• Lutz (2/5): Nacht ohne Schlaf - Nähe zum Bhf Hatte 2 Bett Zimmer gebucht. Bekam ein Mehrbett Zimmer mit Stockbett zugewiesen. Jugendherbergsschlafsack zum selber Beziehen. Toilette war auf dem Gang gegenüber, die Küche auch. Alles sehr hellhörig. Kaum geschlafen. Toilette war zunächst verstopft. Wurde aber prompt gerichtet.

I had a private room which included a bathroom and a bunk bed so I assume it was intended for two people. There is a kitchen whuch I used and a common room with TV The bed linen smelled so fresh as did the towels The hotel water ran out before I had finished my shower but it is a big building so demand could be high at certain times
• SERHII (1/5): Бажаю гарного відпочинку - Я навіть не заселився. Нас зустріла прибиральниця і запропонувала ліжко в чотирьох місному хостелі. Не адміністратор не співробітник рецепції,а саме прибиральниця яка довго спілкувалася з кимось по телефону і потім намагалась вибачитись і пропонувала відмінити замовлення. Бо замовлення в мене було двомісний номер стандарт. З Buking відразу зв'язатись немає можливості господар помешкання робить наголос саме на помилку цього додатку. Тому не рекомендую ні цей отель ні додаток.PS ніколи не думав що в Європі є такі проблеми. Всім гарних відпочинків. Вірю що добро переможе.
• Rodermund (1/5): Kandidat til programmet 0 stjerner - Beliggenheden Stedet falder fra hinanden. Indvendig som udvendig. Alle faciliteter er ikke vedligeholdt.
• Ralf (7/5): Wenn man keine Ansprüche stellt, kann man hier günstig übernachten. - Die Lage 6 Minuten vom Bahnhof und unterhalb des Steinbergs ist für Wanderungen, z.B. auf die steinbergalm, ideal. Auch der Weg zur Altstadt ist kurz und in der Nähe hält der Bus zum Besucherbergwerk. Der Balkon des "Deluxe" Doppelzimmers mit eigenem Bad lag zur Westseite und hatte Abendsonne. Ich fand die Matratzen okay aber meiner Partnerin waren sie zu weich. Hunde kosten keine Aufpreis und die Gassi-Möglichkeiten sind gut. Es gibt keine Rezeption, man muss eine Mobilfunknummer anrufen und wenn man Glück hat, geht jemand ran, der aber nur Englisch spricht und einem den Code für den Schlüsseltresor durchsagt. Das WLAN-Kennwort hängt neben dem Schlüsseltresor, aber der Empfang ist nicht berauschend. Die Gemeinschaftsküche wurde Wochen oder Monate nicht mehr sauber gemacht. Man traut sich nicht das gespülte Geschirr und Besteck in die dreckigen Schränke und Schubladen zu räumen. Besteck ist außerdem Mangelware. Wir haben uns Gabeln und Löffel im Edeka besorgt. Der Kaffeeautomat war auch länger nicht in Betrieb, genauso wie der Warenautomat. Die Haustüre des Hostels ist immer auf, so dass auch Unbefugte eintreten könnten. Das Doppelbett waren zwei zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten und es gab nur eine freie Steckdose im Bad, wo dafür dann die Spiegelbeleuchtung nicht funktionierte.

• Naiya (5/5): Sirve para una noche pero tiene sus fallas - Me gusto que fue facil el check in y el check out, las camas eran amplias y la ubicación es buena, silenciosa y segura. No hay recepción todo es por teléfono, la ducha se llenaba de agua porque las cañerías estaban sin funcionar o tapadas, no había jabón de baño en el lavamanos. Eramos dos personas y solo recibimos un cubre cobertor siendo que teníamos dos cobertores y una sola toalla. La habitación se notaba que la habían limpiado, pero al rededor de la cama estaba con polvo y de verdad no cuesta mucho quitar las arañas y las telarañas de las esquinas, eso mejoraría la estancia.

Zimmer und Bad waren sauber. Insgesamt habe wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Küche wirkt leider sehr abgenutzt, das ist schade.

