Śniadanie, jakkolwiek gości nie było za dużo, urozmaicone i wystarczające. Bardzo miła Pani z obsługi hotelu w porze śniadaniowej. Kilka miejsc parkingowych przed hotelem. Trudno coś skrytykować.

Das Hotel ist ein Garnihotel ohne jegliche zusätzliche Annehmlichkeit. Keine Bar, keine Sauna, und ab 11:00Uhr kein Personal.

• Wolfgang (9/5): - Sehr schönes kleines Hotel in Darmstadt Eberbach. Das Einchecken funktionierte gut mit einem Automaten, der auch den Zugang mit Schlüssel/Karte freigibt. Schöne Zimmer, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und ruhig. Kostenloses Parken direkt am Hotel oder einer Seitenstr. möglich. Wir haben morgens gut gefrühstückt. uns hat es gut gefallen und wir würden auch jederzeit wiederkommen.

• Frank (10/5): - Das Frühstück ist angemessen und schmackhaft, es gibt eine gute Auswahl "Belag". Das Hotel an sich ist sehr sauber und die Räume sind auf drei Etagen verteilt. Ein 24 Stunden check-in ist möglich, hier über einen Automaten an der Außenwand. Alles sehr unproblematisch. Für mich ist die Unterkunft perfekt. Daher kann ich nichts negatives schreiben.

• D. Baier (9/5): Selten ein besseres 3-Sterne Niveau vorgefunden - Frühstück war herausragend - Der Check-In verlief automatisch über einen Automaten am Eingang. Die Bedienung war sehr einfach und es hat reibungslos funktioniert. In der Lobby standen Getränke und Kaffee, zudem gab es Sitzgelegenheiten und Zeitschriften. Für soviel Automatisierung und Verzicht auf Personal hätte der Preis aus meiner Sicht durchaus geringer sein dürfen.
• Kamil Terebiński (6/5): Późny check-in porażka. - Obiekt w spokojnej okolicy. Czysta i odnowiona łazienka. Najgorsze co mnie spotkało zdążyło się już na samym początku. Nikt nie napisał mi, że po 22:00 check-in odbywa się tylko za pomocą maszyny na zewnątrz budynku. Padał okropny deszcz i zanim ktoś przypadkowy powiedział mi, że mam iść do maszyny to byłem cały mokry. Dodatkowo zostałem wyklęty przez jakiegoś hinduskiego dostawcę jedzenia, który nie wiedzieć czemu znalazł się w środku- jak to możliwe, że osoby postronne mogą wejść do środka, gdy nie ma w środku nikogo z obsługi?

Un minibar avec des boissons fraîches est disponible, et l'autoroute est toute proche, c'est très bien pour une étape mais pas pour un séjour.

• Yaron (8/5): Convenient and efficient stay - We stayed for one night and arrived late and the property had a very easy self service way of checking in right outside the property. We we're able to easily pay and get our room key. The room had everything we needed and also included two separated wash rooms which was very convenient and also there was a great breakfast included as well. The floor felt dusty. Could be because of the floor texture, which made it harder to clean, but when we walked around with socks we found that they started to to get dirty. The property does not have an elevator so we had to drag all our luggage up quite a few floors which was challenging.

• Ilan (9/5): I would recommend this hotel. - The Breakfast was comprehensive & had everything that you would want. The staff were excellent, very friendly and even helped with my laundry. The shower was too small even though the bathroom was an adequate size. Sometimes the heating adjustment was not sensitive & the room got too warm. The online checking did not work correctly but luckily someone was there to help.

The location is about a 20 minute walk from the train station, through a park so it was a pleasant walk to and from the hotel. We only stayed one night for the Halloween at Burg Frankenstein event, which we needed to get a shuttle from the train station to get to so the location was perfect for us.

If you are there on a Saturday or Sunday, you will have to drive into Darmstadt to eat or order pizza delivery. In Darmstadt-Erbstadt where the hotel is located, nothing is open on weekends. The hotel and local information about restaurants and other attractions was provided but with no information about how to get food on weekends.

• Nicholas (10/5): Thanks for everything and I will definitely stay here again in the future if the need arises. - I truly enjoyed the location of the hotel as I was visiting to go to the Halloween Burg Frankenstein event. The owners were very polite and professional. I also like the self check-in system outside the hotel, really technologically advanced! The freshly made breakfast in the morning is also a plus! No complaints concerning the hotel. I cannot find anything I do not like about it as the stay was most pleasant.

A down side was that there is no lift and I was on the 3rd floor. If you have a heavy case that cause a problem. There is no A/C but fans are provided.
