According to Agoda.com,our room is too small to contain 2A, 1K. Thus, last min I requested for upgrade room to bigger bed, she is so helpful tat bring me to check out each room n let me choose d best suit room for me. The room was clean with fridge & microwave so that we can reheat the frozen packed foods which we bought from 7-11 & Family Mart. Other than that she also helped us to call due to language hindrances for transport driver to ride us around Pattaya and bring us to our event venue. The only thing bout this hotel is that no clear signage for the hotel at the entry junction to ease the searching for the hotel from main road.
• mark (10/5): Lovely modern budget room near beach - A lovely budget hotel modern clean room with lovely 40" flat screen TV comfy bed with small balcony nice seperate shower and toilet microwave in room a little bit far along beach road but only a short taxi ride away definitely stay again
• Doramariana (6/5): far from attraction. - the hotel is located at the far end of jomtien beach and as taxi drivers would say, it is no longer in jomtien but it's considered as najomtien. the hotel's location always makes taxi driver lost its way. the location of the hotel is not accessible to any attraction, you'll need to walk an approximate of 15-20 mins before you see any convienient shops. room was pretty spacious but there's no view. wifi was good. ammenties were limited to a soap dispenser. i'll def not recommend this hotel due to the location.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Ocean view suiteではありません - ジョムティンビーチの外れにあります。 見た目はホテルというより小さなアパートという感じ、5F建てでエレベーターはありません。 3Aの部屋はOVとあったが海は殆ど見えない。4F以上がオーシャンビューのよう。簡易キッチンとあったけど、電子レンジとポットの置いてある棚の事でしょうか？棚と部屋にあったテーブルは埃だらけであまり不快だったので自分のタオルで拭き掃除しました。 この部屋のカテゴリーOcean view suiteってどういう意味でしょうか…部屋はすれ違うのが困難な程狭い部屋でしたけど…。ちゃんと部屋の広さも書き込むべき。
• Buppa (8/5): คือว่าชอบมากๆ - ได้พักในชั้น 5 ไม่มีลิฟท์ แต่ไม่เป็นปัญหา เพราะว่าวิวสวยมากได้นอนดูดาวที่ระเบียงสวยมาก ห้องพักก็สวยมากๆ แต่มีแมลงสาปตกใจมาก พี่ที่ต้อนรับดีมากโทรบอกทางตลอด เช็คอินเร็วสุดๆ ไม่รอนานได้เข้าพักเลย ที่พักเดินออกจากซอยนิดเดียวก็เห็นทะเลแล้ว แต่ถ้ามีรถส่วนตัวมาจะสะดวกกว่าเพราะว่ารถ 2แถวเค้าจะวิ่งแค่ร้านสุดทางรักเข้ามาต่อแค่บางคัน แต่คราวหน้าไปถูกแล้วและจะไปพักอีกแน่นอน ชอบมากๆค่ะ
• F8519OKmarcoc (2/5): Ants and crockroaches - We stayed at this hotel this week having booked for 10 nights however after 2 nights we checked out. this hotel is a long way from pattaya town. the room was not clean and ants were in the bed we got bitten on the first night. i would not recommend this Hotel to anybody. Very disapointed indeed. we moved to a better hotel in Pattaya half the price with breakfast included.
• sasapins2014 (8/5): Beyond expectation - Our room was the big one on the 3rd floor. We got a great deal off Agoda.com for this fantastic little suite. Clean and spacious with sunshine to greet you in the morning. I don't mind the fact that it doesn't have seaview, but the beach is just 50 meters away.