Derudover var det dsv en smule små ubehageligt, som to unge kvinder. Låsen virker dårligt og der er glas i dørene, med kun en ødelagt gardin, som er sat fast med lidt tape i bunden. Her er også meget lyt og lugter lidt sjovt.

• luisa (5/5): Das Gruselhaus von Goslar - Große Zimmer, unkomplizierter Checkin/Checkout. Riesiges Haus nahezu menschenleer.. Großes knarrendes Treppenhaus erinnert an einen Horrorfilm.. Hat was cooles..wenn man so etwas mag.. Jedoch keine Empfehlung für Familien mit Kindern.. Kein direkter Ansprechpartner/ keine Rezeption. Küche sehr unhygienisch und unnutzbar. Bäder teils defekt (Keine Duschhalterung im 1. & 2 OG), unhygienisch (Fäkalgeruch im 2.OG) Partykeller unbrauchbar. Alle Geräte teils defekt, teils unvollständig, Raum dreckig. Sehr verwinkelt und erinnert mit Gittertür, helle Barde, und Kettentisch eher an einen Folterkeller... Alles in allem ok für eine Nacht wenn man es außergewöhnlich, nahezu gruselig mag. Rauch- und Canabis Geruch im ganzen Haus.
• Joanna (10/5): Alles super :) - Bei uns lief alles problemlos. Bei Fragen oder kleinen Problemen wurde uns sofort geholfen, die freundlichen Herren vor Ort haben sich wirklich um alles gekümmert. Die Betten sind zwar etwas älter, aber gemütlich und völlig in Ordnung. Unsere Kinder fanden das Hostel richtig toll und fühlten sich wie in einem Schloss. Für uns war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Zusätzlich ist die Ortschaft sehr schön. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder:) Für den Preis kann man wirklich nicht meckern.

Bett sehr bequem, Zimmer in angenehmer Größe. Eine Badezimmer auf der Etage für mehrere Zimmer ist zu wenig. Ich musste immer längere Zeit warten, bis es frei war. Die Küche machte keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Leider kein WLAN in der obersten Etage.

• Залужна (6/5): Але якщо ви шукаєте бюджетний варіант то на одну ніч цілком може бути. - Ззовні дуже гарний хостел, автентичний , старовинний. Зручне розташування ,йти кілька хвилин від вокзалу. Але запах просто жахливий від старості стін, він пронизує просто кожен сантиметр. Кімнати більш-менш чисті , були липкі двері на шафі і над ним звисало павутиння.

• Anika (2/5): - NIE WIEDER! Ab 15uhr wäre Check In gewesen, wir waren pünktlich dort. Vor Ort findet man eine Telefonnummer die man anrufen soll um den Code für den Schlüsselsafe zu bekommen. Nach endlosen Versuchen jemanden zu erreichen, wurden wir nach über zwei Stunden zurückgerufen und wir durften das Zimmer beziehen. Kein Entschuldigung , Kein Nichts. Über die Sauberkeit fange ich jetzt gar nicht erst an.... Spart euch das Geld und schlaft lieber im Auto oder am Bahnhof.

No service, No Towel, Not cleaned, Bot even personal washroom for a family, Mold in washroom, We couldn't even on floor of the room, sticky I booked a room with double decker beds but they provided some thing else. I wish if I could refund my money.

• Denis (10/5): Exceptional - For this price, it was a perfect option for a worker in transit. Simple, clean, and comfortable — exactly what was needed for a short stay. Great value. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue during check-in. The procedure was only possible via phone call in either German or English. However, our employee, who was staying at the property while transiting through Germany, does not speak either language. As a result, it took us some time to solve the situation. He had to stop a passerby near the hostel and ask them to call the property on his behalf, using the phone at the location. We were informed that without someone speaking directly to the host by phone, the entry code to access the keys could not be provided. It was quite inconvenient.

