• Karen (8/5): Great Value. - Great value. Member of staff on reception was very helpful. Rooms are small but had everything we needed for a one night stay. Bed very comfortable. Shower is a bit small but had plenty of hot water and really good pressure. Ceiling vents could do with some cleaning but otherwise everything was good.

• Giles (8/5): Does the job at a fair price in a European capital. - It's an EasyHotel - unless you live under a rock, that should probably correctly set expectations. Cheap (relatively), not particularly cheerful but functional. The hotel is located within walking distance of the centre of Sofia and ten minutes from the metro that brought us from the airport. There are lots of shops and eateries all around it. We were very pleasantly surprised by the Happy restaurant in the Mall nearby which is exceptional value for money, with a great menu (I was inclined to sneer until I actually went there) and a truly "authentic" experience in that it was overflowing with Bulgarians having a good time. Staff at the hotel helpful e.g. let us leave our bags in the day and use the loo when we collected them. It is what it is. Could have been all sorts of things it's not, but then it wouldn't be an EasyHotel. Bed's a bit small, so it's better to be small yourself, and there's not a lot of elbow room - couldn't swing a cat ;-) but .... it's an EasyHotel.
• marco (6/5): Minuscolo - Struttura molto vicina alla fermata della metropolitana, disponibilità dello standard La zona della struttura è una zona dí uffici/residenziale, le camere sono estremamente piccole, non hanno lo spazio fisico per appoggiare valigia o uno zaino, privo di comodini, lo spazio è così piccolo che risulta davvero invivibile! Stessa cosa per il bagno e’ davvero tutto minuscolo

• Hristofor (6/5): Ok - good for a few hours of sleep to avoid sleeping on a bench at the airport. - Cheap and accessible through a nearby metro station. Pretty much 24/7 check-in available, without extra hassle. Extremely basic amenities, it is just a step better than sleeping on a bean bag at the airport. Not very clean.

• Luca (8/5): low cost strategico - hotel low cost, sicuramente pulito e comodissimo per visitare la città (metropolitana a 3 minuti a piedi, tram vicini). Le stanze ricordano la carlinga degli aerei (rivestimenti e bagno di plastica)...ma tutto sommato, visto il prezzo, va benissimo. Concierge 24h. manca un punto di appoggio vero e proprio per i bagagli, benché lo spazio lo consenta.

• Alessandro (9/5): Qui spendi poco e dormi bene - vicinissima alla fermata della metro, oltre a tutti gli altri servizi. Quartiere non molto movimentato ma comunque vissuto. Personale stupendo un po rovinato l'interno ma solo perché forse non rinnovato ma del resto per le pulizie era ottimo

• Juan Enrique (5/5): Para dormir y poco más.Minimalista y prefabricado - Las habitaciones son extremadamente pequeñas, realmente son cubículos de un material parecido a la fibra,con lo que se oye todo.La cama y todo suena muchísimo ya que como digo,es todo plástico o fibra.Entre la cama y la pared pasas de lado y con dificultad El baño lo mismo,es ridículamente pequeño,la ducha moja todo(lo poco que es el baño)ya que simplemente corres una cortinilla y ya.Para dormir y poco más.

• ANASTASIA (1/5): VERY BAD EXPERIENCE - We booked this hotel for two nights based on its rating, assuming that although it was budget-friendly, it would at least be decent. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The walls and ceiling were dirty, and although we had booked a larger double room, there was no space to place our luggage, forcing us to keep our bags on the floor. The wooden bed frame creaked with even the slightest movement, which was extremely disturbing, as it kept waking us up during the night. The indoor parking is very limited, accommodating only about 5–6 cars. Fortunately, we were lucky enough to find a spot each time. However, the worst part was yet to come. Returning to the room on the night before our departure, we found a cockroach on the floor. We tried hard to stay calm and treat it as an isolated incident, but the next day, while packing our belongings to check out, we found another one. There is absolutely no chance we would ever visit this hotel again, and we will strongly advise our friends against staying there. Now I also understand why the otherwise polite receptionist did not ask how our stay was. I genuinely cannot understand how this hotel has such a high rating, considering the clear and serious lack of respect towards its guests. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ Κλείσαμε το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο για δύο βράδια βάσει της βαθμολογίας και υποθέσαμε πως παρόλο που είναι οικονομικό θα είναι και τίμιο. Μπαίνοντας στο δωμάτιο αντιληφθήκαμε έντονη μυρωδιά τσιγάρου. Οι τοίχοι και το ταβάνι ήταν βρώμικοι και ενώ κλείσαμε πιο μεγάλο δίκλινο δωμάτιο, δεν υπήρχε χώρος να ακουμπήσουμε τις αποσκευές μας, με αποτέλεσμα οι τσάντες μας να είναι στο πάτωμα. Τα ξύλα του κρεβατιού έτριζαν με την παραμικρή κίνηση μας και ήταν ενοχλητικό, καθώς ξυπνούσαμε απ' τον θόρυβο μες στο βράδυ. Το κλειστό πάρκινγκ χωράει ίσα με 5-6 αμάξια και ευτυχώς υπήρξαμε τυχεροί και βρίσκαμε κάθε φορά.

• DIEGO (4/5): - El hotel tiene una buena ubicación, en una calle tranquila a unos 10 minutos en metro del centro de la ciudad. La cama es cómoda si no fuese por el olor. La habitación es luminosa. El hotel debió de tener una calidad razonable, asimilable a los demás de la cadena, cuando se inauguró. No obstante, es una lástima, porque se nota que no se ha venido manteniendo correctamente. Hay polvo de meses en algunos elementos de la habitación como las trampillas del aire acondicionado. La TV no funciona. El marco de la puerta del baño está oxidado y con desconchones. Pero lo peor de todo es que se ve que los huéspedes no respetan la prohibición de fumar y la habitación e incluso el baño tienen un fuerte y muy desagradable olor a tabaco y algún mueble tiene quemaduras por apoyar las colillas. Por otra parte, algunos miembros del personal no son especialmente amables; desempeñan su función mínima, sin más, sin una sonrisa ni un gracias...

El personal antipático, no pudimos coger parking por qué no se podía reservar con antelación y te arriesgas a cuando llegues que tengan una plaza libre...toda esa zona es de pago así que es una faena si no te cae de domingo la estancia. • Jason (4/5): Not the best. But cheap at the very least. - Was cheap, location was decent close to the metro and easy check-in. Room was not clean, hairs in the room and pubes still in the bathroom. One plug socket wasn't usable. Is right beside main road with very loud traffic. Room was exceptionally warm in the mornings. Overall poor but the price was cheap would've at least expected some but of cleanliness.

• Димитър (4/5): One night stay in room 5.3 - The location is great - few minutes away on foot from a metro station. The staff are very friendly and cool. A for effort but c for how clean it is - I expected higher hygiene - the linen looked like it was just rinsed with water and not washed with detergents.