• 23williamb (2/5): Not as advertised! - My room had no internet access, the phone did not work and it is a 15-20 min walk up the road to the beach. The area this hotel is located in the ocean comes up to the sea wall, there is no beach. Where this hotel is located is Na jomtien, not in Jomtien Beach. Only Russian restaurants located near. No convents store, no 7 Eleven near by either. There is a kitchenette but if you use the stove it is a 3000 baht fine. I paid 12 days in advance stayed one night and was not refunded any cash. I would highly recommend you stay far away from this place!
• cottage21 (4/5): CHECK ITS BUILT - Booked through Agoda for 5 nights 19-24 December 13 back in August 13 when we arrived we found the hotel was being extended into the building next door so was not habitable as stairwell was being used as access for building works and the reception area is being used as the works canteen. i am no builder but i would not think it will be ready before May 14 as building work is in early stages so check with who you booked if you going before then to check works are complete also this hotel is at the end of beyond in Jomtien so transport is apparently difficult according to locals we spoke to and the hotel advertises the beach only 50 yards away as in other reviews when we were there being only a short time the sea was right up to the sea wall so therefore no beach and a 10-15 min walk along the coast to get to any sand .

• pascalc532 (6/5): Average value for cheap Ikea furnished dusty room - The four floors "residence" is located in a narrow alley at the very end of Jomtien beach street. Rather quiet as it is far from the bar(s) for Russian tourists. Not far you have a lot of restaurants dedicated to the Russian tourist, food is extremely expensive and unfortunately extremely bad! I've been living in Thailand for more than four years and it is my very first experience with such bad food. Our room was at the third flour despite the fact I had booked for the fourth flour. It was furnished with cheap, built in a hurry Ikea furniture. I can imagine the rooms looked fantastic a few years ago but now it is a different story. Many, many things in the room and bathroom were half broken or about to break (you better make sure you check everything the first hour you get in the room and report with a list to the very nice and helpful landlady because she will charge THB3,000 per broken or damaged item). We were scared to touch things thinking they might get broken. The room is partially cleaned on a daily basis, I use partially because dust is removed from all around the furniture. Top of the shelves and under the bed are places I would invite anyone not to get too close to as they are extremely dusty. These two places have not been dusted for months and a vacuum session once a week would be a good thing indeed. Overall impression is average indeed, almost THB3,000 for three nights is what it did cost us.

• gemxgems (8/5): Very good but very quiet area in June! - I loved the decoration of the hotel very up modern and the little touches like bath robes , slippers,DVD and USB connections to the tv all unexpected. The service was brilliant and could speak good English. Only down side to the hotel was the area very close to the beach but not much sand and tide comes in early,Only a few restaurants open when i went in June but can see it is a busier place in the high season. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a quiet area but if you are wanting a lively night life its probably not for you.

We recommend this hotel, only if you go with low expectations.

• Jem_Latts (8/5): Good value, helpful staff, nice room, far away from Pattaya centre - AU$48 per night got us the best room in this small hotel. The room wasn't huge but was new and well appointed (excellent LCD tv and sound system) and included a home cooked thai meal each day. The 2 ladies who run the place are very friendly and helpful and speak pretty good english. Our taxi driver had a lot of trouble finding the place as it is really small, new and out of the way. The only problem with it was it is a long way away from Pattaya centre which made it quite hard to get back to after a night partying in Walking Street. But if you're looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday this place would be ideal. Jomtien beach itself is nice but there are so many russian tourists its not funny. They make the best banana tot along the main drag near the 7 eleven.
• masuk (6/5): Cramped, far from anywhere - I made a last minute booking for this place, and as it said 'Jomtien Beach', I went for it. It was a long drive along the coast on a very busy road, packed with people and restaurants. The sandy beach disappeared, as the tide was in and the water lapped at the walls. not the deck chairs covered beach I imagined. Our room was on level five, and was very cramped. I felt I had to walk sideways to move around. As I have a very bad knee, clambering up five flights to eat, drink, swim etc was very wearing. The staff are most helpful and fully understood that I could not stay a second night. I moved a few km down the road and opposite the sandy beaches I had envisaged.
• Y8613XVdeanm (10/5): Fantastic Value - This is a great little place to set yourself in while staying in Jomtien. Although at the far end of town it's also close to a quiet stretch of beach and some nice restaurants. If you want the busy end of town jump on the baht bus and you'll be there in five minutes. The hotel rooms (we had number 4) are spacious, well appointed and have everything you need including a lovely balcony with a sea view. There's also perks in a free daily meal, free water and a couple of complimentary beers to settle you in. I must also mention the superb staff. They work like trojans, always smile and nothing is too much. What lovely people. I heartily recommend staying here.