• Warren (8/5): Very good - The place is like an old villa on the outskirts of town and is very atmospheric. Everything about my private room was lovely. The WiFI was very fast, maybe because there were few other guests. It was very quiet. The group kitchen in the hostel wasn't kept clean. I only used it to boil some water for coffee and noodles. The property is unstaffed. I did not receive instructions on check-in priot to arrival and had to make an expensive phone call when I got to the property. Hmmmm, 5 minutes on the phone adds about 15 Euros to the cost of things when you don't have a local phone plan.
• Kaye (6/5): Economical stay, clean linens and towels - Get to see an old house arranged as a hostel with plenty rooms. Toilet is spacious and clean on third floor, shower pressure is good. Could have been much better managed, especially the Pantry and communal spaces. It’s under managed, and has only one person, who is hardly seen nor contactable. Question not answered. We were told by tourism office there’s a tourist card that affords us discounts in Goslar sights, but we were not given any and no had response via text whatsoever.

The bar hasn’t been used for years games room none exsistant bedding had stains no staff on site difficult to book in balcony smelt of urine kitchen filthy dirty towel stuck in bath.

• Felipe (1/5): American Horror Story needs a German version there. - The owner should consider turning this into a German Horror Story theme hostel. It would be super accurate to the haunted asylum vibes. Dorm rooms and front door have no keys, so anyone could walk in, take all your stuff and walk out with no issues. Reception is over the phone and they might or might not pick up when you call (I hope you can call German numbers from your travel SIM card). Bathroom has all sorts of improvised fixes, like jamming a pipe out of the tub with an old towel. WiFi password is something like “GuestsMustBehave” as if the problem was people who stay there. Maybe they mean the ghosts and lost souls that are probably there. Any of the Adam’s family members would have a blast there. (I usually don’t do reviews like this, but I can’t help but to resort to good humor. I have never stayed in a place like this after decades traveling around all continents).
• Duc (4/5): Disappointing - Smooth Check-In and clean bed with a towel. No hand soap and shower has no shower head holder.
• Anja Thorpstrup (8/5): Ok vandrehjem - Indkvarteringen var under al kritik. Man skal lede efter et tlf. nr. som er at finde på en kælderdøren og er henvendt til GLS, hvis de kommer med pakker. Når man ringer til det (og hvis den bliver taget) kommer der en mand med nøgler og anvisning til, hvor man skal være. ALLE der ankom efter os, stod i samme situation og gæsterne måtte hjælpe hinanden. Problemet kunne have været løst ved at skrive hvordan man tjekker ind i bekræftelsen. Hotellet viste sig at være et hostel som ikke havde nogen form for reception/bemanding eller service. Det fungerede ok til prisen. Det er forholdsvis centralt beliggende i roligt og smukt kvarter.

• Lars Højbjerg (10/5): Varm anbefaling - Fantastisk dejligt sted i kæmpevilla i roligt kvarter og nem gåafstand fra den gamle bymidte i Goslar. Jeg havde stort værelse med imponerende stort privat badeværelse. Der var arbejdsplads, fin seng og opholdet var en ren fornøjelse. Kan varmt anbefales.

• Wenrui (3/5): I don’t want to go back here. - The location is ok. It only takes around 1 km to the downtown. You can park on street. They leave the clean bedding set on the bed. This is the first hostel that I need to put the clean bedding set on. No trash bin.

• Anjleen (4/5): Great if you enjoy long corridors, creepy paintings, and liminal spaces. - Not too pricey and good location for starting our hiking trip. Easy to get to the hotel and "interesting" check in experience. Bed was alright (a few stains) and our private bathroom was clean. Room was private and not loud. We were unable to cook during our stay because of the state of the kitchen. Cooking oil everywhere, dirty utenziles, and mouldy fridge. Better just stay there for sleeping and spend the rest of the day outside.

• Kevin (1/5): DO NOT STAY THERE! - Nothing...there is not one good thing about this place Did not get the right reservation, was shorted 2 beds. The owner stopped answering the phone. One room had no heat. Many rooms would not lock. And the place was extremely dirty including bed covers with blood. Also ran out of toilet paper

• TAIKO (4/5): - 宿にたどり着いてもエントランスの鍵はありません、ご近所の男性の協力を得て連絡を入れてもらいましたが、防犯上の観点からも宿泊は無理と判断しました。写真も撮ってきました。掃除もされていなさそうでした。ドイツ語が堪能でなければ宿泊は無理なホステルだと感じました。
