Ça mérite peut être une petite explication à l’arrivée à l’accueil.. petit déjeuner très copieux !! Petite salle à forte influence.. à refaire M.Rovei

Je me retrouve dans une chambre avec un sofa inaccessible car coincé dans un recoin -cf photo ci dessous- De plus alerte incendie déclenchée par un client le 15 juillet 24 au environ 1.30-2.00 AM .J'appelle la réception pour savoir ce qui se passait réellement - et si il y avait un process d'évacuation. L'employé me répond que s'il s'était agit d'un incendie , il serait déjà parti !!!!????? Réponse hallucinante !!!! De plus aucune insonorisation car au 7éme étage j'entendais les conversations des restaurants du bas + circulation +++.insomnie 3 jour durant Merci de donner suite à ma requête,
- jean-paul (6/5): Attention aux bruits - Hotel bruyant durant mon séjour. Concert en bas de l'hôtel jusqu'à 23h00, puis sur le toit de l'hôtel au dessus de la chambre jusqu'à 1h00 du matin. Impossible de dormir avant, quand on travaille le lendemain pas cool. Hotel mal insonorisé. Sinon agréable et propre.

Minus: Trafik ljud hörs tydligt trots att vi bodde på plan 5. Ljudet kommer från ventilationen i fönstret som inte kan stängas. Inte bra! Saknade minibar/kylskåp för vatten och mediciner men Receptionen kunde hjälpa till. Begränsat med garderob: det fanns bara ett par hyllplan och enstaka galgar. Ok för en övernattning men inte mycket mer än så.

I only suggest for the hotel to tone down the overwhelming colors of bedrooms! Shocking enough to keep awake the rest of the night… there is something psychological and restful to serene color choices in a bedroom…. Shocking red is not .. nor will it ever be sleep inducing 😱

It turned out there’s another Ibis parking 2 blocks away which is free. Oh well, maybe next time.

Personne ne m en a parlé (juste un panneau à lire à l accueil parmi d autres affichages). Globalement, je n ai pas vraiment vu de différence avec un ibis budget (de gamme et tarif inférieure). Je n y reviendrai pas.

Le salon panoramique n'était pas accessible (travaux). - Jeff J (10/5): Modestly Priced Hotel That Delivers 5 Star Service - My wife and I visited Albi from the USA to visit with Our French family. They recommended that we stay at the Ibis Styles Centre Le Theatro. The location was central to the Old City, the Cathedral, the shopping district, and the Saturday Farmer’s Market. Parking was convenient and very reasonably priced. The staff was very helpful, especially since our command of the French language is marginal. And, the morning breakfast/brunch was outstanding. We could not have been more pleased with our stay and we highly recommend this hotel!

Mais un seul ascenseur, ce qui crée des attentes parfois assez longues, pas de parking sous l'hôtel, ce qui oblige à traverser un carrefour important avec ses bagages, et un lavabo ou l'eau s'evacuait très difficilement. Mais globalement bon rapport qualité prix.
- GardenView (10/5): - Great and modern hotel with beautiful view of the city next to main square. Many attractions are within walking distance with only few blocks of walking. It's also next to the bus station where we can take the bus to Cordes-sur-Ciel which is really convenient. Love it.

- Salvatore (10/5): Very Good! - I have been at Ibis Style in Albi once more, every year I go there, only time a year. Maybe I should stay there more frequently. It’s a very nice place to stay, thanks to the very good staff, particularly the young lady at reception, Coralie. She has given her kind welcome the evening I arrived. I want to be back soon, if I can.
