On our check in day w a member of our family arrived early and asked to use the internet condition, the clerk was not helpful and rude to her. All the other staff were professional and helpful.

The staff was courteous and very helpful, the entire hotel was impeccably clean, the beds were very comfortable, the mini kitchen was well stocked, and pool and breakfast were good. We enjoyed the games, the books, & the gym and the infoot and outdoor tables and chairs. A variety of restaurants are walkable from the hotel. We had a wonderful stay, and would definitely recommend this place to singles, couples, & families. It will fit all of your needs for a clean, quiet, comfortable, and enjoyable stay. We wish all hotels were so pleasant!

It was clean and smelled nice through the hotel and they seemed to have nice amenities although we did not utilize them ourselves. There was an alarm set from previous guest that woke us up at 6am, the beds were less than desirable. My son found a black wavy hair in his food.

It was also very clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly. It is located off of Pelham Road and convenient to everything!! We were welcomed as Diamond members and we come to this hotel quite often when we are in town. (Even though we have family in town, because we like our own space!)

- Patricia (1/5): Rude manager, poor facilities, horrible location - Bed were comfortable Wallpaper peeling, next to a rehab center, wouldn’t honor refund even though we paid extra for the early cancellation. We had a sick child that needed a Dr and checked out by 8am before our second night. Manager very rude and said that she would honor the refund of the second night but doubled the price of the first since that “was the going rate”, which resulted in no money back. The other employees were very nice. Would never book at a Hilton property or through Booking.com ever again. Booking.com wouldn’t refund since we paid the property directly.

- Kyky0402 (10/5): THE BEST HOME2 in GREENVILLE, SC. 100% RECOMMENDED.! - We are on a road trip and have stayed at many other Home2 Suites because we prefer them. However, this particular location made me feel especially comfortable. We stayed the night of July 7th and checked out on July 8th. First, the neighborhood is safe and pleasant, with many good restaurants nearby. There is ample parking, so that won't be an issue. As soon as you enter, you notice it smells nice and everything is clean. The restroom on the first floor is well-equipped and spotless. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a heater and A/C that work well. There are plenty of clean, soft towels. The gym and pool are also recommended. The staff at the reception were very professional, respectful, and friendly. They even offered us cookies that day. During breakfast, we met NIKETA , who is the kindest and most helpful person working there. She was incredibly sweet and assisted us twice during breakfast. We really appreciate her kindness and how valuable it is to have people like her in the hospitality business, she just makes people feel like home. Next time in Greenville, I will definitely choose this Home2 Suites again. Thank you!

- Rebecca (10/5): Amazing value for a comfortable stay - This hotel was great. Clean, bright, updated. The staff was awesome. Easy check-in. Easy extension of our stay. We were greeted with smiles and conversation by everyone who worked there - all of the staff takes ownership of this hotel and everyone takes pride in what they do to make this place a lovely place to stay. Chocolate chip cookies on the counter, green apples in a bowl - complimentary as a treat after the stress of travel. It was much appreciated. The breakfast was enough to get you started for the day but not hearty. The breakfast buffet was clean and tidy. We were asked if we needed anything multiple times by multiple people. Adorably, at the end of breakfast, the staff visits the buffet. I liked to see it so much! Keeping food waste to a minimum. Spending a precious few moments in passing to say good morning and wish each other well for the day. It was truly lovely to see staff seem to like each other. The mail men and the UPS guys were greeted nicely and given apples. The rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds and a kitchen space. The pool was sparkling clean with towels left on every chaise lounge. Off of the interstate!!!! Not even at a resort. This was a great place to stay for the last few days of our whirlwind trip up and down the East Coast before we flew back to Germany. Stay here. Nothing.

Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8am and then again at like 1030. We got there late the night before and were only there 1 night, there was no reason to bang on our twice, but especially not that early!

- Gail (10/5): Great hotel option! - Excellent hotel! Great service, friendly staff. Comfortable, conveniently located near airport. I love the Market in the lobby. The weather was bad so we didn't have to get out to get food.

- Steven (8/5): The stay was very comfortable. However, the picture of the room showed a full sized pot. Change that - The waffles were good and a very good variety of fruit juices. The breakfast sandwiched looked like they sat for a while as did the omelets. The bananas were a little to ripe for my preference and the coffee was very weak for our taste. No French Vanilla creamer.

- 247TAW (10/5): excellent experience - I stayed in rm 108. We came for business. From the time we arrived until check-out my stya was perfect. My room was clean. Beds could be firmer. Staff was amazing. Continental breakfast was great. always clean. Perfect location for dining. It is a pet hotel,however I didn't smell or experience a pet smells. Very clean fitness room. Laundry room was free. I would stay here again,if I could get the same room. I don't know about other rooms.
