- Ilse (6/5): ok - Die Lage war super, die Zimmer sauber BETTEN waren zu schmal, um darin als Kollegen zusammen zu schlafen. Somit konnten statt 4 nur 2 Personen untergebracht werden. Ein Zustellbett war nicht verfügbar. Auch gibt es keine Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten laut der telefonisch erreichten Dame.

Der Lüfter im Bad wird teilweise sehr laut und wir wussten uns erst nicht zu helfen. Dieser hat sich dann zum Glück nach etwas mehr als einer halben Stunde ausgeschalten. In der Zeit hatte ich schon versucht einen Ansprechpartner zu finden. Aber auf Nachrichten wurde nicht reagiert und die Telefonnummer auf der Homepage ist nicht zu erreichen 🥶

- Shilpa (10/5): Room is good, really like the room however, open the door by cleaner without my permission it’s not acceptable - Nice view, calm and Quiet, easy accessible of transport Morning 9am, cleaner was trying to open the room and she opened my room, I was quite surprise, when someone is staying at the room how can the staff or cleaner person open the room. She told me someone complaint about the room lock, as the room lock is not working so she tried my room lock whether it’s working or not. My point is hotel staff member who has record like in which room people already staying definitely don’t access those room wherever you can check with another room instead of the room anyone is staying there. It’s very frustrated, without my permission you can access my room
- Mike (7/5): - Schneller checkin, obwohl kein Personal, sauber, grosses Zimmer, konnten das Zimmer tauschen, weil das erste Bett zu schmal war. Im ersten Zimmer war das französische Bett für uns viel zu schmal, max 140cm, nur 4 Bügel, was für eine Woche Aufenthalt zu wenig ist. In beiden Zimmer jedoch sehr unbequeme zu harte Matratzen. Ist natürlich eine subjektive Meinung.

- Aline (8/5): - Appartement très propre avec des lits confortable, l'emplacement est topissime à 1 min de la gare (trajet pour Munich 30 minutes) et d'un très grand magasin (Edeka). Le stationnement dans la rue est possible. C'est d l'ordre du détail, mais la vaisselle mise à disposition n'était pas suffisante pour un couple (notament les verres) et la luminosité n'est pas bonne quand on souhaite manger le soir à l'appartement (ambience tamisé).

Im Kühlschrank erwarteten mich Wasserflaschen und ein Piccolo :-) Wunderbar ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht - ich komme sicher wieder her! Lediglich die Betten waren ein wenig durchgelegen, das ist aber am Ende vielleicht auch Geschmackssache.

- Fatih (1/5): - Nichts ich habe über Booking.com in der Nacht ein Zimmer gebucht. Die mir nach der Buchung mitgeteilte Telefonnummer war jedoch nicht erreichbar – es erfolgte weder eine Antwort noch ein Rückruf. Als ich ca. 30 Minuten später vor Ort war, fand ich an der Tür eine andere Telefonnummer. Nach Kontaktaufnahme wurde mir zunächst mitgeteilt, ich solle 15–20 Minuten auf einen Zugangscode warten. Anschließend wurde mir ein Rückruf zugesagt, welcher jedoch nicht erfolgte. Bei erneutem Kontakt wurde ich am Telefon respektlos, aggressiv und äußerst unhöflich behandelt. Statt einer Lösung wurde mir gesagt, ich solle weiter warten, andernfalls könne die Buchung einfach storniert werden und ich solle „nicht nerven“. Zudem wurde mir indirekt vorgeworfen, zu spät gebucht zu haben. Wann ich eine Buchung tätige, ist jedoch ausschließlich meine Angelegenheit und keinesfalls Ihr Problem. Eine bestätigte Buchung verpflichtet Sie unabhängig von der Uhrzeit zur ordnungsgemäßen Leistungserbringung. Ein derartiges Verhalten ist absolut inakzeptabel und entspricht in keiner Weise einem professionellen Umgang mit Kunden.

The whole place is modern, recently renovated and clean. The checkin was fully automatic and effortless. During my whole stay I have not seen any staff (a person). Reception was not occupied even during the hours iindicated. Unfortunately, neither has my room seen any person. Stayed for two nights, no room service or cleanup in between. Bed was very soft and uncomfortable. I also did not like that the smoke detector was wrapped in plastic sheets to prevent it to go off. Wtf...

Mit der S-Bahn ist man in kurzer Zeit im Zentrum. Zugang mit Code. Tolles Bauwerk. Helles, sauberes Apartment. Funktionell - alles, was man so braucht. Aufmerksam - im Kühlschrank stand Mineralwasser. Danke! Preis-Leistung sehr gut. Absolut empfehlenswert! Etwas uncharmant, dass eine Dame des Reinigungsteams kurz nach 9.00 Uhr (Checkout 11.00 Uhr) ohne Ankündigung die Tür zum Zimmer geöffnet hatte mit der Erklärung: "Wollte nur mal gucken, ob noch jemand da ist!" - kann passieren.

Der Öffner der Haustüre war defekt und wir konnten nicht mehr in das Hotel. Nur durch Zufall hat uns jemand aufgemacht der im Hotel war. Auch nach der Abreise war niemand zu erreichen.

A eso de las 9 AM del ultimo dia, por algun motivo que desconozco, no se si fue el personal de la limpieza o el propietario del establecimiento. Estaba el seguro puesto, y nos forzaron la puerta hasta abrirla, mientras mi pareja y yo estabamos durmiendo. Obviamente nos despertaron, y supongo que al darse cuenta que estabamos aun ahi, cerraron y se fueron. Aun no era la hora del check out, esto fue a las 9:24 AM, el check out era a las 11. No escribo esto como nada malo, sencillamente fue la experiencia que tuvimos, por lo demas todo correcto

The door panel didn't work one night so we could not enter. There is no possibility to contact anyone by phone or email, which means that if you have a problem with your access code, you're basically on the street. They charged me for an extra night that I didn't book and I couldn't sleep in the hotel one of the nights I did book because the electronic panel at the entrance door wasn't working. Customer service is really a 0.
