• virginia (8/5): - O lugar tem boa localização e dar pra fazer tudo andando. O quarto parecia limpo, porém havia baratas no lugar. O chuveiro jogava bastante água pra fora da banheira e não tinha como regular. Fora que a agua não descia rápido e precisada ficar com agua até a canela, tomando banho.

• Pamela (1/5): A horribly disgusting experience - Where it was located It was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The floor had potato chips and Q-tips bathtub and shower had hair in it and the floors in the bathroom were disgustingly black in areas. I don’t know how it got anybody a high rating. It was horrible. I don’t think the floors had been mopped in months.

• debbie (10/5): - It is fairly close to downtown, but please wear your walking shoes. If you can not walk, take the hop and off trolley they offer. It was very accommodating for the ones that were with us that could walk very far. The water smelled a little, but I am guessing it is well water. I used bottled water for my coffee.

• john (9/5): - One of the better budget. motels, especially given the location (walking distance to Old Town). Clean, updated,.3 chairs and a small table, comfortable bed, quiet for a good night's sleep.

• Weilian (7/5): It was pretty good. - It is close to the historic district. Room was clean. No breakfast, but restaurants nearby. No elevator to the 2nd floor, had to drag luggage upstairs.

• Weyland (7/5): Fine basic accommodation. Nothing fancy but good for me. - Older motel but excellent location and price. Within walking distance of everything, half a mile from the historic district. AC kept it cool but I never was able to keep the fan running which I like to do.
• Karen (5/5): Okay stayed - The location was convenient to many sites. The staff was friendly. There's free parking. I don't mind staying in two star hotels as long as they are clean. Unfortunately, our room was not. The floors were really dirty, ice box frozen solid, the AC loud and the walls pretty thin. The family above us and the one next door to us made a lot of noise and made it difficult to sleep. (This isn't the fault of the establishment.)

• David (10/5): Excellent in st Augustine - Everything was perfect. The girl who was in the front desk was so kind because we arrived a little bit late and there was no problem. The room was huge, perfect. Beds were so comfortable, and there were several pillows to choose. Excellent! Parking free, and so walkable.

Nous avions une chambre au rez-de-chaussée donnant sur la rue et on avait l'impression que piétons et voitures passaient au pied du lit! On entend également les personnes qui parlent devant la chambre comme si elles s'adressaient à nous. Le bonus, la chasse d'eau qui se remplit en permanence à cause d'une fuite et la machine à glace à 5 m de la porte qui n'isole d'aucun bruit.

Water was hot and good power in the shower , wasn't noisy at night. The bathroom looked old but don't judge to quickly water was always hot and pressure was decent.

• Steven (9/5): I will stay here everytime! - Easy parking, walkable to historic St Augustine. Very clean and smelled good. Well maintained for an older property. This is a basic no frills location (did have small fridge, microwave and coffee pot). Barely any lights in room.

The floor was so dirty that my white socks got black just walking on it. The towels definitely need to be replaced. They were so small and thin they were almost useless. Soap dispenser was empty.

• Jean (10/5): It provides an opportunity for a great experience in the City!! - Location was excellent for experiencing most of the main attractions of St. Augustine. The trolly is close and we were able to leave our car in the lot past checkout. The attendants were very welcoming and helpful.

The parking and easy walk to town was wonderful and the personnel were very helpful. The tub/shower/toilet room is very small, but all worked good and was a small inconvenience compared to all the advantages.

• Inesa (5/5): I’ll be honest about both pros and cons, and I hope the management takes this as feedback, not criticism. Pros: Very fr - Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff who recommended places to visit. Excellent location — about a 7-minute walk to the heart of the historic center. Free Wi-Fi that works perfectly, free parking, and an iron with an ironing board. Cons: The windows do not open, so there was no fresh air in the room. My son has allergies to dust and mold, and we had to use the air conditioner briefly. Unfortunately, it was very loud and did not seem well maintained — my son immediately developed allergy symptoms. Early in the morning I had to open the main entrance door just to let in some fresh air, which raised safety concerns. Soundproofing is poor: if your room faces the road, you can hear everything outside as if the windows were open. Cleanliness was not satisfactory. The bathtub, especially the anti-slip stickers, was not properly clean, and the stickers themselves make thorough cleaning difficult. The furniture is old; one bed was very squeaky with noticeable springs. For an “economy” option this is acceptable, but USD 120 per night with taxes feels high (this is my subjective opinion).
